Chapter 1: Restart
Author's Notes: I want to thank Leaf Ranger for this Idea and that I am going to take some stuff like names but thanks. Also this is going to be a lot of Character introduction in this chapter. I also want to say sorry for the story being deleted my little brother thought it would be funny to mess with my stories and deleted this one.
In 1507 there was a man running through the streets with messy black hair wearing a dark gray tunic with a black design shaped like an arrowhead. The man had a sword sheathed on his waist with two leather bracers one on each waist. The man looked down at what he was holding, seeing a golden ball with a complicated design. The man looked forward and stopped seeing his enemy get in the way and he sighed hearing " Raphael give me the apple." Raphael looked around for a split second then threw the ball onto a rooftop and then ran to the opposite wall and after his foot landed on it he pushed off to the roof and grabbed the edge. Raphael pulled himself up as bolts flew past him so he grabbed the ball and jumped onto the second roof top and ran.
Raphael sighed as he jumped to the fifth rooftop and after a few seconds he stopped to catch his breath when he grabbed his sword and turned about forty-five degrees and hit a bolt away. Raphael looked at how shot it seeing a man in an outfit like him and mumbled " Leonardo." Raphael shook his head and ran forward. Raphael sighed seeing a huge gape he couldn't jump so after he looked around seeing a rope he looked to his left seeing a hook so he grabbed it and jumped hooking the hook onto the rope and slid down it.
A 7 year old Naruto grunted as he held his broken arm sitting in a hospital bed. Naruto tried not to move but he was in so much pain. Naruto was angry more in pain but angry that everyone hates him for something that he has no choice to hold. " Naruto Uzumaki right." Naruto looked up at his name seeing a woman with long orange wearing baby blue scrubs with a white lab coat. Naruto got scared seeing the doctor walk closer to him so he tried to back up when he saw the doctor stop and heard " It's alright I am not going to hurt you." Naruto shook his head scared out of his mind when he saw the girl place her fingers into a cross sign to see another doctor then heard the Doctor say " Get the Hokage." Naruto got confused knowing the jutsu but he just said " Doctor's don't know jutsu." Naruto heard the doctor chuckle then heard " I asked to learn it so I can be in multiple places at once but please let me look at your arm. Naruto shook his head with a sad smile and said " we will just wait."
Naruto looked at the door fifteen minutes later, seeing the Third Hokage walk in and heard him say " I was asked to be here." Naruto smiled hearing the doctor say " he won't let me look at his arm." Naruto saw the old kage nod then he heard him say " Naruto…" Naruto shook his head and said " No she will hurt me." Naruto saw the doctor shake her head, then she took a couple of steps then she said " This is why Hokage-sama is here to watch over me." Naruto nodded still scared but let the doctor get close to him.
Raphael was breathing heavily as he saw the last guard fall so he turned around and pulled his sword out of the guard that it was in and after sheathing it Raphael he saw an explosion in the distance." Raphael's eyes widened so he jumped onto a roof top and looked at the hideout for the Brotherhood in Paris in flames. Raphael grew angry then said gritting his teeth " Leonardo I am going to kill you." " Raphael." Upon hearing his name he turned around to see a fellow assassin then heard " I know you want to kill him but get the apple to saf…" Raphael saw a bolt fly into his fellow assassin killing him which made him not finish talking. Raphael looked at Leonardo then heard him say with a grin " You know revenge isn't the code of the Creed but I mean who is going to punish you when they are all dead in here." Raphael grew more angry but just shook his head then reached into one of his pouches and then pulled out something about as big as his palm. Raphael smiled as he threw it on the ground and heard the traighter say as he jumped off a roof " Don't try to find him this smoke goes on for a few hundred feet."
Raphael jumped off a roof as he got out of the smoke cloud then after landing on the ground he looked around to find no one around. Raphael sighed so he looked around wishing he could put this in a pouch. Raphael felt a weird energy in his hand so he looked at the artifact seeing it glow then to his surprise it shrunk to where he could wrap his hand around it covering it. Raphael just slipped it into a pouch then mumbled " Time to get out Paris." Raphael then jumped and grabbed an edge then pulled himself up."
Hiruzen Sarutobi the Third Hokage sighed as he looked at a piece of paper distracted about Naruto but was a little happy the doctor requested him there so watch her not to hurt him. Hiruzen shook his head then looked at a piece of paper and before he could read it he heard his door open. Hiruzen looked up seeing the doctor from the hospital that helped Naruto and a man with dirty blonde hair wearing basic clothes. Hiruzen looked at the doctor, hearing " Can we talk to you?" Hiruzen nodded then after seeing the door close he heard the doctor say " Me and my brother came from Cloud village and we know of Naruto's Uzumaki's predicament." Hiruzen nodded confused when he heard the man say " My name is Hiyato and I am a small blacksmith and if he joins the academy he is allowed at my shop." " As if he is in the hospital he can request me and I will treat him." Hiruzen nodded and said " Why come to me though?" Hiruzen heard the doctor sigh and heard " We have only been here for a few weeks and there is talk of you not being a fit Hokage because you care for the boy so we thought to come to you and if you want to know why it's because Cloud's demon holder save both of are life's."
