Naruto never attempted to disguise himself as anybody like Leena in Canon
Naruto hacked the Video Cards before stealing the Artifacts from the Warehouse to erase his steps
He was unaware that Artie was killed
Naruto's 'betrayal' nearly destroys Claudia
She becomes catatonic for the week he was working against the Warehouse
After Debronzing HG, Naruto left with them and was tasked with helping her acclimate to the new world
During this time, they bonded, Naruto telling her how much she reminds him of Claudia and his newfound hatred for Macpherson, her about her exploits as a Warehouse Agent and her daughter
Instead of tricking Pete and Myka at her home in order to escape, Naruto uses his newly created Tesla Grenade on them.
He invented them, then after his Bronzing, Claudia improved them and made them smaller
Artie chased Macpherson to Cern after learning one of Macpherson's aliases bought a plane ticket and that he was spotted on several cameras
Macpherson did this to lure Artie out of the Warehouse
Naruto kills Macpherson after HG gives Naruto the detonator to Claudia's bomb after using her vest to steal it as well as her things from the Escher Vault
Afterwards he Teslas Artie, Pete and Myka so he can run to Claudia and remove it
They find him hugging and profusely apologizing to a crying Claudia with the detonator and bloody bomb chip on the floor after being alerted by Leena that he was at the B'n'B
During Naruto's trial for his actions, he tells the Regents that he did what he had to in order to protect someone he loves
His punishment for his actions is 6 months Bronzed
Before it is carried out, he and Claudia reveal that they've both developed feelings for each other (her during her childhood, him in his time back) and kiss
During his Bronzing, Naruto poses like Han Solo in Empire Strikes Back much to Pete and Claudia's amusement
During the 6 months Naruto is Bronzed, Claudia undergoes daily therapy to get rid of her massive codependence of him, something no one realized was as bad as it was.
She also tinkers with and improves his arm with HG, which had been removed prior to his sentencing, giving it a built-in cable (Jack-In Cable from Cyberpunk 2077), Hologram Farnsworth (Communication Disk from Star Wars only in his wrist) and Tesla (Repulsor from Iron Man)
During these moments, Claudia told HG about his pranking habit and how he raised her after her family died
He is released during Jinks' first week as a Warehouse Agent
Afterwards, he and Claudia secretly enter a romantic relationship
When he's Debronzed, he acts like he has 'Hibernation Sickness' and Claudia plays along
Other than the Leena/Macpherson issue, the Claudia and Leena fights, the Claudia and Todd arc, the mutual-ish attraction between Claudia and Fargo, season 2 goes pretty much Canon, with Claudia going to therapy sessions with Valda and Abigail
Claudia finds two college applications for a college in Eureka in Naruto's desk in his room
When Claudia visits Eureka, she asks to meet Henry so she can get the schematics to Naruto's arm (which she brought with her to tinker with while she waits for the new Goo) and his contact information so they can bounce ideas for it off each other
When Artie is captured by Ivan, Claudia is also captured and tortured in place of Artie to torture him
When Pete and Myka make it to the room, they both empty their mags into his chest
Naruto builds a Sonic Screwdriver (11's) that also has the 'ability' of a Tesla for fun, and it ends up being used by Claudia
Claudia and Naruto use an Artifact created by Naruto called Psychic Paper (Doctor Who), instead of badges like Pete, Myka and Steve
Naruto is the one to go undercover and be killed by Marcus Diamond
He was there instead of Jinks while Mrs. Frederic tortured Sally
Jinks was needed elsewhere so Naruto stayed
He was uncomfortable with the torture simply because it was Mrs. Frederic
When he drew his firearm at Mrs. Frederic, he did so knowing Sally would escape, and had come up with the plan to infiltrate her organization
He had noticed that she had been trying to turn him during her torture
Instead of telling Claudia he was fired, he tells her he was going undercover
This was his one stipulation
When Naruto tells Mrs. Frederic his stipulation, she asks him how long he and Claudia had been seeing each other
After 'catching' Claudia in the forest, she tells Naruto how angry Pete was at being tesla-ed by him again.
He tells her he'll let Pete Tesla him a couple times to make it up to him after Sykes was stopped
Instead of a lethal injection, Diamond either slits Naruto's throat or breaks his neck
Sykes and Diamond are much crueler with his body and crucify his corpse in the middle of the room
Naruto's "If You're Seeing This" video was a delayed message sent to Claudia's Farnsworth
In it he informs her that he kept all the information he gathered while undercover in a DATA Drive he installed into his arm specifically for this mission and then tells everyone how much he's enjoyed working at the Warehouse and with them and to look after each other
He also tells Claudia how much he loves her, how proud he is of her, and how sorry he is that he broke his promise not to leave her again
Claudia takes far more pleasure in killing Diamond
When HG finds out why Sykes wanted her, she tells him that he should've asked Naruto
She tells him that when Naruto was helping her acclimate to the new world, they'd play chess and Naruto always defeated her
The Regents agree to reinstate HG on Artie's insistence after she helps save him, Pete, Myka and then the Warehouse and eventually, she begins working there again after Evil Artie
Naruto is freed from The Metronome when he destroys it after it almost kills Claudia
At some point after Naruto is 'freed' from The Metronome and before Evil Artie's first move, Naruto and Claudia are about to enter a house to arrest Sally, when she shoots the house with Black Bart's Cannon as Naruto was about to open the door, sending Naruto into the windshield of a car and Claudia through a fence
Naruto's wounds are; a shattered spine, all ribs broken, punctured lung, cracked skull, swelled brain, cybernetic arm destroyed, broken legs, several ruptured organs, severe internal bleeding, several broken bones (Some piercing through his skin), some shattered bones, dislocated shoulder, gashes on his back, burns on his face, and severe charring on his chest to the point of seeing bone
When First Responders arrived, Naruto's chest had been on fire for 12 minutes
Claudia's wounds are; broken ribs, concussion, lost eye, several broken bones (some piercing through her skin), dislocated shoulder, pierced thigh, internal bleeding, ruptured organs, severed leg, bruised spine, and some shrapnel in her face, chest and back
Claudia ends up in a coma for a month while Naruto is put into a coma until he's healed
Claudia's Farnsworth saves her from a large piece of shrapnel piercing her lung
The destruction of Naruto's arm and Claudia's Farnsworths sends a distress signal to all other Farnsworths that there's an Agent down with its last known location
When the others arrive several hours later with Dr Calder and Mrs. Frederic, Claudia had just been declared stable but comatose while Naruto was still in surgery, and it was a wonder how he was still alive and was not expected to survive the night but does
Afterwards, they are moved to the medical wing of the Regent Châtelet where they are healed using Bathsheba's Oil of Healing
They are both submerged in tanks full of The Oil (Bacta Tanks from Star Wars)
Due to The Oil being a copy, it heals slower but still leaves no scaring
Due to Naruto's lost arm being caused by The Honjo Masamune, the oil can't heal/regrow it like it does with Claudia's eye and leg as well as their other injuries, which were caused shrapnel, debris, fire, and impact
The Cannon wasn't recovered after the final confrontation with Sykes and was taken by Sally, who was never killed and in a relationship with Diamond and was Sykes' daughter
When going after 'Brother Adrian' in Endless Wonder, Claudia is blown up by 'Adrian's' trap but miraculously only receives some scratches, bruises, minor burns, and a concussion
In The Ones We Love, Evil Artie sends The Scroll to Megan Reese, whom Claudia had become best friends with, and another Artifact to Fargo, whom Naruto had become best friends with
HG is almost killed by The Chinese Orchid
When Claudia is chosen as the next Caretaker, Naruto is chosen to become the Warehouse Librarian
Eventually, he also becomes the new Artie
Claudia eventually gains the same 'control' of the Warehouse as Paracelsus and becomes the permanent Caretaker and Guardian of all future Warehouses

