2XXX, MARCH 26TH
BATTERY POWER: FULL CAPACITY
SUBJECT: Scrapbonnie
SECURITY CLEARANCE: 10
"Okay, are we ready to start the integration?" A strange man said, walking towards the protective cylinder in front of him. His coat was covered in confetti.
"I think so. Power cables are online... Optics seem good... Yeah, We're ready to go!"
"Alright... personality chip is installed too. Boot him up, let's see how he handles it."
STARTING UP... INITIATING SAFE MODE...
SAFE MODE ONLINE
TIME: 23:09
For the first time ever, the animatronics eyes were open.
"Ah, there he is. I'm glad the chip didn't cause any malfunctions..."
The bunny's eyes darted around the place, almost fascinated by its surroundings. Scanning every single one of the worker's faces around him, outside the cylinder they were in.
"Hello? Scrapbonnie? Can you see me?" The man in front of him yelled, gaining Scrapbonnie's attention.
The giant hulking Rabbit shoved its head in front of the man in front of him, before giving his face a thorough scan.
NAME: NATHAN CROSS
OCCUPATION: PIZZAPLEX MANAGER
SECURITY LEVEL: 10
"...Uh... Could you please back up?" Nathan said uncomfortably.
Almost instantly, the animatronic straightened its back out and it's eyelids lowered back to normal.
"Hello. Mr Cross, I am Scrapbonnie, An animatronic made by Fazbear Entertainment."
He said while putting his hand towards Mr Cross. Despite the Personality Chip, there was almost no tone in his voice.
Mr Cross looked at Scrapbonnie with slight apprehension, causing Scrapbonnie to throw up one of his eyebrows.
"U-Uh, Thanks bud. You can put down the hand now, we already know who you are." Mr Cross said, still not unaccustomed to being alone in a cylinder with an animatronic that could malfunction at any moment.
Scrapbonnie threw down his hand with a look of slight confusion but didn't question things. He took notice of the cables connected to his torso and arms, they must have been what the testers used to turn him on.
"H-Hey! Are we sure you turned that Personality Chip on? The dude sounds as dry as a rock." Mr Cross said as he looked outside, towards the workers operating the systems.
A loud voice came from the intercom surrounding the cylinder, hurting Scrapbonnie's ears.
"It says on the computer that the chip is working at 100% functionality! Maybe a faulty device?"
"Well, what are the traits?"
"It says here... Direct and tired? Maybe his personality will shine through after a bit. That's how it was for the others-"
Scrapbonnie then suddenly ripped the cables out of its left arm, startling everyone as he reached for the speaker and yanked it down, before placing it gently on the ground.
Scrapbonnie growled slightly before looking back up to see everyone staring at him, and his face began to contort with guilt.
"I... I apologise, the speakers were very loud and hurt my ears, so I removed them."
Dr Cross simply grabbed his clipboard and added 'Broken speaker' to the expense report, shaking his head as he wrote.
"It's alright, Scrapbonnie. At least you're not as violent as Monty..."
Scrapbonnie began to move forward, removing more cables from his body. He looked at himself in the glass reflection and observed the casing he had been provided. It looked almost damaged, but Scrapbonnie assumed that was intentional, there were stitch mark patterns on certain parts of his yellow body, giving off a real Frankenstein feel. The most noticeable addition, however, was the eyes, both blue and green respectively.
"I know right? That casing makes you look just absolutely atrocious." Mr Cross said while looking Scrapbonnie over.
"...I do not have any sort of preference on it, I suppose it works for... Hmm, what is my purpose, Dr Cross?"
"Huh?"
"My purpose. My main directives are not clear on entertainment, only security protocols and basic instrument knowledge."
"Oh, right... Well, I'll show you soon. The Pizzaplex is closing soon, so when everyone leaves, Vanessa will introduce you to the Glamrock Animatronics and they can show you around."
Mr Cross knocked on the glass window, and the door to the protective cylinder was slowly opened, allowing Scrapbonnie to see much more of the outside. There were S.T.A.F.F bots everywhere, rolling around with parts in their hands.
"Well, are you coming out or not?"
