Hey guys, welcome to my newest story, Kaigan Devils! A crossover story for Kamen Rider Ghost and as you can guess High school DxD.
Why do these two series? I honestly could not think of anything else for Ghost.
But with that said, let's do this!

Opening: Hey kids from Noragami
Orphanage
Third person P.O.V.
"Do you have to go…" We hear, as we see two kids standing outside a small building with several people inside.
The first kid was 7 years old with brown hair and orange eyes wearing a simple white t-shirt with blue trousers and orange shoes.
"I do have to go… They're my family now after all" the other kid said, who was a girl about 8 years old who had short black hair with blue eyes wearing a yellow shirt with a red jacket, a black skirt and black tights with red shoes.
"We've been together so long…I don't want to have to never see you again" he said, as the girl looked at him.
"Hey! Hey! Hey! This isn't goodbye I'm just moving a little bit away" the girl said, as the bit sniffed "Really?".
"Yup so stop crying okay Akira," she said, as the now naked Akira sniffed "O-Okay, Mairi".
A car then drove up as the doors opened up "C'mon dear, it's time to go to your new home"
"Okay…bye Akira" she said, walking into the car as Akira waved "Bye Mairi".
He then watched as the car drove before looking up 'I'm going to become someone stronger for her! I'll be a great hero like Miyamoto Musashi! I promise! 'He thought, as the scene flashed.
10 years later
Third person P.O.V.
"WHERE IS HE!" I yelled as I pushed doors to the Orphanage open as everyone looked over at my unhappy expression.
My name is Mairi Masami, an 18 year old Science student who's about to transfer to Kuoh academy. I used to live here before I was adopted, but I still try to keep in touch with my old family here.
"Uh oh, Akira got big sis Mairi mad again" Some of the kids said, as I gave them a glare causing the kids to run away.
'I swear to god, he's missed every reunion we've agreed upon and now he misses his freaking birthday party!' I thought, walking towards one of the rooms.
'I'd get it if he wanted to hang out with some other friends but I am literally his only friend' I thought as I made it to the room.
"Hah take that! Another win for me" I heard from the other side of the door.
"I'm coming in!" I yelled, as I opened the door.
The room was a bit messy with food, games, clothes and other things scattered all around.
Around his room were also history books and romanticised historical books like Romance of the Three kingdoms.
'Well at least he's still into that stuff' I thought as I looked over at my old friend.
He had messy brown hair with orange coloured eye wearing a blue track suit with a red shirt underneath and red shoes
Akira was playing on his computer again, probably playing some RPG or something. He wasn't even dressed! Just in his Pyjamas like usual.
"What do you want?" He asked while he was playing his game.
"Akira, did you forget something?" I asked, looking at him as he thought it over.
"Oh yeah it's my birthday. Thanks for coming, did you bring cake?" he asked, as I stiffened
"I mean I guess I did…WAIT NO!" I yelled, pulling him away.
"HEY!HEY!HEY!HEY! I'm not done yet!" Akira yelled, as I growled "GAH I've had enough with you!".
I walked out of the door before slamming it as Akira continued playing.
"Hah…I can't believe he ended up like this" I mumbled, looking down.
After me and Akira separated, apparently he had a really hard time, he was bullied a lot and never had a chance to make any friends.
Eventually when he even stopped going to school, from what I heard he said he was done with life and stopped interacting with people.
But I'm not gonna give up on him, I won't give up on him! He's like a little brother. I don't want to see him in this state.
"Ah well if it isn't Mairi" I heard, looking over at the Orphanage Director walking up to me while holding a package.
"Huh? Oh miss Shiraki nice to meet you" I greeted the older person who smiled at me.
"Oh you don't have to do any greetings, you're still a member of this family" she said, as I nodded "Yeah thanks".
"Um what's that?" I asked, as she lifted up the package "Oh it's a gift for Akira".
"A gift?" "Did I hear a gift?"
"So you come out for this huh?" I said, looking at Akira who walked out.
