"Onmyōji-dono."

The man let out a displeased grunt.

He kept up his pleasant, small smile as he stopped a handful of meters away from him. This was near enough to seem like a proper, civil conversation was to be had, but far enough to give him a couple of seconds for a head start if an escape was necessary. There were plenty of places he could exit through from this spot, including a large window near the high ceilings of the wooden abode. If he could pick any place, he would pick that one just because defenestration done to anyone, including himself, had always been rather fun.

When he had entered, the person had been bent over a desk. His dark, short hair had been the only thing he had been able to see of the top of his body. From what he could see of his shoulders and below, clad in obscuring clothes that hid whatever surprises may lay beneath, he wasn't really given much in the way of useful information.

Contrary to everything his father had ever said, though, Kiba was not an absolute buffoon. He had acquired as much information as he had been able to from a safe distance before he had set foot in this man's private domain. He had an idea of what those clothes hid.

He knew how handsome the man was.

When Danzou Shimura finally raised his head to look at him, Kiba had to acknowledge that it was not too difficult keeping up the smile on his lips.

If his father had been around to listen to his grand plan, he was sure that he would no longer be allowed to call him his parent. But seeing how the big, bad, Specter of Konohagakure was nowhere to be found, he was free to do as he pleased.

This wasn't even the worst plan he had ever concocted. And he liked to think he had been relatively prudent with everything he had done to ensure its success.

Once he had finished his initial assessment of him, Danzou Shimura's face barely changed. The only truly perceptible physical change he allowed his face to adopt was a slight, barely there, frown. His only visible eye remained mildly disinterested- and immediately, Kiba knew he had successfully completed the first phase of this tricky endeavor.

If Danzou hadn't immediately killed him, he'd won his slightest curiosity. And that was something huge.

"That has not been my title in quite the number of years." his tone was rich, deep, and aged. Kiba nodded as soon as he had finished speaking, the right corner of his lips pulling higher in the beginning of an amused smirk.

"Wasn't quite sure what else to call a man of such elite a status." he offered a relaxed shrug with these words, shifting his stance ever so slightly to place his left hand on his hip. He knew he needed to seem comfortable and buffoonish, but had to tread carefully and not cross over into absolute imbecile territory. Ah, a tight-rope he had walked his whole life. "Better safe than sorry, after all."

Danzou's brown eye narrowed, becoming harsh. "That is not a creed you follow absolutely."

So distrusting, so analytical... no wonder he had gotten along so well with his father before their relationship had broken apart.

"Got me." he now smiled broadly, waving his right hand lazily. "Would you rather I beat around the bush and puff up your feathers? Or would you prefer I get right to the point as to why I'm interrupting your well-deserved solitude?"

Slowly, Danzou pulled himself away from his work. Kiba watched on as the man stood up from his desk, dark eyes focused solely on him. He remained standing easily, radiating as much cool lack of concern as he could even as the hairs on the back of his neck began to stand on edge.

This was the eye of a predator.

This was the exact kind of look his father had taught him to run from; to never engage unless he had appropriate backup or a complete arsenal of tricks and weapons at his disposal.

"I am not renown for my hospitality or my good humor. Either you get straight to your point or you leave." the threat that lurked beneath those words was more than clear; it made something within Kiba's chest twitch.

He placed his right hand on his right hip, moving his left hand up to scratch absentmindedly at his left collarbone. He kept his gaze on Danzou, seeing this predator's stalk exactly for what it was, as he said, "I would like to make a deal with you. You have unimaginable power at your fingertips, locked away where it will be of no use to anyone but yourself." Danzou's eye narrowed further and the cold lines on his face became marked. He forged onwards, ignoring the cold that began to seep into the tips of his fingers. "I have access to the process necessary to transfer some of that power. And I'm willing to pay the highest price to acquire it."

Danzou's face became unreadable at this point, only really allowing him to see the face of a man that understood the severity of everything Kiba had just said.

The silence that stretched between them was deafening. All that Kiba could properly hear aside from it was the quickening pace of his heartbeat.

Now Danzou was standing directly before him, pulled up to his full height and imposing.

There was a sick kind of exhilaration pulsing through his veins, in beat to the fear that was currently attempting to fight its way into the forefront of Kiba's brain.

He had always been wrong in the head, his father had mentioned. Never quite right. Never afraid enough.

"I had heard of Orochimaru taking on an apprentice." when Danzou finally spoke up, it was with cautious indifference- simply stating a fact.

The exhilaration was beginning to edge away from the fear, winning the battle. Kiba smiled, "It's more like he pulled a kid off the streets to experiment on, but I like to call him father from time to time."

Danzou's face remained devoid of any clear emotions other than trepidation. He glanced Kiba over from head to toe, only to speak again as his eyes raked over his body on the return trip, "So you have knowledge of what was done."

"And how to do it again." he smiled now, unable to stamp down on his excitement to keep it from being purely genuine. "At a smaller scale, of course. I don't want to take everything from you. Just what you're willing to part with."

The man listened to his words. He crossed his arms over his broad chest. He leaned back ever so slightly in his stance.

Kiba wasn't sure if he visibly relaxed on purpose or purely accidental; he was even more confused when Danzou's next words were, "I could kill you where you stand. Awfully stupid of you to come in here like this."

There was no bite to these words, though. There was no clear threat lurking beneath the disinterested waters. Even his eye wasn't quite as harsh as it had previously been- only Danzou's face remained cold and distant.

The curl of something pleased threatened to take over his lips.

