We were both young when I first saw you. I close my eyes and the flashback starts.
I am standing there on a balcony in summer air. See the lights; see the party, the ball gowns. See you make your way through the crowd and say, "Hello". Little did I know I was about to fall madly in love with you.
However, life was not easy for us. I had dreams to achieve and, we shared most of them but, I also had duties to fulfil and, you could not take part in all of them.
There were moments when I just wanted to tell you, "Phai, take me somewhere we can be alone. I will be waiting, all there is left to do is run and live together as we have always deserved."
We could finally have moments to cherish and remember, moments where only love was the feeling that ruled us.
And, when I thought we were reaching that point in our lives where everything would be easier, Atropos took you away from me.