"Hey I just don't wanna go out, is that so bad?" he said, stretching.
"Yes it is" I yelled, but he just ignored me.
"So what is it?" he said, opening the thing up to reveal a letter and a white ball shaped device with several lines around it.
"Some kind of trinket? What does the letter say?" I asked, as he checked it "Looks like it's an address to somewhere, where did you get it?".
"It was a gift your father said to give to you in 15 years" she explained, making our eyes widen.
"My dad…" Akira said, before looking at the address and trinket before frowning.
"That's…cool…I guess" he said, before putting his letter and trinket away as he walked to his room.
"Hey Akira!" I said, as he closed the door.
"Geez what's up with him" I said, as Miss Shiraki "Just leave me be, will you be staying for dinner".
"Hmm? Ah yeah sure" I said, following her.
Museum
Third person P.O.V.
It had turned to night as we saw a large museum closing up for the night, however as we saw the people leaving there was someone watching them leaving.
The man then landed on the ground when the museum was empty, before walking through the locked doors.
The man walked past several exhibits as he made it to the back room where they kept even more exhibits. Several guards walked up behind.
The person simply turned around before raising his hand creating a burst of energy knocking the guards back.
The person smirked before opening the door and walking towards the back.
He forced the doors open before walking inside to find several crates of different historical artefacts.
He looked through the gates before smirking as he found one lightbulb and the cross guard of a katana.
"Musashi…and Edison" He smirked before raising his hand and moving his hand in a circle motion creating an eye symbol that moved towards the item forming into some more ball device which he grabbed.
He then snapped his fingers before summing two shadowy monsters with bright blue eyes, he then shoved the eyecon into their bodies.
This caused their bodies to be equipped with hoodies, a red one that made the monster look like a samurai with a long katana like sword and a yellow one that made the monster look like a professor with electrical cords and a light bulb fist.
"The Luminary eyecon has finally revealed itself, search for it now" he said, as the two Ganma nodded before turning into spirits and flying off.
Later that night
Third person P.O.V.
Later that night we see Akira in his room reading a book about his hero Miyamoto Musashi, Japanese swordsman and the founder of the Niten Ichi-ryu swordsmanship in Japanese martial arts.
From outside he could hear everyone having dinner, including Mairi which made him sigh as he got up.
"I should get some food…" he said, before noticing the trinket and the letter on his desk.
Akira sighed as he grabbed the letter and took a closer 'Daikenju temple huh…that address looks like it's all the way in Kuoh… I don't wanna go all the way over there'.
He then turned the letter around to find a photo of an older man, a woman, a little boy and a baby.
"Guh-" Akira said, dropping the photo and grabbed his head.
Flashes of different images flashed through his mind as it showed the silhouette of the older man fighting the monster as he was carried by someone.
"Hah…hah…hah…what was that!" he said, holding on to his head.
He then looked down at the photo before gulping as he got up '...Fine'.
Later in the night, when it was close to morning we see Akira walking down the streets towards the bus stop.
'Hah, I can't believe I'm doing this… though I guess it wouldn't hurt to check it out' He thought walking towards the bus.
"I knew you would come out of there sooner or later" he heard, looking behind him to see Mairi walking up to him.
"Mairi? How did you know I was here?" he asked as she smirked "I knew you were actually interested in that letter".
"Not really" he said, as she looked at him "Oh yeah? And why would you come out here in the early morning".
Akira was silent at this, something Mairi noticed "You are interested are you".
"I just wanted to know why they would want me to come back after leaving me at the Orphanage…and after so many years" he said, as Mairi nodded.
"Yeah it is a mystery, one that I wanna solve" she said, making Akira blink "Huh? But then why-?".
"Why do you think I got up so early, I was going to head there anyway" she said, walking up ahead to the bus stop as Akira sighed following her.
The next day
Third person P.O.V.
The day had finally come as we saw the two walking the streets of the city of Kuoh with Akira looking around.
"So this is Kuoh huh…" Akira said, looking around.
