Who the outfits were base off of. now he along with the rest of the hellmouth are going to learn. Why it's easy to lie, but when blood gets in your lies. the bodies they leave behind are yours's to deal with.

Hello all yes this is another Halloween fic. Now I decided this one because after playing resident evil village. Plus, with all the lady Dimitresuc costumes coming for Halloween. So, I also decided to add one of my favorite capcom games to this as well Darkwatch. So let us go down this journey and see what happens on this Halloween.

The fun of Halloween has led our favorite scooby gang to a new Halloween shop called Ethan's. now each of them trying to figure out what to be.

"Oh, look at this." Said willow holding up ghost costume. Causing buffy to sigh

"Willow you're missing the whole point of Halloween." Said buffy

"Free candy." Said willow

"It's come as you aren't night. The perfect chance for a girl to get sexy and wild with no repercussion." Said buffy

"Oh, I don't get wild. Wild on me equals spaz." Said willow

Don't underestimate yourself, you've got it in you." Said buffy

"Well ok." Said willow

Xander looking through the cheap pile and finds a toy cowboy gun. Xander grabs it and smiles thinking he's done with his costume. He heads over to where Buffy and Willow were.

"Hey guys you find anything? I'm basically done." Said Xander looking between the two girls.

Buffy smiled at Xander and nodded her head. Buffy turned to where the dress was only to see Harmony taking the dress.

"Well, I did. Now I don't so. What am I supposed to do?" asked Buffy looking at Xander and Willow

Unknown to the scooby Ethan Rayne chaos magician. Was thinking of a backup plan because he wanted the slayer weak. That Harmony had to take the noble dress. With the spell he plans to cast if he doesn't think of something the slayer won't be affected at all. Ethan looked around before landing on the dress of that 30's jazz singer with the wide brim hat.

{perfect.} thought Ethan

"Well maybe I can help you out. I run this shop and I know you were eyeing that dress. May I offer this substitute. It's a jazz singer from the 30's." said Ethan

"it's beautiful. I don't know what to say." Said Buffy as she looked at the long white dress with black gloves and a red rose on the dress.

"It also comes with this hat." Said Ethan bring out a purplish red hat.

"I don't know about it. Buffy." said Xander causing Ethan to look at Xander

"Well young man I see you going for a western outfit. May I offer you this one. All you must do is just pay for the toy gun." Said Ethan holding up a black cowboy outfit. The outfit had pure black coat, hat, pants, and boot with a sliver lining. Sliver belt and knee pads with a sliver badge along wit an eyepatch to complete the outfit.

"You got yourself a deal." Said Xander loving not being having to pay that much

{woosh almost lost that chance. well, it should be an interesting night} thought Ethan

"Well, this night going to be fun thanks for the help, Ethan." Said Buffy

The next day

Xander in his full outfit came walking up to Buffy's house. he knocked on the door. it was open and Xander walked in then stood in shock when he saw Buffy.

"Hello miss Buffy. I may start listening to jazz music a lot more than before." Said Xander

Buffy smiled at Xander in her outfit with a wig tucked underneath her hat.

"I can glad to expand your taste in music. wait till you see willow I got her in a costume you won't believe. So wait till you see Casper." Said buffy seeing willow walking down the stair in the ghost costume she bought.

They each went to the school. They picking up their kids to take them trick or treating. As the trick or treating was nearing its end. the spell cast by Ethan as everyone who bought a costume became their costume. Willow became a ghost revealing a punk girl look that she had under the ghost costume. Xander fell to his knees. he started to feel pain all over. Xander wanted to scream he ripped off his eyepatch over his left eye. The eye then started to glow bright crimson red. Xander then stood up looking around. He scanned the area with his crimson eye that showed everything differently. The eye could tell that the kids were inside the costume. Also, that a couple real demons were running around. He scoffed holding up his two guns up. The guns having changed from toy guns to, two long sliver guns with black cylinders as long as the gun. Six shot per gun with a nice wooden handle that led to a sliver blade at the end of the handle. Xander then started to fire at the real demons with his guns. Willow hearing the gun shots ran in that direction

"Xander." Said willow causing Xander to look strange at willow.

