I don't really know when this story takes place in the comic world so it will be after that whole Antarctica thing and Remy has returned. Rogue is going out with Joseph.

It was a dark over cast day at Westchester. Storm was in that kind of mood. She and Rogue had an argument earlier regarding Rogues desire to leave the x-men, in search of a life that would allow the pleasure of human touch.

Rogue wanted to leave the x-men and go live in the Savage land with Joseph. But Storm objected to it, She claimed that Rogue still loved Remy, and he still loved her.

" 'Ro how could Remy ever love someone he can never touch, Joseph can touch me, and Joseph loves me and I love him." Rogue said with her hands on her hips.

" But child, I know you still love him I can hear you crying at night." Ororo said in a desperate tone.

" This ain't any of your business! Bye Storm. ."Rogue spat out as she left the front porch and got into a green chevy mustang with Joseph.

Ororo just sat there and watched as one of her closet friends drove away. "What am I going to tell Remy." Ororo said aloud. Ororo couldn't help replay what happened earlier that day.

3 hrs Earlier

Joseph sat at the kitchen table watching as Rogue was trying to find something to eat.

" Should we have spaghetti or some good ole fashion down home cook'in" asked Rogue

" How about some good ole fashion down home cook'in." Joseph said mocking Rogue's accent.

At that very moment Remy and Ororo walked in. Remy couldn't help but look at the couple. How Joseph would put his arm around her and she would not back the slightest flinch. Remy's eyes started to glow. That is what caught Joseph's attention.

" What are you looking at Satin?" Crocked Joseph walking towards Gambit

" What you call me, homme." retorted Gambit as he grabbed a card

"Only Satin"Joseph said ready to strike

"Dat's th best you could come up wit. I d'ink when you got cloned they forgot to give you Magneto's brain and mannliness?" Said Gambit cooly

" How would you know?"said Joseph

"De files in med lab, you shouldn't of posed naked, no.?" said Gambit with chuckle

" Rogue are you going to let him talk to me like that." Joseph said as the silverware started to move.

By then the whole house was watching.

" Calm down, Joseph. Remy is just being himself don't take it personally."Said Rogue calmly to Joseph while she glared at. Remy

" I'm going to the store." and with that Joseph was gone

After Joseph left Rogue glared at Remy.

" What the hell is your problem Remy" Rogue said with her hands on her hips.

" You 'erd him. He started it chere." Remy said

"Oh, grow up!"Rogue yelled as she head for her room.

When Rogue got there she took a little nap to calm down.

1. I read in a fanfiction that the x-men, for physicals had to take a picture for medical files. And could pose naked. So I thought to myself this would make poor Joseph even more stupid. I think it of been one of Lori McDonald's fics but I'm not sure.
