Chapter 12 - The Wizengamot Meeting
Albus was sitting in his seat with Merlin from next to him in his hair chair. Arthur with his sons, Lucius with Draco, and several other Lords where already in the room. Lil and his brothers along with Nev and their Regents.
"Is there any new news?" asked Albus.
Lil stood up and Albus said, "Lil Arthur?"
"I have been doing some research when someone told me about something extremely disturbing." Said Lil.
"What is it?" asked Arthur.
"I was wonder why the human wizard and witch numbers have been going down, and I found the reasons," said Lil.
"What is it?" asked Albus.
"First I noticed how several pure blood families, only have one son or daughter." Said Lil, "Some have a real reason, the parents became unable to produce more. Where some don't, I have started noticing there are rarely any purebloods kids under the age of eleven seen under in Diagon Alley."
"What are you accusing us of?" asked Lucius.
"Not everyone only a few, some are completely clear," said Lil, "But every family must change to help the future of our people."
"Examples, and how do we change?" Asked Frank Jr.
"First of all, we need to do like the Weasleys, we need the number of descendants the Weasley put out," said Lil.
"It is true most pure blood families do not," said Arthur.
"You also think some of us kill off our kids?" asked Lucius.
Lil looked at him, then said, "Draco, would you have liked to have older brothers or sisters or even some younger ones?"
"Yes, I would have," said Draco. "I asked, but they said no."
"Did you know you had two older brothers?" said Lil.
"No, I did not," said Draco, now looking at his dad, then back to Lil, then asked, "How did you know?"
"You are Blacks, I have the Black family tree, there are more than one copy and they update," said Lil, "First was named after himself, Lucius Jr, then there was Severus, then you. My plain is to remake the department of children warfare. It is shameful about wizarding kids disappearing or deaths at all."
"My plan is a new tracking system in the UK, and latter this will be put in across the globe to make it where all births of magical kids are known the second, they are born." Said Lil, "And if it is found that a kid disappears, they will be charged with both a one hundred years in a new prison used to increase the population, we also need to increase the gene pool."
"We already do that," said Arthur.
"How far do you track your back?" Asked Arthur.
"Several, no one is," said Arthur.
"No one?" asked Lil.
"No one of the fathers sides are," said Arthur.
"What about the Mother side?" asked Lil.
"No one on Molly's father side," said Arthur.
"You mother and her mother are closely related, half your and her genetics are the same. I can't say anything my grandmother is a black to, an Aunt to your two mothers. In fact, a lot of those in this room have common ancestors through the Black family," Said Lil, "We need to drop this and each wizards take three wives or husbands. There is some wizards that can produce both sperm and can reproduce them self. We also need to include muggle born first generation magics into this."
"Pure bloods are more powerful," said Lucius.
"You know that not true, Lord Snape and yourself both know Lilly Evens, a muggle born." Said Lil.
"Lucius, you know he right," said Severus, "Like Molly, Lilly could be a fierce girl. In fact, she scared the piss out of you. She beat you in several dules."
"Then what the problem, that man you followed was also a half-blood, Lord Voldemort or Tom Riddle." Said Lil.
"He was a half-blood?" asked Lucius.
"Correct, so we also need to do genetic testing, blood inheritance test, to make sure they are not related on either side of the family trees. I talked to genetics doctor." Said Lil, "The closest related one should be is sixth, but it would be preferable if no relation was there. If one is already bounded then they are already Married. Also, Marriage contracts from that are not made with the kids permission and knowable should also be outlawed. How does one know if your kid is compatible with their future mate that early."
"Your already married," said Arthur.
"And it was done after compatible testing of a sort was done with me and those concerned, no one was forced." Said Lil, "I am also one of those that can also produce and can also have a kid at the same time, it is a Potter family trat."
"I had two brothers?" asked Draco.
"If you have squib kids what would you have done?" Asked another wizard, "Some consider if shameful."
"You mean if they don't have magic?" asked Lil.
"Yes," said the same wizard.
