"You are ready! Nice... very nice. You have the same blackness in your soul that Scar had. What is your destiny?" Zira asks as she and the others are sitting around Kovu as Alexis is sitting nearby.
"I will avenge Scar... take his place in the Pride Lands.
"Alexis?" Zira asks as she looks at Kovu.
"I... I will take your place in the Pride Lands as Kovu's Queen." Alexis says as she looks down.
"Yes! What have I taught you?" Zira asks.
"Simba is the enemy." Alexis and Kovu says.
"And what must you do?" Zira asks.
"I must kill him!" Kovu says as lionesses roar happily as Alexis gives a slight worried and reluctant look.
*Timeskip*
"Thats certainly a lot of fire. Is all that really necessary?" Alexis akss as she. Kovu and Zira are watching a huge fire get started.
"All of it is necessary. The plan is in motion. Go!" Zira says as Alexis and Kovu get moving through the fire.
"We gotta find her before Simba does." Kovu says as Alexis is following him.
"No problem. There she is." Alexis says as she and Kovu spot Kiara heading up a rock ledge and follow her up as she collapses before they look around and pick her up onto Kovu's back.
"Come on. We gotta get out of here now." Kovu says as he and Alexis begin running with Kiara only to get stopped by a burning tree.
"Great. Now where?" Alexis asks as she looks at Kovu.
"Alexis this way!" Kovu shouts as he and Alexis run and jump over a cliff with Kiara down into a lake below before they begin swimming and pulling Kiara with them.
"Where am I?" Kiara asks as she wakes up after Alexis and Kovu pull her from the water.
"You're safe... in the Pride Lands." Alexis says as she smiles at Kiara.
"The Pride Lands... no! Why did you bring me here? Who do you think you are?" Kiara asks angrily as she stands up earning a slightly snarl from Alexis.
"I think we're the ones who just saved your life!" Kovu says annoyedly.
"Look! I had everything under control!" Kiara says angrily.
"Not from where we're standing." Kovu says as he smiles.
"Yeah. Looked like you were in quite a bit of trouble." Alexis says.
"I was not. So move downwind." Kiara says as she tries to leave only for Alexis to stop her.
"What are you doing?" Kovu asks as Kiara gets into a play fighting stance.
"Kovu? Alexis?" Kiara asks as Alexis smiles at her causing her to blush slightly.
"Kiara!" A voice shouts revealing to be Simba and his pride as they come running over.
"Kiara! You're all right." Nala says a she runs over and nuzzles Kiara.
"Father how could you break your promise?" Kiara asks angrily.
"It's a good thing I did. I almost lost you. No more hunts for you. Not ever." Simba says sternly.
"But I was doing just fine. Even before Alexis and Kovu-" Kiara then gets cut off by Simba.
"Kovu, Alexis!?" Simba asks as he roars at Kovu before Kovu roars back as he stands in front of Alexis protectively.
"Simba." Nala says.
"Hey! You! How dare you save the king's daughter?" A voice asks revealing to be Rafiki.
"You both saved her? Why?" Simba asks cautiously.
"It was the right thing to do. But we also come here on other matters." Alexis says.
"We humbly ask to join your pride." Kovu says.
"No! You were banished with the other outsiders." Simba says as he goes toward Kovu making him back up before Alexis steps in front of him growling slightly.
"You have nothing to worry about with us your Highness." Alexis says.
"We have left the outsiders. We are rogues. Judge us now for who we are. Or are we to be blamed for a crime we didn't commit?" Kovu asks.
"Simba. You them owe your daughter's life." Nala says.
"Hmm. Yes sire. Clearly we are in his debt and royal protocol demands debts must be paid. Though in his case you might want to make an exception." Zazu says.
"My father's law will prevail. For now I reserve judgement. We'll see who you really are." Simba says as the group begins to head back to pride rock with Kovu and Alexis.