"Oh yeah this is your first time in Kuoh isn't it?" Mairi said, with Akira nodding before he looked over at her "Wait you've been here before?".
"Uh yeah I'm actually transferring here for school next year" she said "The science program in Kuoh academy is really good so I thought it might make sense".
"So…I guess you won't be around for a while" Akira said, as Mairi nodded "Yeah…I guess not…".
There was an awkward silence between the two, not sure what to say to each other until someone broke it.
"Excuse me?" They heard, turning around to see a girl in a very strange outfit.
'Guess she's a cosplayer?' they thought, while looking at the girl's appearance.
She had short brown hair and red eyes, and was wearing a red maid-like dress with black cuff on the neck which made it resemble wings.
"Oh um yes, do you need something?" Mairi asked, as she took out a flyer.
"I was wondering if you wanted this? If you fill it out and send it back we'll do whatever you want, for a price of course".
"Oh uh…" The two sweatdropped, as she looked at them with stars in her eyes.
"S-Sure" Akira sighed, defeatedly, taking the flyer.
"Thank you!" She said, running off as Mairi sighed.
"What does it say?" Mairi asked, as Akira looked at the pamphlet.
It was grey pamphlet with what looked like some kind of magical symbol with a name to be signed with and the words "One way ticket your greatest desire"
"It's probably some kind of scam" Mairi said, taking the pamphlet before putting it in her bag "Come on, let's head to the address".
"Yeah you're right" He said, as the two headed to the address not noticing two invincible figures stalking them.
Damashii Temple
Third person P.O.V.
We see the two walking up a hill in the forest outside the city, with the two looking very tired.
"How far till we're there!" Mairi asked, as Akira checked the letter "It says it should be just up here".
'Huh, I have to admit this place looks pretty old' Mairi thought, looking at the overgrown greenery on the stairs they were walking up to.
"Don't be surprised if we don't find much, this place looks kind of abandoned" Mairi said, as Akira sighed.
"I mean yeah, but whoever left this with me wanted me to come here for a reason, so there has to be something," he said, continuing to walk as Mairi frowned.
The two eventually made it to the temple…only to find it completely destroyed, not just that but it looked like it was burnt to the ground years ago.
"What I tell you, it's completely destroyed" she said, before sighing "Come on let's head ba- Huh?".
Mairi was surprised when Akira ran towards the temple, and when he did the ball device in his pocket glowed orange.
"There has to be something here! Come on and help me!" He said, looking through the rubble.
"Akira what are you doing! There's nothing here!" Mairi asked, as Akira shook his head.
"There just has to be! I know it! Why would they want me to come here!" Akira yelled, making Mairi turn her head "Who?".
"My parents!" He said, before pulling out the directions and showing her the picture of the family "They wanted me to come here for some reason! I just need to find why!".
"This isn't like you, why are you so fixated by this" she asked, as Akira gripped his hand "Because…I don't want to be alone anymore".
"What do you mean…you're not alone" she said, as Akira got up.
"Of course I am, I know what you all think of me! I have no friends at school, everyone in the Orphanage doesn't acknowledge me, I'm going to have to move out soon by law, we barely talk to each other anymore and now you're moving to Kuoh" he said, before looking back at Mairi.
"So you can stay here help me…or you can leave, I don't care which" he said, before going back to looking through the rubble.
Mairi gripped her hand as she walked towards Akira, pulling him back and slapping him in the face.
"Gah, what was that f-" "YOU FUCKING IDIOT!".
Akira was surprised at this as he looked up at Mairi who was glaring at him.
"The only reason you don't have any friends is because you gave up! You never tried to make any friends because you were too scared! Ever since I left the Orphanage I've tried every way possible to help you but you just refused every chance I've given you! So stop blaming everyone else for your own problem, you idiot!" Mairi yelled, as Akira just stared at her.
"M-Mairi…I-" "BOOOOOOOM!"
"What was that?" Mairi said, as she saw some of the rubble being cut in half by some invisible force.