Xander looked at Willow and scoffed along with shaking his head. Xander then keep firing until through his crimson eye. He saw there wasn't any real demon left. When Xander turned showing Willow his crimson eye. Willow gasped in shock.

"Oh my god Xander. What happened to you?" asked Willow

Xander just keep walking away from Willow. Willow tried to get in front of him

"Hey wait. Why aren't you answering me Xander?" asked Willow

Xander just walked right through her like it was nothing. Willow started to understand what was happening.

"Hey, I know you don't know me. because I dressed like a ghost and became one. You dressed up as a outlaw cowboy and became that. Through the eye and why you can't talk I haven't figured out. unless are you a mute?" asked Willow this caused Xander to stop and look at her nodding

"Ok well we can figure out a solution to this. and take you back to where you need to go. Plus bring back my friend. Also, we need to find Buffy." Said willow looking around till they heard screaming

"You dare think any of you mongrels. Can get near me." Said Buffy killing a vampire

Willow couldn't believe her eyes. Buffy had grown to about 9ft tall.

"Buffy." Said willow running towards her with Xander by her side.

"My dear I maybe bigger than you, I am not buff. I am lady Alcina Dimitresuc one of the four lords over my village. Under the rule of the great mother Miranda. I will be treated as such. Especially by a girl that look the way you do." Said lady Dimitresuc as Xander smirked on the last sentence

Willow looked down at her outfit and said. "Hey, you're the one that gave me this but that's beside the point. We need to come up with an idea and maybe going back to Buffy's house will help."

"Why should I go with you. You have nothing to offer me." said lady Dimitresuc Xander giving a nod in agreement

"Because I know both of you don't want to be here. If you don't come with me and help me figure out how this happens. The quicker you both can get back to where you belong." Said willow causing both of them to think on her words.

"Fair enough lead the way." Said lady Dimitresuc

The trio made it to buffy house. Xander sat down in the living room finding a piece of paper and pencil. Lady Dimitresuc ducked into the house then avoid the light and going into the living room with Xander

"Ok so now that we're here. We can figure out how this happened. While that happens Xander you and." said Willow before Xander handed his note to lady Dimitresuc

"What you want me to read it?" asked lady Dimitresuc getting a nod from Xander "first my name is not Xander. My name is Jericho Cross."

"Oh, ok nice to meet you Jericho. Well, you and lady Dimitresuc stay here and hold this place down and not kill any kids in costume." Said Willow Jericho passed over another note to lady Dimitresuc

"Hmm so I'm your personal translator now Mr. Cross. He said my blood vision in my left eye. It lets me tell which ones of the demons. Are actually real demons or the ones affected by the spell. Interesting power there Mr. Cross how do you have them?" asked lady Dimitresuc only for Jericho to stare at her coldly

"Let's not worry about that it defiantly helps out. that way you can help decide who to not hurt." Said willow

Before any of them could make any other comments or plans. they heard a scream. The three looked outside to see Cordelia in a cat outfit runny from a big dog like creature. Jericho grabbed his guns and ran out the door.

"Help me!" shouted Cordelia she saw Jericho coming up to them.

Jericho drew both his gun and shoot the dog boy in both of his knees then once more in the shoulder. He then led Cordelia back to the house with his left eye look out for anything that could attack them. Cordelia was frightened by the eye and how cold Xander looked. Willow looked at Cordelia

"Ok you're not a cat you're Cordelia" said willow causing Cordelia to look at her.

"And you went mental when?" asked Cordelia

"Oh you remember everything?" asked willow as Cordelia rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, lucky me. what's up with dark gunslinger and oh my god did Buffy get stilts? asked Cordelia causing Jericho to scuff in a laugh while standing by the door keeping watch.

"My dear I am a lord of my village, and I can turn you into a fine wine. If you keep it up. Maybe I'll have a little taste before I decide." Said lady Dimitresuc taking some steps towards Cordelia

Jericho moved faster than most, but lady Dimitresuc could see. He was in between the two of them with one of his guns pointed directly at he face. This cause lady Dimitresuc to smile.

"Jericho!" shouted Willow

"Hmm I just was having a laugh." Said lady Dimitresuc backing away causing Jericho to lower his gun

"Ok Cordelia. They have amnesia so could you please watch them. While I go to Giles." Said willow

"Who died and put her in charge?" asked Cordelia as willow walked through the wall.

