Between The Sun And Stars

Darling

My heart owes its skips to you

My rays owe their shine to you

My soul pays homage to yours

Together as one

We are inseparable

We wait out our shifts for that one fleeting moment to join together

As one

They say your shine is too dim

They don't know that I shine because of you

They say you are cold and weak

They don't know that I make you warmer

Because we are together..

I'd watch you hop around the stars

I'd watch the event unfold

How the joining of us one evening,

Result in a beautiful cluster of stars

Afterwards, my love

I were to never see you again.

Not your presence

Not your soul

Not your silver rays

Not your everlasting love

To them

You died, never to be seen another cycle

I

Will not let our memory go

Your memory go

I will look after the night for you

Until we meet again

I shall watch the stars for both of us

Because

You live.

You watch over the stars with I

We make the night sky bloom

Forever remain

The remnants of of our days

And tomorrow we share them once

Again...
