It was Autumn, mid october, the 22nd to be exact, the woman was exhausted having a long and tiring labour. Her husband was also drained out from waiting these long painful hours for his first child to be born but not half as exhausted as she was .Despite all the pain and long hours, it was all worth it for the most beautiful baby.
The nurse brought the newborn girl to settle on her mothers bare chest, while the baby wailed her lungs out .
As the new mother tried to quiet down her daughter's cries, her own eyes started to tear up with happiness and stress.
"Hello, look at how beautiful you are. I can't believe I am your mother, I love you,my daughter." The new mother cooed once her baby's cries finally quieted, at the same time she gave her baby girl at least a thousand kisses all over her face.
The little girl was the most beautiful thing both her parents had ever seen with her baby blue eyes, blonde hair and the softest skin. She didn't have a name yet but her parents were thinking of one that would suit.
"She's perfect. " The dark haired man leaned over his wife in the hospital bed and newborn daughter in her arms.
"She is. Her name is Minako, it just suits her, it means beautiful child and she is the most beautiful child I have ever seen. " The brunette woman beamed, touching her baby's hand, the little girl responded by grasping her mothers finger.
"It suits her perfectly. Hello Minako, I am so happy to be your papa, I love you my beautiful girl." The new father beamed.
Minako let out a few whimpers which her parents took as a 'hello'.
"Hello Mina." The woman softly wept giving the infant a nuzzle.
Reluctant to let her daughter go, the new mother carefully passed Minako into her husband's arms, so she could eat and get some rest until it was time to feed Minako. Even though it had only been a minute, she already missed her pretty girl. Despite all the sleepless nights and diaper changing she would go through, she felt so much bliss being a mother.
When she awoke, she awoke to the sweet site of her husband singing to Minako while rocking her. While she thought her loving husband was a bit of a slack in a dead end job, he was an amazing father even though he had only been one for three hours.
"You love her so much don't was she while I slept?" The woman chuckled.
"She was perfect, we really just cuddled and she slept. She didn't cry until she was hungry." The man smiled, kissing his daughter's cheek before he passed her to his wife.
Before she knew it she had her daughter back in her arms, she missed her so much even though it was only an hour she wasn't holding her. Her baby was crying out of hunger, stressed out she wasn't too sure what to do but she knew she would get it.
"Oh Mina, I'm so sorry." The woman frowned trying to latch Minako on her breast.
Eventually she latched Minako onto her breast, as the baby suckled on her breast,the mother reflected on her happiness and how much joy Minako had given her even though her sweet girl was only three hours old. She always desired to have a daughter, yet alone be a mother and now, the desire had finally come true but it was even better than her dream. Before Minako finished nursing, she looked down at her blonde hair and murmed.
"Who knows what your destiny may be Mina but whatever it is I will always be there for you, even if it's a secret from me. Even when I get mad at you when you're older for slacking in school and oversleeping, even if you hate me and when I get hard on you, I will always love you."
The astrological sign of Venus shone brightly on the infant's head between her bright blue eyes. Her parents noticed but only had one thought, that their baby had an important destiny. However that destiny wasn't important at the moment, as for now the only thing on their mind was how in love they were with their baby girl.
