This is my first time writing so if you can help with suggestions and errors i could fix that would be well received but I have big plans for this story and would love to continue to write this story!

CHAPTER 01: starting pistol
When quirks were first appearing in the early 2000s, they caused chaos among the population the world; they had started off as nothing more than a myth or fairytale, but as the years passed, quirks could no longer be pushed to the side as something impossible, with this realization the world had exploded and not just the powers people are being granted but also wars, mass famine, and genocide. Meta-human abilities had changed the world in more ways than people could ever imagine; the governments and world leaders at the time had been astonished and horrified at the potential of these abilities of these so-called "quirks," and with the first sighting of the abilities began they had tested and experimented on as many subjects they could get until the population of people with these powers had started to grow for them to handle.
In ten years since the first emergence of quirks, the total number of children possessing Meta-abilities has exploded from just a couple of hundred children in a year to thousands and is approaching tens of thousands a year, and from most perspectives, there isn't going to be a decline and By the year 2026 somethings had started to change.
In 2026 the population had been devastated by war and it's like but the devastation wasn't the only thing that had been experienced, but also things were being brought into the beginning, like new governments, world leaders and political groups, and religions. This year wasn't just significant by what was changing in the world but also the fact that maybe one of the most important people was born and at the time he would be just the regular boy, but as time passed, we would know him as All For One.
AFO would change the way we look at meta-abilities and also how we use these powers to advantage, and he would wage war and destruction on japan and the aftermath that was left after his crusade against the non-metas and his struggle for control over japan and his eventual victory in 2061.
"Izukuu, come on we have to leave," Inko called up to a little boy with dark green hair and green eyes that looked like they shone with excitement. He was rushing to put on his shoes so he could leave and yelling out a reply to his mother. He ran down the stairs almost falling at the bottom, and he sprinted to his mother excited to head to the doctor to finally be able to figure out his Power because he had just turned four yesterday! His mother loads him into the car, and they make it to the doctor in what seems like seconds; as they pass through the sliding glass doors his mother asks, "are you ready, my sweet baby boy" he nods his head eagerly as they walk up the front desk and sign in for their appointment and are now waiting for them to be called back,
What seems like forever seems to pass for little Izuku until they are finally with Dr. Kyudai Garaki.
Izuku yelled out in pure joy, "What's my quirk gonna be, mister!"
The doctor sighs as this is one of the most hated jobs he has but says, "at the moment, we are entirely unsure with some testing and experimenting but we might figure out what your Meta-Ability is, but at the moment, we can class you so we can be perfectly safe and sound when your testing starts" the doctor has started to prepare syringes and vials as he talks and started drawing Little Izuku's blood and speaks again "as you probably know Ma'am there are six levels to rank someone's ability from A-E and the occasional quirk that doesn't fit or dependent on special circumstances or are far more powerful than the rest are ranked as S tier and then another list to class the ability within its own tier of course."
Izuku was practically vibrating in his seat, waiting to see what tier his quirk was as he thought about the tiers. He had heard a kid in his preschool had a B-tier quirk which he heard was quite rare. The doctor had told them the results should take no longer than thirty minutes to finish, and they would proceed from that point; as the doctor left to test his blood, he had sat there playing with his toys, and his mother had already begun filling out the rest of the paperwork that was needed for the testing. Time seemed to crawl as the Midoriya family waited, and as thirty minutes passed and Inko wondered if something was wrong but seeing how she had a D-tier Telekinetic Quirk and Izuku's Donner father was said to have a B-tier Quirk, But as almost forty-five minutes passes the doctor walks in with a stack of papers and starts apologizing for taking so long as he had to double check his results. As he sits to started to explain what held him up.
"Well if going to be completely open with you, he had paused for a few second as to think carefully of his next words "your son's results were surprising in many ways" Both of them Perked up at this "his test didn't show me anything i'd normally look for when it comes to classifying abilities" Inko had choked on what she was going to say and started to tear up and with the doctor noticing this quickly started again with "now i don't think he is lacking a meta-ability ma'm" the duo had sighed in relief "it's quite common that copy type quirks that use other Meta powers to function will show results of any kind" Izuku had been quick to start nodding along with the doctor and hanging on to each word as his life depended on it and his mother was wondering what this meant for her baby boy, the doctor had continued to speak about how they have to schedule another appointment in a couple days time to figure out what his quirk actually is.