Me Cross's voice suddenly rang out, startling Scrapbonnie.
"Huh?... Oh, I'm sorry Mr Cross, I thought I was meant to stay put."
"Nah, get out here. It's not like anyone is going to see you besides staff. I'll send you in the direction of the security office, maybe give Ness a little scare." Mr Cross said with a grin on his face, clearly very eager to get things started.
Scrapbonnie nodded his head as he crouched down to avoid his ears being caught in the doorway. The door then closed abruptly, letting him truly take in the environment around him...
Today was about to be a very long day.
_
"The Mega pizzaplex is set to close in 15 minutes, please make your way to the front of the building where you will be given novelty glasses, a voucher for one free soda refill and sign a legal document relieving us of anything legal responsibility to what might have happened during your visit. Have an awesome night and we will see again soon!"
*YAAAAAWN*
"Was the show really that tiring, Roxy?" Freddy asked the tired wolf walking beside him; her eyes could barely lift past the halfway mark.
"Of course I am... Thaaat waaas exhaaausting..."
Freddy couldn't help but chuckle slightly at the wolf's slurred words, Roxy then glared at Freddy, but dropped the subject.
"Well, I heard that the staff were planning a surprise for us. Something about the construction stuff in Bonnie Bowl, do you think it's a rebrand or something?"
"...I hope not, when Monty replaced Bonnie, almost all the traces of him were wiped clean. Bonnie Bowl is all that's really left on him..." Freddy said with a solemn stare.
Roxy shook her, she had to admit that Bonnie being gone was a big blow to everyone, but she couldn't dwell on the past, not anymore. After all, Bonnie had been gone for at least a month.
"HEEEEY! GUYS!"
Roxanne and Freddy turned to see Chica rushing towards them, guitar in hand with an ear-to-ear smile on her face, she was holding a small yellow plushie in her left hand, cradling it close to her.
"Guys! Look at this adorable Plushie I found. It's so cute!" She said with Glee as she held up the plush for the two to see.
When Roxy laid eyes on it, her face turned to a look of slight disgust while Freddy didn't know how to feel about it.
It was a small yellow bunny with a dark purple star vest on, two different coloured eyes and stitches all over its body. It looked beat up and old, with a not-so-vibrant colour scheme.
"Chica, that thing looks... It looks kind of strange, don't you think?" Freddy questioned her with an awkward smile, which caused a wave of confusion to fly over her.
"W-What? W-what do you mean?"
"He means that it looks ugly."
"WHA-BUT-I... How dare you, it does not!"
"Does too." Roxy stated while crossing her arms.
"Does Not!" Chica responded.
"Does too!"
"DOES NOT!"
"DOES TOO!"
"DOES. NOT."
"Girls! Please calm down! It's just a plush... Anyways, Chica where did you find it? I do not remember that being on sale anywhere in Glamrock Gifts."
"O-Oh t-that... Well, you know where Bonnie Bowl is? I found it in there. Why?"
"Chica! We aren't meant to go in there! It's supposed to be under construction!"
"...Wait what? Is that why it looked way different? Huh, I was wondering why the Bowling Alleys were all gone." Chica said with realisation.
"Wait... the Bowling Alleys were gone? What are they doing to that place?"
As Freddy thought about what could possibly be happening to Bonnie Bowl, they both noticed that Roxy had already gone into her green room in rockstar row and had shut the curtains.
Chica gave Freddy a heartfelt shrug.
"I might go back there soon, see if I can find any Halloween Pizza in there, the place looked really spooky. Had its own fog machine and everything."
"R-Right, I suppose I'll have to wait until it's finished to see it for myself..."
"Yeah... Well, I'll see you later Freddy! I cannot wait to see what the surprise they show us is! It could be anything, like... a Giga pizza! Or an ultra-pizza! Mmm... Can't wait!"
Chica skipped off to her green room, still holding on to the Yellow Bunny Plush. Freddy wondered why that plush looked the way it did and why it was here of all places... Maybe a child dropped it on the way out? Freddy shrugged and walked back to his room, awaiting the surprise that the Staff had in store for them.
