There was a very quiet observer looking from afar.

Her cold purple eyes narrowed in curiosity.

An unexpected event had taken place. She felt the rippling effects that were now stretching their way out of this tiny universe and beyond the borders.

"("How strange and yet so interesting.")" she thought to herself. "("This was not supposed to happen originally. And the fact that he is here, now of all times, immediately begs the question in and of itself as to whether this was of divine predilection.")"

There was a simple reason she was here.

She was bored. Not bored to death surely but bored enough to the point of simply opting to stroll around the greater Multiverse in order to relieve herself of the boredom. And she just so happened to be strolling around this specific universe in order to bear witness to a very significant event that would forever define its fate forever.

How many times had she seen it?

She lost count, she supposed.

But what had piqued her interest this time was this specific event that was now occurring.

She could feel it. The miracle occurring and spreading. One that was reaching out in salvation for others. A different type of miracle very much unlike her own and yet would also form a compliment to a being such as her. One that would touch her own cold heart that was forever brunt by the traumas of the unknown past. A miracle has occurred and spread, one that was less than zero. An impossible event has happened in full. Wonders untold, mysteries unfolded, histories changing in the blink and flash of an eye. A complexity of hidden paths begins to be put forward to the test. Unfolded are the routes made bare. Accessed the inaccessible. Diverging are the possibilities. A new moment of intrigue had come for all.

An opportunity had been given to her unknowingly on a silver platter.

"("Oh my Lord Doctor...you shouldn't have...")" the woman smiled subtly. "("Yes...he will do just fine.")"

The Witch of the Fragments, who has lived for a thousand years. It is said that she lives in a world where the concepts of fate and possibilities can be visualized. She observes the fate of humans and sometimes interferes. In other words, sometimes she is you, and sometimes she is your only friend. ...Understand? She likes wine and spicy foods. She hates boredom and people who never learn.

"The Imagine Point," said the woman, mulling over the newly created words that would ripple through creation, smirking in anticipation and amusement, softly laughing in a pleasure of refinement as hidden impossible feelings blossom forth from her cold heart. "Fu fu fu. How interesting this will truly be..."

And thus came about the Imagine Point...

And through such a cosmic event of inter-multiversal proportions, it would automatically connect the young spiky-haired boy from far away to a young azure-indigo-haired girl, one year older than the former, who was looking up to the clear blue skies, sporting a tilting, curious, and confused expression that was felt within her soul, as if there was an invisible thread - the red string of fate - that would forever connect their souls to one another.

The only daughter of the family that runs Furude Shrine. Destined to play the role of shrine maiden in the Watanagashi Festival, which is held every year in June in light of the worship of Oyashiro-sama.

High Priest, one of the Magic Gods who are gathered in the Hidden Phase, felt the strange anomaly that was now spreading far beyond the borders. The ripple effects were being felt by him and everyone else. And they grew concerned. Most especially because of who was involved.

A Lord of Time had decided to interfere in the most decisive moment in the history of their universe. And it appeared to look fixed and cannot be undone. That tends to complicate a lot of things.

The universe wasn't really the same as it was before. The Magic Gods remembered everything of their life before the War had come down on them and they had to flee, not wanting to get further involved. But then, the War seemed to almost find them. They were quite fortunate to have survived what was to be known as the most destructive war in the history of the Multiverse. The only war of its kind.

It took quite a bit of effort to put everything back together. It wasn't perfect but it was good enough at least.

Then the Lord of Time came again and did something. And not for the first time either.

But what made them more concerned was the presence of the Witch of Miracles who had decided to enter upon their domain and took a profound interest in this incident.

"It would appear that the One who Purifies Gods and Slays Demons has drawn the interest of someone that we rather not anger," High Priest muttered softly.

"...On the brighter side of things, we have already anticipated this in a way. We already have decided to give Kamisato Kakeru his World Rejector much earlier than when we first gave it," Nephthys said with a slight grimaced smile.

"Yes, but not to this extent. Now I worry about what this particular event had just unleashed. It's already spreading way too far, beyond even our domain. The event itself is becoming like a piece of superstring that is connecting over a dozen or so strings. The actions of the boy that have yet to happen to appear to reverberate back and forth throughout history. The Imagine Breaker has become far more than just a mere Scorer of ours. He's become...something else...More like..." High Priest said.

"An unstoppable force," Niang-Niang said with concern, a rare trait if ever due to her personality. "Well, I guess the history that we know is about to get thrown into the dumpster fire if this event had now entered into the attention of that cold-hearted Witch."

"And perhaps...everyone else..." The Forgotten God spoke silently.
