I guess I'll E2 Dobermann now and imagine it's Carrion, haha. That's probably the closest I will get to having him in the game.
Operator Details
Carrion would be a four-star instructor guard operator. Compared to Dobermann, he would have a bigger health pool, bigger attack, lower defense and higher deployment cost. His attack range would cover two tiles, as usual in instructors.
As for skills:
S1: ATK Up alpha: Auto Recovery, Manual. The usual time-based power up skill.
S2: Creepy Cackle: Auto Recovery, Auto. Next attack debuffs all targets with a tiny strength penalty. Diamond area.
His talent would be "Bully", which gives him a buff in attack when targeting an enemy with any type of debuff. The module would improve this effect and increase his defense and resistance when receiving attacks from an enemy with any debuff.
His base skills would focus on battle record production. Maybe a skill that allows him to keep working for longer than usual.
The E0/E1 art would be the usual simplified portrait for presentation, while the E2 would have him eating some jam, making his face all red and creepy. The animal illustration could be that of a bear wearing a big skull helmet on his head… or maybe just a skeleton bear that still has a heart within its ribcage. Carrion's prmotion voice line would probably be him teasing the Doctor, like…
"Hmm? What am I eating? Hehehe… Would you like to find out? Huh? You can't give me a promotion in that case?! I'm sorry, boss! I'm joking, I'm joking! It's jam! It's just some innocent ass jam!"
…only to get teased himself. And the E2 promotion…
"Maaan… It's been so long since I joined Rhodes Island now… I am not the type of guy to worry over other people just because they are infected. I'm no saint. But I can't say that I am a stranger to their suffering anymore. I'll keep working my hardest, Doctor. For their sake, for yours… and my own."
Some of his main lobby voicelines would be him teasing the Doctor, or talking to his ghosts, or talking about his friends (Absinthe, Gummy, Rosa and Click). While in combat, he would be nervous but excited. However, when he uses a skill, the bully and the monster in him resurge and he goes creep/bully-mode, which is why he intimidates the enemies. What a punk. I'm sure his allies are glad that he's on their side.
If he had to be given some skin… Rhodes Kitchen series would fit him. He would keep working on his cooking to, one day, be able to make his own ursus food. So he would take it too seriously and spend his first earnings to get a chef outfit… that may or may not have some ketchup stains on it. The creepy factor must always be there, haha. He would frequently wear it when he goes with Gummy for some lessons (or to have an excuse ready when Zima finds him hanging out with her). Also on Halloween. Nobody would like to meet him on a dark alley when he's carrying a knife, that's for sure. Click and him would have some fun recording a creepy series of thematical videos featuring some operators in their costumes.