"I knew there was more to each of you then meets the eyes." Said lady Dimitresuc

She then walked around the house. Jericho decide he couldn't take a risk. If he takes his eyes off lady Dimitresuc. She may try and drain the girl. He could tell she was a vampire, but not like him or Lazarus the vampire that cursed him.

"Hey thanks for that." Said Cordelia getting a nod from Jericho

Jericho followed lady Dimitresuc into the living room. Before either of them could do anything else. Jericho and lady Dimitresuc heard a noise from the kitchen. Angel walked in worried about buffy only to be meet by Jericho. Who had his gun directly pointed at Angel stopping him in his tracks.

"Xander what the hell?" asked angel

"Jericho no!" shouted Cordelia rushing in to stop Jericho from shooting Angel

This caused Jericho to look at Cordelia like she was crazy. He could tell from his blood vision. That Angel was a vampire. Yet here she was defending him. He was beginning to doubt defending her against lady Dimitresuc.

"What is going on in here." Said lady Dimitresuc ducking down and entering the kitchen

"Buffy!?" asked Angel not believing his eyes

"Not quite my dear." Said lady Dimitresuc

Jericho grabbed another piece of paper to write down his question. Jericho handed the paper over to lady Dimitresuc. Even through she could be willing to attack him or anyone else in this house. She at least will be honest with his question. He handed her his note.

"Again Mr. Cross? Very well. Mr. Cross would like to know Cordelia. Why are you defending this vampire? Oh, so you're a vampire?" asked lady Dimitresuc

"You can tell that? Whatever. Angel he's like a care bear with fangs." Said Cordelia getting a snort from Jericho and a laugh from lady Dimitresuc.

"Really care bear with fangs? What's going on with them?" asked angel looking at his bigger girlfriend and gun toting Xander

"Sorry best I could come up with. Some sort of amnesia according to willow." Said Cordelia

{So a spell.} Thought angel

"If you all don't mind, may we continue this in another room slightly bigger. It's a little crowded in here." Said lady Dimitresuc ducking under the doorway and going into the living room with the rest following

"So, you don't remember me being a vampire then how you know? Jericho, right? Me being a vampire also that gun would have hurt. It wouldn't have done any permanent damage." Said Angel

Jericho smiled then wrote a note. After finishing it. he unloaded one round from his gun. Jericho then tossed the silver bullet at Angel who caught it with ease. Only for the bullet to burn him causing his face to vamp out. Angel dropped then bullet in shock.

"What the hell. How?" asked Angel Cordelia bend down and picked it up

"it's got a cross craved in it." said Cordelia showing angel the cross that was craved into the tip of the bullet.

"Hmm well isn't that interesting. Now before I read what Mr. cross has to say. I must say you are different vampire from me and my daughter." Said lady Dimitresuc getting a shocked look from angel and Cordelia

"What?" asked angel

"that's what you meant by have a taste earlier." Said Cordelia

"Indeed. Now Mr. cross says. that each one of his guns along with vampiric powers make it easy to kill creature of evil. As for how I was able to tell Angel was a vampire. My blood vision could tell the second you walked in that you were a vampire. Vampiric powers Mr. cross. I should have guessed it with that eye of yours." Said lady Dimitresuc

"Wait your both vampires? Good ones like Angel or ones that I should be using Angel as my bodyguards?" asked Cordelia stepping closer to Angel

"My dear if I wanted to drink you. I already would have. I'm not quite thirsty yet. As for Mr. cross. I believe he is on the good side." Said lady Dimitresuc looking at the whole group

Before anyone else could say anything. Jericho, Angel, and lady Dimitresuc heard a noise from the kitchen. They all stood ready to see what came. Jericho could tell it wasn't someone affect by the spell. Also, that it wasn't human. A demon charge at the group. Only for lady Dimitresuc to extend her claws out of her right hand and slice the demons head off.

