RAGE ON THE HOLIDAYS
CHAPTER 1
The scene starts inside Balamb Garden, where Seifer stands in the middle of the cafeteria as other SeeD members string up christmas lights and other holiday decorations while others are sitting down and eating. The snow is comming down rapidly outside Balamb garden. Then Fujin and Rajin come into the room and start talking to Seifer.
Seifer: Hey....
Rajin: They're really getting into the Christmas thing this year ya know?
Fujin: TOO CHEERFUL.
Seifer: Yeah but think of it this way, we get one week off from working. It dosen't get any easier than this.
An SeeD in uniform walks up to a board with the title "MISSION ASSIGNMENTS" on it and writes a few things down on the board, then he puts a cap on the marker he was using, and walks out of the room.
Rajin: Yeah, three days until Christmas, ya know.
Seifer: (peers over at the board)
Seifer: You gotta be kidding me.
Rajin: ???
Seifer: They put me down on the holiday mission. There goes my dreams of sleeping in on Christmas and all that, god damnit.
Fujin: EVIL.
Seifer: Now I'm going to have to go up to the main office and talk to Cid about this. Hopefully it will be some dinkly thing like guarding the streets of Balamb, where the crime rate is about ZERO.
Fujin: HOPEFULLY.
Seifer makes a quick turn-around and walks out of the room and down the hallway where one of the SeeD yell "I heard you got the holiday assignment, thats sucks" and Seifer pushes him into the wall as he walks by. Seifer steps onto the elevator and clicks the button to go to the top floor. The elevator goes up slowly then stops at it's destination. The door opens and he walks out, then walks into Cid's office.
Seifer: Come on Cid, it's Chirstmas.
Cid: I know I know, but we still have things that need to be done, and you were chosen at random to do this, I can't do anything about it.
Seifer: What do I have to do? Patrol Balamb or something?
Cid: No, your going to be travelling.
Seifer: Ugh...
Cid: The Esthar royalty has asked us to send someone to guard the government building while all the employees are gone on Christmas Eve. It's just one night Seifer, you'll be back by morning so don't worry about it.
Seifer: Why me though? This is ridiculous, I was suppose to have vacation this week.
Cid: I'm sorry Seifer, somebody has to do it.....
Cid: Be ready to go by.....two o'clock.
Seifer: yeah yeah.....
(----3 hours later----)
The loud noise of a helicopter sound throughout the outside of Balamb Garden. Seifer grabs all of his things and goes outside toward the helicopter. He throws his bag inside it, and then hops onto the side and gets in. Cid bids him good luck, and the helicopter slowly moves up from the ground, makes a U-Turn and heads in the direction of Esthar.