However Akira saw something different, he saw a pair of monsters cutting their way through as they made their way towards them.
"Found you!" The light bulb one said, as it shot a bolt of electricity towards them.
"Mairi! Move!" He yelled, pushing her out of the way as the bolt shot passed them destroying the gate.
"Akira! What was that! What's going on!" She said, as Akira looked at him "What are you talking about! You don't see them?".
"See what!" Mairi yelled, back as the two monsters snickered.
"So that kid can see us! Guess he's the one with the Eyecon" the lightbulb monster snickered as the sword monster crossed his arms, "Then we'll have to get it for the glory of the Ganma race".
"What!" Akira said, as they rushed towards him before he moved out of the way.
"Akira! Where are you going!" Mairi asked, as Akira grabbed a stick.
"Mairi run! I'll try to lead these things away" He said, grabbing a stick and waving it at the monsters as he led them away.
"…What is he talking about?" She said, following him.
"Gah!" Akira yelled, as he was knocked to the ground by the monsters before he looked back up at them.
"Seriously, you're that weak man and I thought this coulda been exciting" The lightbulb monster groaned.
"Who are you! What do you want!" Akira yelled, as the sword monster crossed his arms.
"A human like you have no right to know what we are, but what we need is the eyecon you to complete our ambition" he said, as Akira gulped.
"Eyecon?" he said before pulling out the ball device before gripping it.
"You want it?" he said, before spinning around and throwing his arm "THEN GET IT!"
"WHAT!" The two monsters yelled, as the sword Ganma growled.
"Oh you have made a bad decision" The ganma said, before dashing towards Akira.
Akira barely had time to recover before he felt the Ganma stab his blade right through his chest.
"G-Gah" Akira cringed, as spat out some blood before Ganma pulled his sword and the two went down the hill to find the eyecon.
'Seriously… this is how i'm going to go out' he thought before pulling out the Eyecon which he had not actually thrown away 'At least i managed to trick those two…'
"AKIRA!" he heard, looking up to see Mairi with tears in her eyes as she ran up to him "Akira! What happened! Who did this to you".
'Mairi…no…you have…to run…' he tried to say but he didn't have the strength to speak it out.
"It's going to be okay! I'm going to get you to the hospital! I promise" Mairi cried, as Akira found out harder and harder to stay awake.
'I'm not ready to go…I'm not ready… to…go…' he said, as he closed his eyes but as he did the eyecon began glowing.

Akira P.O.V.
'Where…am I…' I thought as I felt myself floating in something as I tried to move up "Huh?".
I was in some kind forest, in a pond with a waterfall behind me and amazing plant life all around me.
"Akira! NO! Akira!"
"MAIRI" I yelled, running out of the water hearing the voice of Mairi as I looked around a bit before looking upwards to see a screen of Mairi holding my body.
"Akira! Please come back! Don't go!"
"Mairi! I'm right here" I yelled, as the screen disappeared.
"NO!" I yelled before falling down to my knees.
"I…I really did die…" I said, looking down.
"Yeah you did, and now you're here at my house" I heard, looking up before being blinded by a bright light before looking over to see an old man standing on a hill. He had what looked like very tribal clothes, carrying a golden staff.
"Who are you?" I asked, as he grinned.
"I am everything... yet nothing... I am all and I am one..." He answered, with a smile which gave me a blank look.
"A-A…Are you god?".
"No no... nothing that grand. You may call me.. Sennin." He smiled as he hoped down at me.
He kneeled down before he gave off a smile. "It seems you died too soon... eh Akira?" Sennin said, making me blink
"You... you know me?" I asked him, surprised by this.
"Of course, I've had my eye on you for quite some time but I must say I am a little bit disappointed," he said, as I looked at him.
"Disappointed…?" I asked, as I looked at him.
"Despite all the potential you had you just gave up when you were having problems and hid within your room away from your problems" he said, making me look down.
"You're right…I just hid away from everyone and wasted my life, but there's no going back now huh" I frowned, as he smiled.
