A/N: just a random idea that popped into my head because someone talked about ivory skin colors…

OOOOOOOOO

David landed on the balcony of the hotel room with ease and feline grace and saw that the room was empty. Strange for the hour that he had come. Then he saw the pile of discarded clothes on the floor and heard the water running in the bathroom adjoining the room and it all made sense.

Looks like the beauty is taking a shower, he thought with a smirk, slipping into the room with ease.

Even after as many times as he had visited this strange new fascination of his, he had never seen her without her clothes on. He had rarely seen the ivory that was beneath all that black that she wore. Sometimes he wondered what she was hiding under all of that black. Scars from her past back home? Things that he would kill someone for inflicting upon her?

Oh yes, he had grown very fond of this human girl and she had yet to see his face or learn his name as he had learned hers.

David trod carefully through the room, glancing around the familiar area. How many times had he been in this room, touching her stuff, looking through it and learning her likes and dislikes from it all? Learning her scent. Learning her. Leaving behind little gifts and big gifts alike. Touching her lightly to soothe away what must be nightmares. Touching her lightly because he wanted to claim her right then and there.

The running water stopped and David did too, just out of sight of the bathroom door.

The darkhaired girl appeared, wrapped in a fluffy towel and stopped in front of the mirror in front of the vanity in the bathroom where her clothes and other essentials for the night out were laid out with care. Her tri-colored eyes stared into the glass and she sighed as she brushed back an unruly tendril of hair.

"Fucking hell I look like a drowned rat," she commented, turning her face in profile to look at herself at a different angle. "Or some kind of crack head zombie. Really, really attractive, right?" She laughed and rolled her eyes. "Right. Total hottie."

David's eyes narrowed. He saw nothing funny in her making fun of herself like that. She was hot in her own way. Beautiful to him. And if she didn't get that then he would –

The girl unwrapped the towel from around herself and let it fall to the floor at her feet, leaving her entire body bare to him. David felt his entire body go rigid and had to stifle a groan of desire.

Pure ivory.

Every inch of the girl was ivory. It was like she had never seen a single ray of sun in her life. Even her 'tiger stripes' that stretched across the swell of her soft belly showed pure white on her stomach, daring not to turn pink on her skin.

David's eyes traveled up powerful legs that looked like they could crush a man to the curve of a tight butt that he just wanted to grab and do horribly naughty things to. He looked at her reflection hoping to see her front side but the damn vanity blocked it. But it didn't block the gentle swell of her belly. The heavy swell of her breasts that looked just perfectly fit for his hands. The gentle curve of her neck, perfect for kissing and biting.

Suddenly, David's pants were a little too tight for his comfort.

Why would I have expected any less from someone like her? he wondered, rubbing the front of his jeans to give himself some relief. She's an ivory goddess….

The girl sighed and ran her hand through her dampened hair and looked at herself in the mirror. She couldn't see him looking at her because vampires didn't show up in reflections in silver glass and he was so glad for that. The girl let her hand slip down the side of her neck to the swell of one breast, covering one rosy nipple.

"I don't see how anyone is ever going to find this attractive," she mumbled, frowning at her reflection. "There's so many stretchmarks and imperfections…and this one is bigger than the other one."

Believe me, sweetheart, that doesn't matter to us guys, David wanted to tell her, but he was caught off guard by her touching her own breasts too.

The girl's hand slipped lower to her stomach and she sighed. "Fat, fat, fat. I could stand to lose a bunch of pounds. Dad said that I looked better when I had lost all that weight when I was sick with c diff. I get it. He was probably just being mean, but those words stuck with me and they hurt."

The girl's eyes watered. "Everything that I hate about my body is because someone – some man – told me I should hate it about myself. And fuck, I believe them with every fiber of my being! I believe them!"

David's heart cracked. Believe me, believe me and my Boys. You are beautiful in your ivory skin. You are one of a kind and we would do anything to see you happy. To see you glow with true happiness and love for yourself.

David turned and started for the balcony doors again when an open sketchbook caught his eye. A devious smirk crossed his face and he picked up a pen…

OOOOOOOOOOOO

The girl came out of her bathroom fully dressed ten minutes later and saw her balcony doors were open partially but that wasn't new. She had kept them open like that because her air conditioner had gone out the night before and she wasn't about the stifle herself to death in this heat.

No, what was strange was that her sketchbook was upside down on her bed. Curious, she walked over to it and picked it up.

Drawn on it, was a perfect rendition of her as the Venus coming out of her shell in the sea. Nude and all. The girl let out a cry and threw the drawing down, wondering who could have thought she was pretty enough to compare her to Venus, goddess of love and beauty.

"Oh, I am so going to hell for this…"

OOOOOOOOOOOOO
