Author's Note: Well this is going to be my first attempt at a prolonged story I have chosen DxD for this task. I am interested to see how well I do I would like for this story to go far as I feel as if this story will be unique in compared to others I have not seen to many Vampire OC DxD Fan fictions. This story will contain elements from Hellsing. As of this moment I don't plan on making this a harem fic
this story will start during the same period of time that the peace conference is taking place for the biblical faction

Chapter 1: Shocking Suprise
It was a dark stormy night as a young man no older than 16 was in a courtyard with his father both wielding Swords. The sounds of the rain could only be- drowned out by the clashing of metal. The young man was Swinging wildly at his father, until the older man countered and swept the legs of his son causing him to fall.
The young man had drenched blond hair and striking red eyes.
"Not good enough, you are swinging that sword like a buffoon. Dragos where are the techniques that we have been training?" His father talked down to him "Get up! We will not stop until you use what you have been taught."
The older man looked like an older version of the young man
The now named Dragos slowly stood up "Yes father." he rose his sword and set his feet and glared back at his father with a look of determination "I will not fail again." He charged at his father this time more calculated he swung down on his father but it was parried. He then sent a kick in his fathers direction creating a separation between the two.
"Good, Very good but now it is my turn." as his father then rushed towards him as he got closer a third party made them self known before he could strike.
"Lord Tepes, Queen Carmilla has requested your audience" a Butler spoke up. Lord Tepes stopped mid swing and looked to the butler in surprise.
"Lady Carmilla? I was not aware that she was coming to our Kingdom." Lord Tepes then looked to his son "get cleaned up we have a meeting to attend." Lord Tepes sheathed his sword.
"Yes father at once." Dragos Sheathed his sword as both made there way to the manor. Drago couldn't help but be confused as Queen Carmila was of a different faction. And her unexpected appearance could mean a multitude of things.
Dragos was walking to his quarters to freshen up and change into a set of dry clothing. He changed into a black suit with gold trim and a purple undershirt. He looked into the mirror with a nervous look on his face. How could he not be nervous the Queen of a faction who's relations with his has been on a down word spiral in recent times. He steeled himself and left his quarters and made his way towards the throne room.
He entered the large room with his father already sitting on his elevated throne with his crown and his elder brother standing on his right side. Dragos made his way to his fathers left side and stood beside him looking back towards the entrance of the room.
Only a few more moments passed as the double doors to the entrance opened wide as a tall crowned woman with jet black hair and crimson eyes with a dress to match strode in to the room. Followed by a younger woman who looked identical to the older woman but with a purple dress.
"Ahh it has been a while Cluadia, you still look stunning I see" The King spoke from his throne
"Vlad you are ever the charmer, I believe this is the first time I will ever meet your youngest son." The Queen replied as she looked over to the kings left side before looking back to the King "I Believe it will also be your first time meeting my daughter Sofia"
"It is indeed my son Dragos wasnt born when we last spoke," The king though back. "So, what has brought you here Carmilla you havent sent word to our kingdom in years."
"Straight to buisness then I guess," she sighed "the biblical faction has just signed a peace treaty to combat an organisation called Chaos Brigade." A more serious look then took her face. "There are a lot of traitors from both of our factions in this terrorist group. The govenor General of the Fallens has sent word that he would like help from both of our factions to combat this organisation."
The King just rubbed his temples "so are you suggesting an alliance between us then? It will never last once this group falls."
"Of course you are right. That is why I would like to arrange a marriage between your youngest son and my youngest daughter. Where they could go to Kuoh the town in which the biblical faction have claimed alliance to show support from our factions as well" The Queen smiled devilshly.
Dragos and Sofia looked at eachother in shock. Dragos spoke up for the first time since this meeting began. "B-but we have never even met eachother before this is to-"
"Silence! my son this will bring perminate peace between our factions." The King silenced his son while thinking of his options. "Hmm, you have given me much to think about Cluadia. But I see your proposal as the best option to secure peace between us and unite agianst this misterious group."
The Queen smiled "Agreed. So when will we move there things to Kuoh town? I will have to notify The Fallens leader of this development."
"One week time" The King smiled over to the other queen "We shall Demolish this group and secure unity with our factions without bloodshed." Dragos and Sofia looked at there respective parents in utter shock before looking at eachother with confuesed looks. "Well now that buisness has been discussed its time to FEAST! Bring in the food!"
Guards came through the doors with chained Humans. As this happened every vampire in the rooms eyes glowed a vibrant red and they took to there feast.
TIME SKIP AFTER FEAST
"So your Sofia huh." Dragos spoke up "I didn't think I would be in this situation if im honest. Engaged to someone whom I've never met until just this evening."
"Mother just sprung this on me aswell I was unaware of her plans for this." Sofia replied "But I will tell you this Dragos I will NOT have a loveless marriage so I am willing to see if we work out. However if we don't." she glared at him "I WILL find my way out of it."