"Actually there might be a way to bring you back" he said, as Akira looked at him "WHAT! HOW!"
"Remember what killed you" he said, as Akira looked down "Those monsters…".
"The Ganma, they were after that little item right there" he said, pointing to the ball device in my hand which changed colours "Woah!".
"That is known as an eyecon; it holds your being, which will allow you to return to the human realm as a spirit" he said, "With it you are fated to fight the Ganma, as your father did".
"You know my father?" I asked, as Sennin nodded. "Correct, he was a ghost hunter that defended the world from supernatural threats with his eyecon and powers".
"But why do the Ganma want this" I asked, as he smirked.
"That is because the eyecon are necessary for a ritual for a wish" he said, as I stood up.
"What! How!" I said, as he grinned.
"You see the Ganma has collected items as Luminary Eyecons which hold the spirit of historical people, those eyecons are within the bodies of those monsters that killed you" he explained.
"If you are able to gather 15 of these eyecons from the Ganma and purify them you will be able to perform a ritual with your special eyecon, which could even bring you back to life" he explained.
"Wait really!" I said, shooting up as he grinned "Yup, but it'll be really difficult you sure you're up to it?".
"Yeah! If I don't try something, my soul will not be able to rest. In fact my soul is burning brighter than it ever has before! I don't know what will happen to me but so long as I can go back to Mairi, I promised I would be someone strong for her like Musashi and I want to keep that promise" I said, a determined look in my eyes.
Sennin looked at me before smiling and started to crackle.
"I gotta admit boy.. you are something! Here... a present from me..." He started, before thrusting his arm causing flames to cover my waist forming some kind of belt.
The belt had a clear material over it with an eye in the middle and an orange lever on the side.
"What's this?" I asked, looking at the belt.
"This is the Luminary Driver with it you will be able to use the eyecons to become a Kamen Rider" he said, making me blink "Kamen…Rider?".
"Man you really like asking a lot of questions, don't ya" I heard, looking over to see a small ghost next to me. It had a light orange body and what looked like a white cape on, and it seemed to have just a giant eye with some orange for the iris.
"YO~!" he said, making me tumble back.
"This is Yurusen, he'll be your guide around the supernatural world" he said, as Yurusen grinned.
"Hope ya keep up" Yurusen said, as I nodded.
"One more thing the Eyecons' powers are finite, we don't know how long it will last so be careful that" he said, as I nodded.
"Very well then…welp good luck!" he said, pushing me back to the water as I was brought back to the real world.
Real world
Third person P.O.V.
"Akira…" Mairi cried, as she held Akira's body as the Ganma made their way towards the two of them.
"Hmph, so he had tricked us" The sword ganma said, as the other Ganma "Then let's just kill the broad and get eyecon"
However much to their surprise Akiras began glowing before dissolving into particles and getting sucked up into the eyecon.
"W-What…Akira…Akira where are you!" Mairi yelled, as she ran around the area trying to find what happened.
"Hehehe, well now it's easy pickings'" the Lightbulb Ganma said as he reached for the device which glowed before floating up and flying right past him.
"Where is it going!" The sword Ganma yelled.
"It's right here" they heard, looking up to see Akira standing there.
"You're alive!" The lightbulb Ganma said, as the sword Ganma scoffed, "Then I'll just have to kill you again!".
"No! I'm going to live my life without any regrets! My life is gonna burn bright!" He said, gripping the ghost driver before seating "Uh how do I work this?".
"Mou you don't even know this?" Yurusen said, as Akira sighed "Come on man, this is my first time".
"You gotta switch on the eyecon, then put it in the belt and pull the lever," Yurusen said.
"Okay," he said, pressing the button before putting it in the belt.
Eye~!
From the belt a black and orange hoodie ghost flew out and began spinning around the place much to everyone's surprise as it flew towards the two Ganma
BATCHMIRINA BATCHMIRINA BATCHMIRINA
"Hey fuck off you little pest!" They said, swatting the ghost away.
