A boy clad in an orange jumpsuit stood in a dark room in front of him was a table on which sat many people. On one side were the shinobi council consisting of all the major clan heads except for the Uchiha where an old man sat with his one eye and an arm covered in bandages. On the other side of the table were the greedy Civilian council consisting of the prominent figures from the civilian side, at the top of the table were three figures two of them were the esteemed elder of the village and the Godaime Hokage Tsunade Senju. For the past hour there was a heated debate going on about the future of the orange clad boy.

"Hokage-sama the dem…boy must be executed, he almost killed the last Uchiha '' said a fat man from the civilian side. This statement was followed by a loud cheer from the civilian side.

"Hokage-sama though I agree with the civilian council that the boy almost kill the Uchiha, it should also be mentioned that the Uchiha deserted the villa…"before Hiashi Hyuga the head of the Hyuga clan could finish he was interrupted by a very high pitched voice of Mibuki Haruna."Uchiha-sama was under the influence of the cursed mark from Orochimaru"

'What are these fools doing if this continues I will lose my chance to get a perfect weapon' thought the war hawk.'

Before any other argument could be said the boy who was being ignored collapsed and went unconscious that was promptly ignored by most of the council."ANBU TAKE NARUTO TO THE HOSPITAL" said the Godaime. Before the anbu could even move the war hawk moved a sat Naruto on a chair and before anyone could protest he injected something into his veins.

"WHAT DID YOU DO DANZO" screamed Godaime, "This is an Important proceeding and hence cannot be stopped because the person being charged went unconscious " replied Danzo.

Only now did the council see that the blond was covered in blood with more than a few deep wounds.

It was at this moment that he woke from his slumber, taking in the scene around him he went stiff and just gazed at the council with little to no emotion in his eyes.

Now in his seat Danzo said,"Tsunade I think since the boy was just doing what the mission said he is not at fault here…".Listening this Godaime narrowed her eyes,'what are you playing at Danzo'.

Before anyone could say anything he continued, the war hawk continued, " however he did use that chakra which could be a problem if he uses it inside the village so I suggest the Idea of banishing Uzumaki Naruto."

Two hours later we go to Konoha's gates where there was a small crowd waiting for our favorite blonde who was just banished. After a few minutes of waiting at the gate they saw a lone figure approaching them at a slow pace was Uzumaki Naruto.

Once Naruto approached the gate he saw people who he did not wanted to see at that time there he saw his teammat..old teammate Sakura Haruno, the girl had punched Naruto into unconsciousness after she saw Sasuke covered in blood on the blonds back all while screaming words like 'demon' and 'mom was correct' in his ears. On the banshees left he could see her mother Mubiki Haruno who from the day he could remember was asking for his blood. She was giving a triumphant smirk his way, there were many other civilian council members also present who he ignored and continued through the gate while they screamed profanities at them.

While walking away from the village he could not help but think about what had happened before he left the village.

{Flashback- One hour ago}

Naruto was seated in the Hokage Office where Tsunade was healing the blond. They both were silent both thinking about different things. Tsunade was thinking how she had failed yet again to protect someone she cared for like her own brother.

Before she could ponder about it any further she was interrupted by the opening gates of her office.

"Now since the boy is being banished there are certain things that we need to take back from him which we gave him,"said Koharu, one of the elders. Without any further delay homura snathced the lead headband from his head. Now if that was the only thing they did to the blond it would have been fine but then in came an Anbu who started to draw a seal on naruto's abdomen.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING"screamed Tsunade."Now that he is not a member of the leaf his chakra has to be sealed due to him being banished",said Danzo.

Tsunade could not say anything to that as she saw an ANBU seal Naruto's chakra. After the sealing was done Tsunade started to speak"Naruto…" but Naruto just took off his necklace, gave it to Tsunade and left before she could ask him to stop.

{Flashback Over}

Naruto could not help but give a small smile after all he was finally free from that oppressive village that he called home for the past thirteen years.

He was finally free and could now drop the mask he had worn from the age of five to keep the villagers off his back by acting aloof to everything.

No one knew that the Naruto they knew was just an act, just a lie so that people would not hurt him too much and just leave him alone. And it worked he was the deadlast of the class so he could be in a team with Sasuske who he knew would not be allowed to fail in the real genin test it was all planned by the mastermind which naruto was"Grrr" and the fox in his head. Yes he also knew about the furrball in his gut from the age of seven when after a beating he slipped into his mindscape and met the fuzzball. Naruto had been hiding his shinobi skills too so that he could just be a forgettable face in this world. This banishment came as a surprise to him to be he was not complaining after all now he was a free bird tied to no village. The only reason he did not run away from the village was because he didn't want the village anbu to be after him.

He knew that Danzo would be coming after him so he had to prepare to fight his root ANBU.

After he knew he was far away from the village he let the Kyubi's chakra free only enough to break the chakra restriction seals on him.

He was proven correct as in the middle of the night he was awoken by the sound of a kunai heading straight towards his face. Without a second thought he disappeared after fifteen second eight bodies fell to the ground lifeless. Unknown to him he was being watched by someone.

Next Morning

Naruto was walking towards the closest town towards his he jumped to the right dodging a set of kunai, he turned around to meet two pairs of blood red eyes instinctively he averted his eyes to the persons feet.

"Itachi Uchiha"