"Woah." Said Cordelia

"Anyone expecting company?" asked lady Dimitresuc

"No but with the way the nights going we may be getting more. We need to split up into two groups. That way we can cover it more." Said Angel only for Jericho to hold up a note interrupting Angel and handing it to Cordelia

"Ok Jericho says. That there are multiple problems with that plan. First too many windows and doors in this house. Second lady Dimitresuc is too big. That anywhere that's not as spacious as this living room. She would be more of a hinder than an help. Third we need a place that only has like one or two opening." Said Cordelia lady Dimitresuc looked a little offended that Jericho called her big. While Angel pondered what Jericho had said

"You have a point Jericho. I think I know a place but it's a way aways. It could work through if you guys are willing to go out?" asked Angel

"Well anywhere better than this stuffy house." Said lady Dimitresuc getting a nod from Jericho

"Ok then Jericho how many more of those shot you have left?" asked Angel Jericho counted all he had left. Then pass the note to Cordelia

"Jericho says six bullets in each gun with three more reloads. Ok I'm sticking close to you wherever we're going." Said Cordelia this had Jericho roll his eyes

Angel nodded before peeking out the window. He then led the others out of the house. As the group made there way down the street. Jericho keep his blood eye out being able to tell the difference between real demon and costume demon. The group luckily didn't run into any trouble and made it to a warehouse. The warehouse had a main access to the front that the group could cover easy.

"I think this should work for us. Only one problem we need to get in through the window up there." Said Angel pointing up to the broken window.

"And how do we get up there?" asked Cordelia looking at angel

"Well, I could go up get a rope and you climb up." Said Angel which Cordelia scoffed at that.

"In this costume. You think I'm going to climb up." Said Cordelia

As Cordelia and Angel argued about how to get in. Jericho heard a noise on the alleyway. Jericho went check it out. Jericho could tell that this pirate was a someone affect by the spell. Larry turned to look at Jericho.

"Oh, lad you think you can take me on." said Larry pulling out his cutlass

Jericho felt his vampire blood boil and his hunger took over. Jericho pounced on top of Larry and drank him completely dry of blood. Jericho finish feeding roared into the air. He felt a lot of his strength and blood shield replenish. He started to clean off the blood from his face. When he heard clapping. Jericho turned around and saw lady Dimitresuc applauding him.

"Well, well Mr. Cross. You aren't as much a weak prune. That I thought you were. It seems you do know how to be something you're meant to be." Said lady Dimitresuc

Jericho grunted back at her and glared. He wonders why she even bothered coming this way. Lady Dimitresuc seems to understand this thought. Lady Dimitresuc said "Angel and Cordelia have figured out a way to get in. they wanted to make sure not to forget you."

Jericho and lady Dimitresuc went back over to Angel and Cordelia. Angel smelled blood on Jericho but before he could ask why. Jericho pulled out his gun and shot behind angel. The bullet went through the air nailing a vampire. The group turned and saw Spike leading vampire and costume demons.

"Ok time to go." Said Angel grabbing a rope ready to climb up

Jericho grabbed Cordelia jumping up and through the window. While lady Dimitresuc grew wings and flew into the window.

"Get them before they get away!" shouted Spike as angel climbed into the windows

The gang that Spike lead started to try and break down the door. Jericho pulled both his gun ready to kill as many as he could. Lady Dimitresuc extended her claw ready to slice and dice a couple of them. Angel got his vampire face ready to go. Cordelia grabbed the nears piece of wood. she could whack whoever comes close to her. The real vampire tries to get through the same window. Jericho shot them before they could even get a chance and even through. It didn't kill them all. It did weaken and injury some. The gang of vampire and demons broke through the door. Leading to an all-out fight. Angel took on some of the vampire. Lady Dimitresuc used her claw and superior strength taking out and that got near her. Jericho shot and injury and near him. He also keeps count of his bullets so if some got close to him. He flipped his guns around and use the blade on the edge of the handle as a weapon. Cordelia helped as best she could. Jericho lost one of his guns it slides on the floor. this pissed him off. Jericho channeled into his vampire side knocking and slicing any one not part of their group in front of him. Lady Dimitresuc had already turned a few of the vampire to dust by taking off their heads. The little costume demons attacking her legs, but they were nothing more than flies to her. Spike seeing his opportunity decide to try and take on the slayer.