"They will still sleep in their bed, play with their other brothers and sisters with all their toys, eat dinner, let me hug and tickle them, and live in one of the houses I own, if not the same house." Said Lil, "At one time the Potter Clan has hundreds of members. Potter manor was full, and munch larger than the Weasleys. I plain on remaking this. If I produce them then they are mine magical or not."
"Also, Draco. Have, not had. There was a project my family was doing. They took away over one hundred through squibs and changed the parents memories, making them think they were dead, they are at a school. With adopted parents who either are unmarried or can't bare that can't be healed. Some who have biologic kids and wanted more, swearing an oath to treat these the same as their own," Said Lil, "Squib or magical these kids are our responsibility, and it not their fault."
"So, you would keep a squib in your family?" asked Draco.
"Weather or not there magical there still the blood of the one who made them, those their responsibility." Said Lil, "Even if they are squibs, would you not still want them? Would you want to meet them Draco, do you care if they were Squibs?"
"That was not a dream?" asked Draco.
"Thang is they are not squibs, the one who did this was wrong." Staring at Albus, "They did not go to the Goblins or the healers and ask to make sure. Draco they are good Wizards, I have a schools set up to catch up magics who people assumed squibs, one will be a first year, and the other a fourth."
"I know something was off. Under wizarding laws, I declare them blood traitors. I will figure out a regent latter." Said Draco, "Would they want to meet me."
"I second the charges," said Lil, then his Fleamount agreed.
"We push for Lucius Jr becoming the new Lord Malfoy," Said Lil. "removing him from this council. We also suggest Billius Weasley as his new regent. Suggest keeping his parents as family only to produce more blood family."
"There is a problem there," said Narcissa.
"I will take to you latter," said Lil.
"As the representative of the goblins, I will get that passes," said Griphook Sr, then they noticed two boys near Lil.
"I do, accept." Said Lucius Jr. Then looked at Sev, then added, "We want this, you Draco?"
"Yes," said Draco who got up and joined them. Then asked, "I can have more than one wife?"
"… or Husbands that can reproduce them self." Added Lil.
"What? I am not a girl," said Draco, felling insulted.
"Who said you where, you can't always control who you love," said Lil, "Sometimes, you just love them. I have husbands and wives. I love and protect them all."
"I can see it in your eyes, you really love him." Said Arthur.
"Would like to report, you did make perfection," said Lil, "But the thang is each of mine are perfect. Do you not think Ron is perfect or the rest of your boys."
"True," said Arthur.
"Then treat him like gold," said Lil, "Because he is more valuable than gold, unlike gold he can't be replaced."
"Gold can't either…" started Lucius.
"So, you can't earn more gold. You don't get paid gold for work?" asked Lil. "Then what do you work for?"
"Yes, they do." Trying to figure out there this young wizard was going. This one seems like a young Voldemort. He is a cunning young new Slytherin in the making if not for him being a Mudblood, they should be a Slytherin. Lil was looking Lucius directly, he did not much like how the young wizard was looking at him. Then he realized it was how he looked at him.
Then said, "Yes, I am cunning enough to be a Slytherin, and scarry enough when angered. The thang is I hope the egg of yours read the new rule books for the school that got sent out. He will love the new punishments. Because he did sign them and when he sent his acceptance."
"What are they?" asked Lucius.
"You got a copy of the book to," said Lil. "You signed it with Draco as his guardian."
"I will read it tonight with Draco," said Lucius.
"He made an oath to follow the rules, and that goes to the punishments, bullies and bigots is a thang of the past." Said Lil.
"Also suggest a new leadership setup for our world, each group to the council has a rep to the High Council one of which becomes the High Chancellor. Each of the High Council and The High Chancellors have a term length of five years, and a maximum of four terms. Twenty years total. If they are also Lords of the Council they return, and each member group can add with approval add House Lords, and new Houses they don't need to be pure blood houses we can add new Family Houses."
"Why?" asked Albus.
"How long have you been in charge of this council Headmaster?" asked Tiny, "How many new ideas have you put before this grand council, have you improved our world other than killing off Grindelwald. Have you had ideas on increasing our population?"
"We have a good population." Said Draco.