Loud whistling came from the security office in the hallway, revealing a blonde woman, eyes closed with a Fizzy Faz in hand and Headphones on her ears.
"The mega Pizzaplex is now closed, initiating night-time protocols..."
"WOAH!" Yelled Vanessa, startled by the booming loud voice of the intercom, her chair started to lean back, sending her tumbling to the floor.
"Ow... You'd think they'd make that thing a little less loud! Damn it... I guess that was good enough wake up call."
Vanessa sighed deeply, she grabbed her chair and sat it back up, grabbed her flashlight and began to dig through a locker...
"Come on, where is it...I know I left my security badge around here somewhere!"
Vanessa sighed and slammed the locker shut; she really couldn't be bothered today. She grabbed a mirror in drawer under the desk, looking at herself.
Her reflection had not been her own for a long time now, every time she looked at herself, it got worse every time.
"I can't let him get to me, I know he's always watching me, I just need to listen..."
"Listen for what?" A low-toned voice questioned her.
"AAAH! What the... Is that you Monty?! I swear to God..." Vanessa yelled as a giant silhouette stood in the dark doorway. The only thing she could make out about it was the different coloured eyes...
"U-Um... Apologies. I know my appearance may seem frightening at first. Hold on..."
A metallic claw reached for the light switch and flicked it on, revealing the animatronic.
"...G-G-Glamrock Bonnie? But...I...you!...But Monty-" Vanessa stuttered with confusion.
"My name is Scrapbonnie, Mrs Vanessa. I understand that you are the head of the security staff in this complex, so the manager told me to introduce myself to you so you'd show me around... Is that okay with you?"
Vanessa blinked, then shook her head.
"...You know what, sure. As long as it counts as doing my job, I don't really care, but first let me find my badge first. It's got to be around here somewhere."
"Are you referring to the badge around your neck?"
Vanessa froze. She slowly looked down, and sure enough, there it was. She slapped herself mentally and pushed past Scrapbonnie.
"Let's just go already."
"Okay." He said with Confusion.
Vanessa sighed as Scrapbonnie began to walk by her side, taking in every detail around him.
"What are you doing?" She questioned.
"Taking in the environment, it is all really quite fascinating."
"... It's a hallway."
"And?"
Vanessa raised an eyebrow at him before changing the subject.
"So, you the new animatronic management was talking about?"
"I'd assume so, Mr Cross was quite happy when I first awoke. The workers seemed quite pleased too."
"Well, just don't give me any trouble and we'll get along just fine, got it."
"Whatever you say, Mrs Vanessa."
That sentence caused Vanessa to stop and glare at Scrapbonnie.
"Grrr...And drop the 'Mrs' thing! It's weird!"
"...Is Ma'am an acceptable option?-"
"NO! Just Vanessa is fine..."
Vanessa began to tread again, prompting Scrapbonnie to follow behind her.
There was a very long silence as they continued to walk. Scrapbonnie nervously wandered behind her, hoping they'd make it to their destination soon.
But it wouldn't be long before they finally made it to the Atrium.
"Alright, we're here. Where do you wanna... What on earth are you staring at?"
Scrapbonnie was stood on the stage, looking up. Vanessa poked his arm to get his attention, but nothing came of it. Eventually Vanessa looked up, and saw that he was staring at the sign up high, depicting the glamrock animatronics with smiles as bright as the sun.
"Who are those people? They seem very... Ecstatic." Scrapbonnie asked.
"They're the Glamrocks, they perform for the crowds that come here... In fact, you're probably supposed to meet them tonight, aren't you?" Vanessa asked.
"I remember Mr Cross saying something of that nature, although he was not specific."
Vanessa placed her head in her hands, she was tired, very tired. "Great, just one more thing to deal with."
"I could just go to their location on my own? If it is in your interests of course."
"No, no its- wait what?"
"I've analysed several signs and maps on the way here, it should not be hard for me to find my own way around-"
"OH, THANK GOD, that makes my job so much easier! Thank you!" Vanessa then walked off, leaving Scrapbonnie alone on the stage.
"...Very Strange. Oh well, I suppose it's time to get going..."
"I've got a long night ahead of me. Might as well see who I'm spending it with."