"Slayer let's end thus." Said Spike causing lady Dimitresuc to look at him

"Oh, and what is this? another care bear with fangs." Said lady Dimitresuc making Spike mad

"Oi I ain't no care bear." Said Spike as he charged lady Dimitresuc

She smiled and took a swing at him with her claw. He ducked underneath it. he then lady a few shots to the body. She back handed him. It knocked spike a few feet away. He tries charging again only to get slashed across the chest. He screamed out in pain only to be grabbed by the throat and hoisted up in the air.

"You think an insect like you. Could even come close to matching the greatest of the house of Dimitresuc." Said lady Dimitresuc

{well, Dru did say the slayer became a dragon lady. Hope this knife she gave me works.} thought Spike

Spike stabbed lady Dimitresuc in the side. This caused her to scream out in pain. She dropped Spike and went down to her knees. Angel saw this and tried to get to lady Dimitresuc.

"Buffy!" said Angel he knocked down the few vampires around him, but the demons and vampire held him back

Cordelia saw the gun Jericho had dropped at her feet she reached down and grabbed it. Jericho took out the last of the real vampires around him. He then knocked the little demons across the room with his vampire strength.

"Jericho!" shouted Cordelia

Jericho turned to looked at her. Cordelia threw the gun at him. He caught the gun and tuned around aiming it at Spike's head. Spike had grabbed hold of lady Dimitresuc hat and hair exposing her neck. Jericho pulled the trigger only for the toy gun to go off.

"I would say better luck next time slayer but there isn't a next time." Said spike as he leans into bite lady Dimitresuc. Then the wig and hat he was holding came off in his hand. Spike looked at the hair confuse till he saw lady Dimitresuc had shrunk in size. Buffy then shook her blonde hair back into place

"Honey I'm home." Said buffy kicking spike in the gut. Knocking him back.

Spike then tried to hit the slayer but she just knocked spike back into the ground. Buffy looked and saw that Cordelia and Xander were back to normal. Buffy went for her stakes taking out two of the vampires that were left. She then beat up the other vampire that was left before dusting it. She then looks to see that Spike was gone.

"buffy." Said angel as he and Xander came over to her. Xander blink both his eyes. Xander smiled never been so happy. That he can see normal. Buffy just smiles think this is final over.

The next day

Buffy was sleeping in her bed trying to enjoy sleep after the rough night before. Unfortunately for Buffy she forgot that she had accidently set her alarm. The alarm started to go off, waking Buffy up.

{uh stupid thing.} thought Buffy reaching with her right arm to shut it off. Only for her hand to grow a claw and slice the alarm clock in half.

This shocked Buffy as she couldn't believe what she just did. She stood up and was relieved that she wasn't tall.

{ok so I guess I got some stuff. Oh god no.} thought Buffy

She went to the bathroom to look in the mirror and saw that. the Cadou in lady Dimitresuc was now in her. Buffy thought of ways to get rid of it.

{ok. Think Buffy. think Buffy. who can help me with this. Giles would be one. Willow would Definity be another. Hopefully they can help. I Don't want to become what the Cadou cause everyone else to become.} thought Buffy remember what the Cadou did to the village. And what mother Miranda cause.

She then went to her phone to call both of them. She then wondered if any of the other costume were affected.

With Xander

Xander was sound asleep in his bed. The sunlight was slowly creeping in from the window. As it hit Xander bare arm. It made Xander twist and turn in his sleep. His arm started to smoke, and the pain caused Xander to wake up.

"Ahh. What the heck." Said Xander jumping out of his bed and waving his arm.

Xander looked at the sun then his arm. {no can't be.} thought Xander he held his other arm out towards the sun only for the same thing to happen.

{yeah, it did. Crap. Ok damn it. I guess I got the half vampire parts from Jericho cross. I need to understand it better. Well hopeful Angel is awake now. He can help me with this but how to get to him?} thought Xander

Xander looked through his clothes getting the longest sleeve shirt he had. And grab a jacket. Which he then put over his head and hoped that it'll be enough. Xander then head out of his house and ran down the street to Angel's crypt.

At Giles apartment

Buffy had finally arrived at Giles place with Willow. Willow smiled at Buffy waving at her. Buffy didn't wave back and had a worried look on her face. Which worried Willow.

"Hey Buffy, everything ok?" asked Willow Buffy just shook her head no and knocked on Giles door

Before Willow could ask Giles answered the door. Buffy enters before Giles could even get a word in.

