FALLEN ANGEL-GUARD DOGS BITE PART 1

(0900HRS KABUL AFGHANISTAN)

Luna wondered the streets of Kabul looking for her target, but her current form wasn't helping things, she was constantly being stopped by afghan men who were questioning why she was out alone and US soldiers who were looking to help her because of her frail appearance, with careful questioning the US soldiers were helpful in her quest to find soldier Robert Thompson. She walked over to the base where the soldiers were stationed, upon talking to the base checkpoint sentry she found out the squad that Thompson was in is out on patrol. She looked all over town for the 3RD squad on patrol when out of nowhere she hears heavy gunfire coming from an upper level of a building not too far from where she was now standing. She enters a back way and finds a small number of Taliban fighters ambushing a squad of army infantry, she screams out "What the h- do you think you are doing?!" A fighter turns around and looks for a moment and says "Get out of here old woman. This is no concern of yours." Luna growls and reveals her true form, which gets the attention of the fighters who turn around and one screams in Arabic "what the f- are you?!" She looks at them and says with a toothy grin of absolutely dark glee "I'm your worst nightmare."

(PLACE CHANGE OUTSIDE THE BUILDING)

The soldiers started hearing screams of terror as the fire stopped coming at them from inside the building and now echoed inside the building itself. One by one the fighters fell and the limbs started flying with blood staining the floor in a deep dark crimson red gore, the organs fell from their insides as they was debilitated in a savage and meticulous manner. "Sounds like their fighting a demon in there." "Well what ever it is, it's an angel for us today." The Sargent looks out carefully from behind his cover to see all fire from inside the building had stopped and he called out to his squad "Let's move up!" "Yes sir!" With guns in hand the squad moves out from behind cover up to the building.

(PLACE CHANGE INSIDE THE BUILDING)

Luna looks about the dead bodies and quickly confirms that they are all dead. Satisfied of the job done she climbs to the roof and jumps over to the next building as she hears "Stop at once freak-show!" A bullet slices the air not an inch from her head, she looks back behind her to see the patrol squad on the roof of the building behind her. Luna still in her hell hound form, she could not just jump to the street below, that would leave too many witnesses. This squad of army infantry alone would cause a whole slew of problems for her if and when she had to go into combat in her hell hound form in the future. She giving one last look at the squad from over her shoulder, running for all she is worth, jumping from roof to roof, her strength, agility and intelligence got the best of the infantry squad, and she soon had out paced the army soldiers who had wanted to capture or worse kill her. Alone and breathing heavily on a roof top, she looks at the few grazing wounds she received from a few close call shots. She changes into a young woman and jumped to the street below.

(1300HRS BACK IN IMP HQ)

Blitz is seen ranting and swearing even though the cows had not come home yet for dinner, he quickly deduced that his Luna darling, had stolen the book! Moxie for all his worth, was cowering in the corner like the little b- he is while his wife was trying to prevent him from having a panic attack and also from falling into mass hysteria. Blitz shouted to the heavens even though he is in h- but who the f- cares right now?! "THAT UNGRATEFUL COCAINE SEX ADDICTED F- STOLE OUR BLOODY BOOK TO THE LIVING WORLD!" "I can't believe this either, but there is no use crying over spilled milk. She will come back when she's ready." Blitz looks at Millie "I suppose your right, she should have asked before she borrowed it ... OH THAT'S RIGHT SHE STOLE IT!" Mean while Moxie sits up "Mean while we have no money coming in, maybe Stolas can get us another book." Blitz looks at the crew and shuddering says "I'll call Stolas f-for ... a ... f-favor ... OH LOOK AT YOUR FACE! YOUR REALLY ENJOYING THIS AREN'T YOU MOXIE?!" Moxie giggles, barely able to contain his glee "You know I am sir, for once your the one who is on the receiving end of unwanted treatment."

(PLACE CHANGE/TIME SKIP 1 HOUR LATER)

Stolas had revealed himself in all of his glory and cussed out Blitz for all his worth for loosing his precious book, but told Blitz his price for tracking it down. Blitz, once he paid the price, adjusted his clothes back with a heavy groan. He still had to discuss with Stolas on where the heck the book actually is, the old owl demon smiled in a predatory fashion, "Well, all I need is a fresh drop of blood, to locate my book. That is just of course a security deposit the real payment can be negotiated with me in my chambers." Stolas had said feeling all warm and fuzzy from his head to his extremities, Meanwhile Blitz was feeling a sense of vertigo and dread had commented "I will pay you in f-f-f-f-ull plus whatever the F- YOU WANT ALRIGHT?!" "Very well my dear Blitzy." He stood up strutting his stuff as he begins to work his magic on finding where exactly the book is.

