Somewhere else in the forest, Paulus was looking for Gothetta and Oskar.
"Come out wherever you are, my little vampires," said Paulus as he held his gun at the ready, making sure to check behind every tree that he came to.
"I have a surprise for you," he said.
"And I have one for you!" said Gothetta before coming out of the darkness to tackle him in human form. This caused the gun to fly out of his hands while falling to the ground near the base of a tree.
"You may have gotten rid of my gun," said Paulus as he quickly stood.
"But I…," he said before something hit him in the back of the head, knocking him back to the ground where he passed out.
"What are you doing?" asked a surprised Gothetta while looking at Sunshine who was holding a rock.
"Ending this before someone gets killed," said Oskar while walking up.
"He's a vampire hunter, we can't let him just walk away after finding out about us," said Gothetta.
"Plus, she's his granddaughter so she can't be trusted either," she said.
"And what will happen after he dies, and the townspeople find out?" asked Oskar which made Gothetta go quiet.
"I'll take the two back to their house and hypnotize them, so they forget all of tonight by morning," he said.
"Alright, then while you do that I'll head back to the school and let everyone know you're safe and will be back soon," said Gothetta.
"And don't say a word to anyone about this, it's a secret between the two of us which no one else needs to know about, right?" asked Oskar.
"Okay, but just get rid of their memories and we both can forget that this even happened," said Gothetta before transforming and flying away.
"Now to get you both home," said Oskar as he turned to the two humans.