When Paracelsus Bronzes Claudia, it sets Naruto on a warpath

His immortality is like Captain Jack Harkness from Doctor Who since he breathed in some gas meant for 1 Immortality Ritual
Naruto is 'killed' by Paracelsus after he becomes the 'Ultimate' Caretaker
He was impaled through the heart with Excalibur by Paracelsus
He had gone after him with Excalibur after realizing Paracelsus escaped
They found him during the Cleanup after defeating Paracelsus
Artie is the one to find him on the floor leaning against a shelf shortly after finding his severed Cybernetic arm on the floor a couple isles away
While everyone waits for a team to collect his body, they lay him on the ground where Claudia lays clutching his corpse when she suddenly feels his heart start to beat again
Pete is the one to piece together that Naruto breathed in the Immortality Gas when he grappled with Paracelsus, as he was the only one to see Naruto fight for The Stone, when Naruto's blood begins to disappear 10 minutes after removing Excalibur
They were unaware that Naruto was in the Warehouse and thought he was in Eureka hanging out with Fargo in order to cool off
They had all gotten worried when he never answered his Farnsworth after Paracelsus took over the Warehouse however and even further worried when he wouldn't answer after he was defeated
Instead of an Alternate Valda trying to steal the Warehouse, it's an Alternate Naruto
He was in possession of Artie's Fork when everything was reverted
Alternate Naruto was Paracelsus' Protégé, and reveals that he (and by extension 'Real' Naruto) is Paracelsus' descendant
He takes Alternate Valda's place in the Alternate Timeline as Paracelsus' "Busey" (Naruto and Claudia speak for Righthand Man)
He does not have a Cybernetic arm
He is defeated the same way as Alternate Valda
As soon as he disappears, Naruto wakes up

In order to make Pete, Myka, Artie, Jinks, HG, Leena, and Vanessa immortal, Naruto sacrificed himself 20 times each
Naruto is kidnapped outside the Warehouse by an organization called The Three Families (Torchwood) in an effort to recreate his immortality using his blood
It doesn't work due to his immortality being tied to an Artifact.