"Yes, buffy please come in. I thought we agreed to take the day off. After last night I figured we deserved a day off." Said Giles

Buffy paced around. Giles could then tell something was up with her. He walked over to Buffy to calm her down.

"Buffy what happen?" asked Giles

"Yeah, Buffy we're here for you." Said Willow

"Ok. You both know that last night I became lady Dimitresuc?" asked Buffy to which both nodded

"Yes. Willow did tell me you became your costume." Said Giles

"Ok well there's a reason she was as big as she was. In the village where she's one of four lords. The village religious leader. Mother Miranda infected each member of the village with a fungus like parasite. The parasite is called a Cadou. Each one has a different affect on the hist. Alcina Cadou gave her strength claws and other things. The thing is the Cadou comes with side effects Alcina is having to drink blood to stay alive. Also, the Cadou can cause the hist to have a transformation into something monstrous. The reason I'm telling you this is because I still have the Cadou in me and I'm scared what I could become." Said Buffy lifting her shirt revealing wear the Cadou was

Giles and Willow were in shock. Giles took off his glasses and slowly walked up to Buffy and hugged her. She cried into Giles shirt. Willow then came up and join the hug.

{damn you, Ethan.} thought Giles

"don't worry Buffy I'll check every bit of research on slayer and demonic parasites. There should be info through the history on what happen to a slayer. If that doesn't work, I'll call everyone I canto help." Said Giles

"Yeah, and I'll look up all info on parasites that are fungus bases. Then we'll find a way to get it out of you." Said Willow causing Buffy to smile

"Thank you." Said Buffy wiping away her tears

"Yes. Now Buffy while Willow and I start researching. You write down everything you know about Alcina Dimitresuc. Maybe knowing her history will help us. Through I will admit it is quite fascinating that a fungus created a vampire." Said Giles going to his books pulling them out.

"Ah. I wanted your guy's help now I got homework." Said Buffy smiling

"Oh, wait what do we tell Xander?" asked Willow

"Nothing. Until we figure out everything, we can about this. I don't want to worry to many people. Especially if we can't find anything to cure this." said Buffy

"Ok but you know I'm bad at lying. Lying equal spazzing." Said Willow

Little did the group know Xander was having a similar problem. That he was also trying to come up with a solution for his.

At Angel's crypt

Xander had finally made it. he did have a few times of really smoking cause the jacket slipped. Xander knocked on Angel door trying to get him to open.

"Angel open up." Said Xander

Angel opened the door not believing Xander was here.

"Xander. What's the matter. Is it Buffy?" asked Angel only for Xander to shake his head

"No, I need your help." Said Xander as he walked into the crypt

"Ok what do you need help with? And if you make some joke about emo look or something." Said Angel

"No nothing like that. First, I want to apologize to you Angel. I'm sorry for saying it should have been easy. For you to not drink from others. That you should have been able to get everything easy as a vampire. Now after last night. I'm sorry" said Xander

"Ok thanks for that still don't see why you need my help." Said Angel

Xander looked around and see a little sunlight peaking at the top. Xander ran up to it and held his hand there.

"Yes, Xander make fun of the vampire who can't feel sunlight. What the hell." Said Angel as Xander hand started to smoke

"that's why I need you're help. I'm a half breed now like Jericho is." said Xander

"Ok. So, I've never heard of a half breed vampire before. So, you're going to have to tell me everything you know about being a half breed. Then we'll run through our possibility on how to help you." Said Angel

"Ok. From Jericho memories. Sunlight hurts but I won't catch fire and die. I will slowly lose the rest of my vampiric powers. With the blood I drink I get special abilities. I have a blood shield that helps me be tougher to kill. I have enhanced strength which also allows me to jump higher than humans. I also can turn someone by just biting them and not draining them dry. Oh god Larry." Said Xander

"Whose Larry?" asked Angel looking at Xander

"He was a bully at my school I ran into as Jericho and drained him completely dry. He shouldn't turn as there was no blood left." Said Xander

"Ok then why you do it? was it payback? was cross thirsty?" asked Angel only for Xander to shake his head no

"no. it like I have these two voices in my head one telling me to embrace this dark vampire side and just feast. While the other side is telling me to help and fight the urges." Said Xander