"Now just pull the lever and transform!" Yurusen said, as Akira nodded pulling the lever and pushing it back causing armour to form around him.'
It was a black bodysuit with transparent armour protecting his body. Orange geoglyph-like markings which resembled bones flashed onto his arms and legs while in the centre of his chest was a white eye-like symbol, shining just as bright. His face was covered in a black helmet with a purely blank faceplate which was smooth and reflective in the light with no features.
"Woah" he said, looking at the armour as the ghost spun around and flew towards him.
"Hey hey hey hey!" Akira said, tripping back as the ghost wrapped itself around his body as a new mask covered his blank helmet, giving him a now glowing face which was bright orange with two black compound eyes and a large horn in the centre of his forehead.
"Incredible" he said, looking at himself.
"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!" The Ganma said, as Akira slowly moved to a fighting.
"I am…Kamen Rider…um…GHOST! Kamen rider Ghost!" he said, before leaping towards the monster while pulling out a large sword called the Gan Gun Saber.
"Hmph I'll take care of this fool!" The sword ganma said, as they both swung their swords at each other with their blades clashing
"Rah!" Ghost yelled, slashing the monster's sword away before he kicked him back.
"Don't forget you're already dead, so they can't kill ya so go all out" Yurusen said, as Ghost nodded "Alright!"
He then dasheed for the monster ready to slash at them but then Lightbulb monster grinned before shooting him, knocking him back.
"Gah! I thought you said I couldn't get hurt" Ghost said, as Yurusen grinned "I just said you couldn't die, never said you it wouldn't hurt like hell besides looks like it helped ya figure something out".
"Huh? What do you- Woah!" Ghost said, as he found himself floating in the middle of the air.
"Hahahaha, this is kind of cool" he said, as the Lightbulb Ganma tried to shoot lightning at him but he floated away from it.
"Hah Not this time, gotta try again" he said, before flying in and slashing at the two Ganma knocking them back.
"How about we try this" he said, placing the sword near the driver causing energy to move from the driver to the sword.
Gan Gan Mina! Gan Gan Mina!
Ghost then dashed towards the Sword Ganma as he pulled the trigger on the sword.
Omega Break!
He then swung his sword at the monster sending it flying back.
"I can feel it…" Ghost said, throwing his sword away before pulling the lever as an eye symbol appeared behind him.
"MY LIFE IS BURNING BRIGHTER THAN IT EVER HAS BEFORE!" he yelled pushing the lever back in place as he struck a pose.
Dai Kaigan!
Ore! Omega Drive!
Energy moved from the seal which moved towards Ghost's foot before he leapt up into the air and sent an energy charged kick towards the monster.
The monster tried to block the attack but it was eventually too much as he was blown back into the air, with the hoodie coming off before the two of them exploded.
From the explosion an red and black eyecon flew out before he quickly grabbed it.
"The first eyecon! I got it!" he said before turning towards the Ganma who gulped.
"You…I'll get you for this!" he yelled, before disappearing.
"Phew.." he sighed, pulling out the eyecon and returning to normal.
"So what do we do now? You gonna tell your little friend?" Yurusen asked, as Akira looked at his eyecon.
"No…I don't want to involve her in this stuff not until we get the eyecons, and I can come back to life '' Akira decided, a determined look in his eyes.
"Well, well, well now that sounds interesting" the two of them heard, as they looked at a new person.
There stood a teenage girl with crimson red hair that reached all the way down to her thighs and a few bangs over her face. She had green eyes and a very buxom figure, she also wore a black and white school uniform.
"Who are…who are you?" Akira asked, a little blush on his face as she smirked.
"My name is Rias Gremory, and I believe I can help with your little quest…for a price" she said, a smirk on her face.
And done woo boy this was a fun chapter to work on. I'm really glad I got to finally do a Kamen Rider ghost fanfic.
You have no idea how much I wanted a ghost fanfic, I had to figure out some kinds of stories for Ghost but I finally got a decent one.
