Later as Alexis is walking she soon spots Kiara and soon begins to go toward her.
"Kiara?" Alexis asks as she goes toward Kiara.
"Alexis? Alexis!" Kiara says happily as she runs over.
"Kiara!" Alexis says happily as she runs toward Kiara and nuzzles her.
"You came back." Kiara says happily.
"Of course. I love you. But what about your dad?" Alexis asks unsurely as she looks at Kiara.
"I don't care if he likes it or not. I love you. I'm not leaving your side." Kiara says as she smiles.
"And I won't leave yours." Alexis says before she and Kiara begin playing happily and play wrestle before laying next to a pond.
"You're beautiful you know that?" Kiara asks as Alexis licks her cheek.
"As are you. Hey look... we are one." Alexis says as she and Kiara see their reflection in the water.
"What?" Kiara asks.
"Let's get outta here. We'll run away together! And start a pride... all our own." Alexis says happily as she gets up.
"Alexis... we have to go back." Kiara says as she chuckles and nuzzles Alexis who pulls away in surprise.
"You're kidding right? But we're finally together! Our prides will never allow us to be together." Alexis says.
"Our place is with our pride. If we run away they'll be divided forever." Kiara says as Alexis sighs and nods.
*Timeskip*
"Come on. Hurry!" Kiara says as Alexis is running with her.
"Right behind you." Alexis says.
"Alexis!" A voice shouts revealing to be Kovu as he rubs over.
"Kovu?" Kiara asks.
"Stay back Kovu. I don't wanna hurt you. But I won't let anything happen to Kiara either." Alexis says as she shifts to wolf form and stands in front of Kiara protectively.
"I'm not here to fight. I wanted to say I'm sorry." Kovu says.
"What?" Alexis asks in surprise.
"This was all my fault. I wanna help stop things. I know where our families are." Kovu says.
"No Kovu. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said what I did." Alexis says as she flattens her ears back sadly.
"So we're good again?" Kovu asks as Alexis nods.
"Yes. We're good. Now come on." Alexis says as the group runs off.
*Timeskip*
"There!" Alexis shouts as the group sees the two prides fighting in the distance before the group runs over and jumps between Zira and Simba as they are about to attack each other.
"Kiara?" Simba asks in surprise.
"Kovu, Alexis. Move. Both of you." Zira says sternly.
"No." Alexis says sternly.
"Stand aside." Simba says.
"No. Daddy this has to stop." Kiara says sternly.
"You're even weaker than I thought. Both of you! Get out of the way!" Zira says angrily.
"You'll never hurt Kiara or Simba. Not while I'm here." Alexis says sternly as she shifts to wolf form growling.
"She can turn into a dog!?" Timon asks in shock.
"I won't allow it either." Kovu says sternly.
"Stay out of this!" Simba says.
"It's too late for that but it's not too late to change things. A wise king once told me we are one. I didn't understand him then but now I do." Kiara says as she smiles.
"But they-" Simba then gets cut off by Kiara.
"Them? Us! Look at them. They are us. What differences do you see?" Kiara asks as Simba looks around before nuzzling Kiara.
"Vitani! Now!" Zira says.
"No mother! Kiara, Kovu and Alexis are right. Enough." Vitani says as she comes over to stand beside Kovu and Alexis.
"If you will not fight then you will die as well. Wha- What are- Where are you going? Get back here!" Zira shouts as her pride goes over to Simba's pride.
"Let it go Zira. It's time to put the past behind us." Simba says.
"I'll never let it go! This is for you Scar!" Zira shouts as she lunges at Simba only for Kiara to lunge at her and send the two tumbling over the edge.
"Kiara!" Simba shouts.
"No! Kiara!" Alexis shouts in fear as everyone runs over to the ledge.
"Kiara!" Simba shouts as he begins to climb down to Kiara.
"Kiara hang on please!" Alexis shouts in alarm.
"Hold on Kiara! Simba... Simba the river!" Nala shouts as the river flows viciously before everyone watches at Zira falls into the river before it finally settles down.
*Timeskip*
"Alexis!" Kiara says as she and Simba climb back to safety.
"Kiara!" Alexis says happily as she nuzzles Kiara.
"I'm glad you're alright." Kovu says as he walks over as Alexis smiles at him.
"Kovu, Alexis? I was wrong. You belong here. You all do." Simba says as he looks at the other lions.
"You really do love our daughter don't you?" Nala asks as she walks over.
"Of course. I wouldn't trade Kiara for anything." Alexis says as Kiara smiles at her.
"Good. Now let's go home. All of us." Simba says as the lions leave together.