(1730HRS BACK IN THE LIVING WORLD)

Luna is in the middle of an "interrogation" by the same blockheads who tried to kill her just hours ago. "Did you see a walking dog around here lady?" Luna held back a smirk and a witty retort as much as she wanted to tell them off she knew right now was the time for discretion. She looks at the soldier with an intensive stare looking him up and down sizing him up. On the way back up, she notices the name "Thompson" on the dog-tags. She asked him a quick question "your last name is Thompson right? What is your first name?" "My first name is Robert mam, full name is Robert Lee Thompson" at that moment there is a burning sensation emanating from her right hand, confirming she had found her contract. The portal opened up right behind her as the soldier walked briskly away. As Luna turned around, she had seen the portal and growls, "UP TO THE ROOFTOPS DUMB A-ES BEFORE YOU GET SPOTTED AND WE ALL ARE F-ED!"

(PLACE CHANGE)

Luna, now in her hell hound form is chewing them a new a- with her unbridled fury "WHAT THE F- ARE YOU GUYS DOING HERE, WAIT ON SECOND THOUGHT, HOW ARE YOU GUYS HERE TO BEGIN WITH AND WHY DO I EVEN GIVE A RAT'S A-?!" Blitz walks up not one to stand down he begins his own little ranting session with his adopted daughter. "ONE QUESTION AT A GOD D- TIME! WE ARE HERE TO COME SAVE YOUR UNGRATEFUL A-. BUT THEN AGAIN WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED THAT YOU STOLE OUR BOOK?! THANKS TO YOU I HAVE TO OWE STOLAS A FAVOR!" Moxie finally decided to interject with his own input as he noticed the mark on her hand. "Um sir? Luna has a tattoo or something on her palm that I am pretty sure was not there before!" Blitz grabbed Moxie and shook him violently. "THE F- YOU MEAN SHE HAS A TATTOO?! YOU BETTER PRAY THAT YOU ARE JUST F-ING WITH ME OR I AM GOING TO F- YOU AND YOUR WIFE!" Blitz then grabbed Luna's hand forcefully and his demeanor turned darker than 50 shades of black. "I WANT THIS REMOVED RIGHT D- NOW BEFORE I HAVE TO SHOVE MY RIFLE UP SOMEONE'S A- OR THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO HAVE KIDS ANYMORE." He sighed heavily as Stolas decided to remind them all that he was still very much around. "The mark on Luna's hand is an ancient curse mark that usually only appears after a deal has been made... an unbreakable one at that which once made it can never be broken until completion or you will die, no heaven or hell just die into dark nothingness. A fate worse than death in my honest opinion." Blitz exploded worst than the atom bomb that hit Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined "I AM ABOUT TO LOSE MY F-ING DAUGHTER OVER THIS BULL S- OF A MISSION I BE D-ED IF I AM GOING TO SIT ON MY A- AND LET HER DIE!" Stolas tried to calm Blitz down and find out just how well Luna was prepared "It is not guarantee of death, Luna just has to complete the mission on her own, that should be easy enough, I am assuming that you have some equipment to use Luna?" "Yeah up in the abandoned dried up well, a sniper rifle and a samurai ronin sword." Blitz looked to his daughter "We need to have a moment ALONE to discuss some important things." "Yeah what, like putting a shock collar on me or something? Who knows that may give me a tingling sensation down there." She gave her adoptive dad a sly smirk and a big hug. "I love you dad!" Meanwhile Blitz and the others are very much slack-jawed and bug-eyed at this recent display of public affection and emotion. After recovering from the initial shock and surprise of what had just occurred he commented "I love you too Luna, but can you please let go I think you crushed some of my ribs and possibly my pelvis! Now some friendly advice. Remember keep your gun and scope in shape otherwise you are f-ed in every way possible." Moxie goes in for a hug but he was wondering if that was a smart idea, then he is like YOLO so he went for it. "ummm be careful out there OK?" To his surprise she actually hugged him back. Millie goes in without a second thought "Take care of yourself hun." Stolas simply goes in for a handshake which Luna accepts. "Try to behave yourself and come home alive or I will f- you up myself with Blitzy helping." Luna, after saying her goodbyes, walked backwards as everyone else entered the portal and it closed up behind her. Luna, still in her hell hound form looks over the side of the two story building knowing that if she jumps in her human form she will be injured if not killed, but if she jumps in hell hound form she will survive unharmed but leave too many witnesses, sighs in defeat and turns back human and walks down the stairs. Upon arriving on the street level she starts looking for her contact again.