"HAHAHA, I expect nothing less." Dragos luaghed but then grew serious "It seems in the near future are lives are going to get a lot less peaceful. Since we are going to Kuoh to join with this supposed alliance"
"True, I have never met any of the three factions." Sofia said in wonder "I guess only time will tell how things will go huh" she looked to see both of there parents discussing the last of there matters "it seems we will leave soon, I guess I will see you in Kuoh" she smiled towards Dragos as she lifter her hand to him
He grasped it with his own "It was a pleasure to meet you Sofia despite the circumstances I do hope everything between us does work out." he scratched the back of is head.
"As do I, As do I" she replied with a smile
"Its time to go daughter we have 7 days to get you settled in at Kuoh." Cluadia said while standing next to Vlad.
Vlad spoke up "She is right Dragos 7 days will flash before our eyes its time for you to prepare to move. Soon you will have war infront of you. I expect nothing but results on the battlefield."
"We will take our leave then" Carmilla said as a black magic circle appeared below her and her daughter. As the circle dissapered so did they leaving a brief silence in the throne room.
"Arranged Marriage huh? Cant say this is where I saw my day going father." Dragos stated as his eldest brother who was unusually quite the whole day grabbed him from behind "Marius what now?"
"This is great! My loner of a brother finally has a girl friend Whoops I mean fiance, hahaha this is Rich!" Marius laughed at his brothers situation.
Dragos glared at his older brother with irritation but before he could reply his father spoke up "Enough you two, we have a war to prepare for. Those traitors will know blood. Dragos begin your packing, these next 7 days will be rough for you as your training has just increased by double until you make your leave."
Dragos eyes widened in fear "Y-yes father I will get ready at once." Dragos made way to his quarters to begin packing.
TIME SKIP 7 DAYS
"Its time for you to make your leave my son, I will be preparing our troops for war against the traitors" Vlad spoke to his youngest son. "Claudia and I have discussed with the fallen angel leader on acquiring a place for you and your fiance to stay."
"I am prepared father I will fight against these terrorists with my all" Dragos confidently spoke to his father
"I expect nothing less now prepare yourself I will teleport you to his location." Vlad announced as a magic circle appeared under his son and teleported him away.
Line Break - Dragos POV
Sofia and I appeared in what seemed to be some sort of lounge with a large permanent magic circle in the center of the room. Looking around I noticed several people looking at us but my eyes locked with an older blond man.
"Oho so the royalty has arrived welcome to the occult research club my name is Azazel." The blond man Introduced him self while sitting behind the main desk. A red headed girl seemed to be glaring at Azazel before turning towards Sofia and I and smiled.
"My name is Rias Gremory and this is my territory I welcome you on behalf of the Devil faction everyone else in this room is a member of my peerage." The red head introduced herself
Sofia and I Bowed and Introduced ourselves "My name is Dragos Tepes here on behalf of the Tepes faction with my fiance." I stated while looking over at Sofia when I finished my introduction
"And I am Sofia Carmilla here on behalf of the Carmilla faction with my fiance" Sofia finished her introduction while looking back at me at the end of it.
A member in the room gasped as I looked over and saw a blond boy with pink eyes looking back at me. He looked oddly familiar to me but I couldn't place a name on his face. The rest of the room introduced them selves to us. The last one to do so was the pink eyed boy
"H-hello my name is Gasper Vladi." as he immediately hid behind Issei.
"Vladi? What is a member of house Vladi doing here?" I questioned him but Rias was the one to respond.
"Well you see he is a Dhampir. I found him abandoned so I gave him a home among my family." Rias replied with a bright smile.
"A Dhampir huh?" as I looked down thinking about how poorly he must have been treated as a half-breed. "Gasper, do you enjoy your life here with your new family?" I looked to him curiously
"U-Um yes I love Buchou and everyone in our Peerage." Gasper replied nervously.
"Good, I am sorry our lands aren't kind to people like you Gasper." I replied as Sofia looked at me with a curious glance. Rias just smiled at my kind words
"Well now that Introductions are over I welcome you two to Kuoh Acadamey" Azazel said with a smirk "I already enrolled you both as transfer students from Romania."
"We are here to fight a war against this terrorist organization not meander with humans." Sofia spoke against what Azazel was suggesting. "A human school would be a waste of our time."
"But that is where you are wrong princess, this is a perfect chance to get to know your allies." Azazel's smirk growing from ear to ear. "not only will it give you time to adjust to your new surroundings but also time to bond with your new fiance all while playing the roll as school kids, Besides I have already gotten permission to do this from both King Vlad and Queen Claudia."
"NOOOO!" Sofia and I yelled in defeat knowing are parents set this up

I am aiming for something that is different from what everyone else has written any way leave suggestions in the reviews on ways for me to move forward or improve thank you! Again this is a AU story the weaknesses that vampires have to sunlight will be reduced to the uncomfort that devils have in the day time.
