We Are One The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride Kiara X OC Alexis Chapter 1: Outsiders, a lion king fanfic

Chapter One: Outsiders

"Alexis be careful will you?" Nuka says as Alexis bumps into him.

"Sorry Nuka." Alexis says.

"Come on Alexis. I wanna play." Vitani says as she comes running over.

"Sorry Vitani. I'm looking for Kovu." Alexis says.

"I'm sure he's around somewhere. The little brat is always doing something." Nuka says annoyedly.

"Aren't you supposed to be watching him?" Alexis asks.

"Who cares? He's just second best compared to me." Nuka says annoyedly.

"Yeah right." Vitani says as Alexis soon notices paw prints in the ground and quickly follows them as Vitani and Nuka.

*Timeskip*

"Come on. Kovu where are you?" Alexis asks as she is tracking Kovu in wolf form.

"Run!" A voice shouts as Alexis quickly looks toward the sound as she shifts to lion form.

"Kovu!" Alexis shouts before she runs to the sound and finds Kovu and a young lioness cub fleeing from some crocodiles.

"Alexis!" Kovu shouts as he sees Alexis push a long branch down to him and the other cub.

"Move it! Now!" Alexis shouts before Kovu and the other cub quickly climb the tree and get to safety while panting.

"I did it... I did it!" The other cub says happily as she and Kovu laugh happily before Alexis chuckles slightly at the female causing her to smile and blush.

"Kovu are you alright?" Alexis asks as she looks at Kovu.

"Yeah. How did you find me though?" Kovu asks curiously.

"I tracked you. How else?" Alexis asks.

"Whoah man! Did you see the size of these teeth? We make such a good team! And your friend here coming and giving us that branch? You... you were really brave and smart!" The female says as Alexis smiles kindly at her.

"It was kind of exciting. My name is Alexis and this is my friend Kovu." Alexis says.

"I'm Kiara. Tag! You're it! Tag! You're it! You're it! Hello? You run. I tag... get it? What's the matter? Don't you know how to play?" Kiara asks as she playfully bats at Alexis and Kovu.

"Sorry Kiara. That's not really how we play back home. Well most of us anyway." Alexis says.

"Oh." Kiara says before she playfully hunches down before Alexis and Kovu follow her playing style only for an adult lion to jump out above Kiara and roar before Zira comes out of some pushes and does the same with Alexis and Kovu.

"Zira." Simba says.

"Simba!" Zira says before some lionesses come over with a meerkat, bird and a wart high.

"Nala." Zira says as she looks at a lioness.

"Zira." Nala says.

"Timon, Pumba. Great. Now that we all know each other... Get outta our Pride Lands!" The meerkat shouts angrily.

"Your Pride Lands? These lands belonged to Scar." Zira says as she growls angrily.

"I banished you from the Pride Lands! Now you and your young cubs... get out!" Simba says angrily.

"Oh... haven't you met my son Kovu and his friend Alexis? He was hand-chosen by Scar to follow in his

pawprints... and become King and Alexis was to be his Queen!" Zira says as Alexis and Kovu look at each other.

"Pfft! That's not a king... that's a fuzzy maraca!" Timon says as he looks at Kovu as Alexis steps beside him growling at Timon.

"Kovu and Alexis were the last born here in these lands before you exiled us to the Outlands. Alexis might have been an adopted cub but she is still a cub. We have little food, less water..." Zira says.

"You know the penalty for returning to the Pride Lands!" Simba says angrily.

"But the children do not! However... if you need your pound of flesh... here." Zira says as he pushes Alexis toward Simba as Kiara gives her a worried look.

"Take him and get out. We're finished here." Simba says as he picks up Kiara.

"Oh no Simba... We have barely begun." Zira says as glares at Kiara before she picks up Alexis and Kovu and leaves with them.

*Timeskip*

"Mother hi! Mother I caught some field mice for your dinner. I left 'em by the um... by the... okay." Nuka says as Zira comes walking over to him and Vitani with Alexis and Kovu before she drops them next to Vitani.

"Hey Kovu, Alexis. You wanna... fight?" Vitani says as Alexs and Kovu get into a play fight position.

"You were supposed to be watching him!" Zira says angrily as she looks at Nuka.

"It's not his fault! I went off on my own! And Alexis only came to find me." Kovu says as he looks at Zira.

"What were you doing?" Zira asks as she turns on Kovu and begins backing him up as she goes toward him.

"N-nothing!" Kovu says fearfully.

"Who has made us Outsiders?" Zira asks.

"Simba!" Kovu says fearfully.

"Who killed Scar?" Zira asks angrily.

"Simba!" Kovu says fearfully.

"And what have I told you about them?" Zira asks angrily as she knocks Kovu on his back.

"Sorry mother! ...Sh-she didn't seem so bad. I thought we could be-" Kovu then gets cut off by Zira.

"Friends?" Zira ask angrily.

"He is kind of right. She wasn't that bad. Least I didn't think so." Alexis says as Zira snarls at her.

"You thought you'd get to the daughter. And Simba would welcome you both with open arms? What an idea!... What an idea! You brilliant child- I'm so proud of you! You have the same conniving mind that made Scar so... powerful. And to make yourself seem less of a threat you brought Alexis along." Zira says.

"Yecch." Nuka says before Zira growls at him.

"Get some sleep dear Alexis. You may only be my son's friend but you'll soon be his companion. Be prepared for a long training session with me." Zira says as Alexis looks at her as she carries Kovu off.

Life story: Alexis was born in the mountains with her mother and her father. She is the only one of her litter. Her parents and pack both were killed when she was young by another wolf and his pack. Thanks to her mother she survived the slaughter and was raised by her adoptive family.