Raphael sighed as he stood on a rooftop looking at the gate to leave. Raphael looked at the walls seeing them have sharp spikes so he couldn't climb it but the gate was bold. Raphael saw a huge opening between him and the exit gate but there was more opening after that there was a big opening past the gate. Raphael sighed after deciding the pros in con when he saw guards run in front of the gate and he heard one say loudly " He says the assassin is going to leave so stay here and kill him if you see him." Raphael chuckled, then he jumped onto a rooftop and flanked the guards.
After five minutes Raphael found himself standing in the shadows just a few yards away from the guards so after a few more seconds he grabbed his one hand crossbow. Then when a guard walked in front of him he jumped out and activated the contraption on the bottom of his right leather bracer. Raphael saw a blade come out from the contraption on his brace so he shoved it in the neck of the guard then turned pulling the blade out and slit the throat of the guard by him. Raphael then moved the cross bow up and shot another guard then charged them putting his crossbow away and pulled out his sword.
Naruto sat on his bed in the hospital looking at his cast and just smiled when he heard " Hey." Naruto looked up and smiled seeing the doctor at the door so he nodded to let her come closer and as she was checking the brace he said " What is your name?" Naruto saw the girl look up seeing the green eyes then heard " Iya." Naruto nodded and said " Your name is strange and I like it." Naruto heard a chuckle and as she was about to walk away Naruto smiled truly, not his big grin and said " Thank you for helping me." Naruto saw the girl nod then heard " You are no monster, just a person like me."
Raphael sighed as he pulled his sword out of a guards body then sheathed it. Raphael turned around and looked at the exit when he heard " Nice to see you again." Raphael's eyes widened but before he could do anything he felt something hit his head. Raphael fell to the ground, knocked out and was dragged away.
Raphael groaned as he lifted his head and after a few seconds he found his legs tied up with his arms the same behind his back. Raphael looked forward, seeing his gear sitting on the ground. Raphael sighed as he looked up at Leonardo, seeing a man with blonde hair and wearing a similar outfit like him. Raphael saw him holding the Apple of Eden and after a few seconds he heard " Do you want to know how it works?" Raphael chuckled at having an Idea so he but he was sad for failing when he had an idea and said " I wish for a restart." Raphael saw the apple start to glow then he was engulfed in a white light.
Raphael groaned as he put his hand on his forehead and lifted it. Raphael found himself untied with his gear next to him and after standing up and putting on the gear. Raphael sheathed his sword as he looked around, finding himself in the middle of nowhere when he heard an explosion. Raphael looked up to the sky seeing the fireworks. Rapahel looked down seeing a village and so he sighed and started walking. After getting to the village Raphael asked people to find their leader and after asking the fifth person he found out.
Hiruzen sighed as he looked at another piece of paper when he heard " Are you the Hokage?" Hiruzen looked up at Raphael and nodded, then heard " I need your help." Hiruzen got serious seeing the man and was then heard " I appeared outside your village and I need to get back home?" Hiruzen nodded and then said " Were?" " Paris?" Hiruzen just chuckled and said " That place doesn't exist." Before anything else could be said " Hiruzen saw an Anbu appear and heard " A mob has broken into the Hospital?"
Naruto got scared as he could hear the mob outside his door so he got off his bed and crawled under it." As Naruto finished sliding himself under it he heard his door break and heard " Find the demon?" Naruto grew scared and just laid there for ten minutes when he felt someone grab his leg. Naruto looked behind him as he was pulled out from under his bed. Naruto grew really scared at seeing the mob then saw a ninja with a sword that was coming down on him when he saw a sword come in contact with that sword.
Hiruzen looked at Raphael as he knocked the sword out of the ninjaś hand so he said " Return home." Hiruzen saw no one move, then there were two civilians about to kick Naruto when he saw Raphael stand Naruto laying on the ground in between his legs. Hiruzen saw blades sticking out of the leather bracers against the two civilians' necks then heard " Return or you will die." Hiruzen saw no one move so he said " You're going to disobey your Hokage." Hiruzen saw everyone's eyes widened then they all left. Hiruzen sighed as Naruto got up when he heard Raphael say " What was that about." Hiruzen sighed and said " I will tell you one day if you plan on staying on the other hand let me deal with this then we can get to talking.
Raphael nodded and was about to leave when he heard " Do you live here?" Raphael looked at Naruto and after a couple of minutes thinking he said " I am undecided." Raphael saw Naruto frown then heard " Well if you are going to could you train me. You look strong." Raphael chuckled, then said before leaving, " I will think about it, kid." Raphael then left and walked back with Hiruzen to the Hokage Tower.
After getting back Raphael told Hiruzen about where he is from and his Creed while having Yamanaka read his mind. After that Raphael listened to the Hokage for hours as he explained what Naruto holds, how the village was created with other villages and clans. Raphael got it mostly down but asked Hiruzen to have someone to teach him basic chakra stuff and to train Naruto.