The small family began to leave the office, not noticing the doctor quicking pulling out his phone to make a call before he quickly ran to shut the door behind them, but again the Midoriya family was in just too much bliss because almost always copy quirks were something to marvel at. As they made their way home, they had stopped for ice cream to celebrate, and when they arrived back home, Izuku had practically darted to the computer to watch his favorite videos, as time passed he had ended up in his bed with his mother telling him goodnight and tucking him in and unknown to him he was about to ask a question that would change his fate
"mommy do you think I could be a soldier"
as he looked up to his mother with big green eyes she didn't have the heart to tell him other than "yes honey, you can do anything you put your beautiful mind too."
When it came time to head to the quirk appointment izuku couldn't help to bounce around in the car as they drove, thinking of how cool and amazing his quirk was going to be and how he was going to show it to all his friends at preschool. When they arrive, they quickly scramble to get inside to make it to their appointment. When all the forms are filled out, and vitals are taken from izuku they notify them that the testing will start soon. Izuku looks up in wonder as he sees all the different kinds of quirks that are going off all at once; he even saw someone shoot lasers out of their eyes!
"Quite a fascinating sight isn't it"
izuku jumpers at the voice and turns around to see a woman with a lab coat and a clipboard standing with his mom "sorry for startling you, little izuku," she says, laughing. "I'm Dr. Mai, it's a pleasure to meet you" she had wasted no time when it came to starting his quirk examination "right, let's get started! When we start exploring your quirk, we are going to start off simple with you are trying to copy a quirk you're familiar with, like your mother here" she exclaimed.
Izuku walked over to his mother and did as he was instructed to by the doctor and put his hand on his mothers and was told to feel, after a few seconds of holding his mother's hand, he felt his start to itch and he started to feel hungry like he hasn't eaten all day, he felt the need to pull and pull he did he couldn't stop it the hunger he was feeling it was like it was unquenchable but as soon as he felt a snap within himself and something almost resting inside himself the hunger has left, he yelled out "I think I did something, momma ! mommy?" he notices his mom is laying on the floor looking sweating and unconscious as he yells out again
" mommy what's wrong?"
But what Izuku didn't know was when he pulled, Black Lighting surrounded his arms when he was touching his mother, and as soon as the lighting came, Inko started to feel something pull from not just her body but her entire being as well, and collapsed when it became too much for her, and was shell shocked but not for the same reasons as izuku but because she has heard stories of a quirk exactly like that but izuku calling for his mother shook her out of her stupor and tried to quickly soothe the small child "hey Izuku, she's fine mommy is just resting from you copying her quirk" she states trying to help both a crying Izuku and an unconscious Inko.
She succeeds in calming down Izuku and propping Inko up so she isn't laying on the floor, She frowns "Izuku honey she's fine there is no need to cry it wasn't your fault" she states trying to soothe him quietly izuku speaks to her "Izuku honey i can't hear you speak up please" she quietly says "i hurt mommy, why did i hurt her i was only using my quirk like i was told" izuku whined out, mai knows this is a crucial point where she has to fix this problem now before is blossoms into something uncontrollable and leads to him refusing to use his quirk "trust me Izuku this isn't your fault this can happen a lot when learning quirks and your mother is going to be fine she is just tired, don't worry Izuku you couldn't do anything to stop it" she reassured, Izuku didn't fully believe her but nodded anyway and listen as she spoke again "now let's wait for your mother to wake and make sure she is fine"
As it turns out they didn't have to wait long as she had woken up not 3 minutes later, after going over her and making sure she was ok and nothing was wrong with her the doctor had started to question Inko on what happened and how she felt and the more she relayed the info the more the doctor was understanding just what kind of quirk little izuku had, with one final question would cement her theory "and inko can you use your quirk for me" as inko trys her face growing more confused by the second "i dont understand, why cant i use my quirk" she says sounding a little frantic but the doctor continues "its ok Inko, i think its just Izuku's quirk" saying as she scribbles furiously onto a page. When she is done she quickly tells the family to wait as she goes through the notes she has and closes her office door, almost in a flash, she has her phone out and calls someone.
It rings three times before the other line picks up. She frowns, knowing where this conversation is going. "Hi, is this Dr. Kyudai Garak" his response is nothing more than a quick "yes" nothing more she takes a deep breath in before she speaks to calm herself "your theory was correct; Izuku Midoriya has HIS quirk," a small laugh is heard before she hears an "excellent keep the family there, he will be notified" with that last statement the call went dead.
She stared at it almost like it was a curse, but of course, maybe it was.
