Bellatrix is by far my favourite villain and it is my pleasure to give her a satisfactory sentence. Before I let you read this, I'm not going to sentence her to the Dementor's kiss because she is a really impatient witch who would hate to sit in a cell all day. This means that being locked up in Azkaban forever is a much better punishment than death. Please request your favourite villains! Please! I'm running out of ideas!

Chapter 2: Bellatrix Lestrange

Bellatrix snarled as the Ministry officials flung her towards the judgement chair and clasps made sure she didn't escape. She was still a pretty witch, jet black curls of hair, pale skin, good figure, but now she had a slightly mad look about her. Perhaps it was, the scowl that was permanently etched on her face, or her eyes darting about, maybe even the angry screams she was letting echoing about the court room. All of this combined made her lose her beauty and make her rather unappealing.

"YoU WiLl pAY FoR tHIs cOrNEliuS FudGe!" She yelled as her eyes met the eyes of the Minister

The whispers of the Wizengamot were hushed and a silence started as the Court Trial started.

"I, Cornelius Oswald Fudge, am a witness to the trial of Bellatrix Lestrange. I shall now read her crimes:

1) Attempted and achieved murder x3

2) Severe torture x9

3) Attempted torture 1

4) Abuse of Children x8

5) Abuse of House Elves x1 + Unknown Variable "

Bellatrix let out a screech like a battle cry and then started to cackle madly.

"EVEN IF YOU LOCK MY UP IN AZKABAN, I WILL GET PAYED FOR MY SACRIFICE AND ESCAPE" Bellatrix yelled

A Witch sitting next to Cornelius Fudge by the name of ' Vanessa Abbot' tutted and began to speak.

"Miss Lestrange, Do you or Do you not deny th-" she was interrupted by Bellatrix

"OH SHUSH, JUST SENTENCE MY ALREADY" Bellatrix cried with another mad cackle.

The jury didn't really know what to say to that and looked at each other in disbelief; they had never experienced a prisoner who specifically asked to not be given a chance to explain herself. Finally, Cornelius Fudge spoke:

"Very Well, by instructed by the Prisoner, we shall skip the listening and get to the sentencing. After hearing her assumedly valid crimes, I leave the decision to the Wizengamot. Those who believe that Bellatrix Lestrange is Guilty, please raise your hands."

90% of the people raised their hands, Cornelius swiftly counted them and then continued with his official speech.

"Those who think that the above mentioned is Not Guilty, please raise your hands"

Three or four people raised their hand out of sheer pity of the slightly mad women in front of them. Amelia Bones took over and began to speak.

"The ministry have made their decision that Bellatrix Malfoy-Black Lestrange is Guilty."

Bellatrix let out a bloodcurdling scream loud enough to pierce eardrums.

Cornelius Fudge finished the Trial,

"I sentence Bellatrix to a life long serving of Azkaban!"

The words were followed by a loud chorus of agreeing and then a shout from a plump ministry official,

"Does that mean we can go for Lunch Break now?" That was followed by even more agreeing.