"The difference between bravery and stupidity is rather small, don't you think?" he allowed the joke to hang between them for a few seconds, then shifted all of the weight of his body onto his left foot, "I am willing to set my body as the price to pay for this deal. But not by giving you my life."

Danzou wasn't able to stop Kiba from seeing the spark of surprise that flashed in his eye for a millisecond. Kiba was able to stop himself from smiling broadly; instead keeping a much more sedate, much less pleased, curving to the corners of his lips.

"It seems that the difference is quite clear." Danzou's tone was thick; his throat visibly flexed as he swallowed. "You are evidently well out of your depth here, child."

With a soft sigh, Kiba formed his lips into the smallest pout he had ever allowed any to ever see from him, "Oh, come on, I'm pretty sure I count as a legal adult at this point." his father had mentioned that he must have been older than eighteen years old at this point, at the very least. "Let's not imagine that you're some emotionless automaton. How long has it been since you were last pleased by anything other than your own hand?"

And the frown that came onto Danzou's face at this point was not nearly as pointed as he was sure the older man would have wanted it to be. "What about me would ever make you think I would be swayed by something so crass?"

And then Kiba was smiling wolfishly, "Why not take a look at the product being offered before making any rash decisions? You might be delighted to find that it is exactly what you might enjoy."

A dark brown eye narrowed, forming a displeased slit, and Danzou fell into a tense silence.

Kiba didn't take that for the denial he knew it was not and instead began to move, slowly, tantalizingly, to remove the many layers of clothes it was necessary to wear in these colder climates.

He made sure to avoid looking Danzou directly in his face as he worked to shed the garments, more than aware that this was the most precarious stage of this whole plan.

It was a gamble, he knew, to offer something so crass to someone like Danzou Shimura. There was no information available to him to confirm that he would be the kind of person that would actually be willing to do something quite like this. But there was also no information indicative of the contrary. And, no matter how many whispers may say otherwise, Danzou Shimura was, much like his own father, a human being.

Living in complete solitude for so many years would leave anyone yearning for the sort of companionship that Kiba was more than willing to give him.

With every reveal of his skin, he made a point of dragging it out, taking his sweet time to undress.

By the time that all was left for him to shed was his final two layers of pants, Danzou cleared his throat.

Making a grand show of turning his whole body to look at him, making sure that Danzou saw him bite his lower lip with his right, sharp, canine, Kiba found that Danzou's eye was firmly focused on his face.

His whole body was rigid, tense, and the conflict within him was palpable.

"Your deal- summarize it."

With a smile, Kiba relaxed his stance- making sure that Danzou was able to get a good look at the tattoos that outlined his abdomen's muscles so perfectly. "I'm a very generous person and incredibly aware of the disadvantage I find myself in. These are the terms: I give you my body for you to do as you please for as long as you please in exchange for one of your Uchiha eyes. You decide on the eye and it is to be paid upon the completion of the time you request."

Danzou's frown became a cold, unimpressed thing immediately, "That is too generous."

Kiba rolled his eyes, raising both of his arms above his head to stretch. "I'm not an idiot." he breathed out, shrugged, and lowered his arms to his side to find that Danzou's face was dusted with the lightest layer of pink. "And you're the one that matters in this. What am I supposed to do? Tell you how, when, and where you'll be getting off?" he smirked at this, sardonic, "No, it's much more fun for you to decide that."

As he moved to uncross his arms, Kiba noted that Danzou's movements were stunted- more mechanical than natural. "What is to stop me from deciding that I would want to spend the rest of my life in this deal? Would you wait until I died for payment?"

"Please, as if you would ever want to be around anyone for so long."

Danzou didn't stamp down on the flash of amusement that crossed his face; fully allowing his eye to lighten in reaction to it. Kiba counted this as the victory he knew it was.

"Would you not impose any limits? For all you know, I could have one of the strangest sexual appetites you would ever come into contact with?"

And there was no more fear within him. Now all Kiba could feel was excitement at the prospect of being so close to what he wanted.

"We can discuss such rules before making any more concrete plans, of course. But I just wanted to make sure to lay out the grand plan as clearly as possible from the very beginning. My body in exchange for an eye. Everything else is secondary."

Danzou turned his back to him. He walked back to his desk, leaving Kiba standing there in silence and with half of his body exposed to the sharp elements.

With a soft groan, Danzou sunk into his chair. He kept his head lowered at first, and Kiba allowed the silence to remain between them without even contemplating breaking it. This was the pivotal, deciding moment. He did not want to accidentally screw everything up.

"You can redress. We have much more to discuss before I agree to anything."

Kiba allowed the broad, feral smile onto his face as he bent down to pick up his clothes. He smoothed it out before he allowed Danzou to see his face again, though, fully aware that such an expression would make him worry.

"Let us get down to business, then."

His father would be so proud.

..~..~..

And that's it! You can blame my greatest enablers for this even having been created. They gave me the Evil!Kiba idea and then this snowballed into existence.

Quick little note, this takes place in a not-quite-cannon world where there's chakra and events don't quite line up to cannon. In this world, chakra is treated much more like magic and Danzou made a name for himself as a 'sorcerer' in Konoha before he fully separated from all relations to any countries- hence the title Kiba called him initially. I created this whole elaborate backstory for this world and barely any of it showed up- which is great cause I didn't write it down. All that really matters, though, is that this is a huge AU, Kiba was raised by Orochimaru, and Danzou is more of a hermit like being that abandoned Konoha years ago.

Hope y'all enjoyed this little blurb!