"How many magical vs none-mages in Great Britain do you think there are?" asked Tiny. "I got the numbers form several different countries. Some magical and nonmagical number will overlap. There are almost 57 million people Great Britton, we are not the biggest either. All of Europe has 708 Million."
"The United States has 266 Million which does include his magical population. And those are not the largest China has One Billion and 75 Million. The total world population is five billion and one of that is in one country."
"And we are not educating a small part of that each year, at forty kids per year." Said Lil, "Where do the rest go?"
"Not sure, we can only take so many," said Albus.
"The castle could differently house a larger population, which I plan on stuffing it with." Said Lil, "While I know the reasons why, we will be fixing this. Also, each group votes their own onto the council then all the groups together vote one of the High Council to become the High Chancellor, those that group need to vote for a new rep for their spot on the on the High Council. We will still have one of the High Council taking the vote. We should take a Vote."
Votes where caste, then he said, "12 for 6 agent. Passes."
"The other groups have already voted for their rep to the High Council, The Wear have Voted for Lord Greyback, The Vampires have voted Lord Dracula, Centaurs have voted Lord Bane, Elves have voted Lord Dobby Sr., Giants have voted Hagrid Sr. The humans this year should vote for one of us this year, then teach our people about elections and set up a voting system for the Magic Humans. Does anyone have nominee for the Human rep?
"I suggest Lord Albus Dumbledore." Said one of the Lords.
"Seconded," said a second Lord.
"Accepted," said Albus.
"I suggest Lord Arthur Weasley." Said Lewis.
"Seconded," said Nev.
Then several more added, there support. "With that, I must accept. Thank you." Said Arthur.
"Anyone else," asked Albus.
"We nominate Lord Malfoy," said one of the Lords aligned with the Dark Lord.
"Seconded," said another.
Lucius then through this for a few seconds. After seeing the signs saying no from Lil, then Lucius asked, "Arthur will you lesion to laws put by both Dark, Light, and Neutral wizards on this council? Will you make an Oath to?"
"We are one people. It is you actions that make you dark." Said Arthur, "I have kept an eye on each member here. You only want what is best for your kids. I will support all of our people. And Law that unite us." Then he took an oath to do so.
"In that case I do not accept and put mine behind Arthur Weasley." Said Lucius. "Declined."
He then saw an approving nod from Lil.
"The Vote is between Arthur Weasley and I Albus Dumbledore." Said Albus, "Vote, thirteen for Arthur to five for Albus. Arthur Weasley is our new rep."
"We must now also vote for a High Chancellor," said Lil. "But we can do this next time, we also need to redesign this room. I have a design to." Then he made an image appear in the room, the top stayed the same. The bottom was different, three courters of the room was setting was the same then then a division where the last forth had setting for the High Council with a seat in the center bottom row for the High Chancellor.
Then a platform in the center to put items. Then two division between the general council section and there is a speaking platform, so when people make presentations that do so in front of the council. There will always be general public in the upper part, no session of this council can ever be held in private again. All votes shall be recorded and for public record. There will be no more chances at any corruption again. Let's cast the vote."
The votes were cast, "Thirteen to five. Passes."
"We need to increase the number of reps the other groups have on this council, next meeting each group should put forth at least ten representatives." Said Lil. "Some of us may fit more than one group. For example, I am from the wear group, the humans, and the creature inheritance groups. That is fine. I also plain on putting ideas to help all my people, which includes the everyone at this council, and a few that will be added."
"What about the Mur People?" asked Dracula.
"They are organizing now," said Tiny Moon, "We are helping them improve their city in The Black Lake, and building a system to make it where they can exist outside of water, and for us to visit their city. They know about this. We have a team of researchers at the new university who have almost built this suite, also the king of the tribes in the Black Lake, the prince are studding this with us."
"It he safe?" asked Arthur.
"We have several Auroras volunteer to guard him," said Lil, "And four of his personal guards. On that note, any crimes agent underage done by adults. The punishments will be made worse, and it will not matter if they are not a hair or a what group they are in or even a muggle. That includes protecting them from their parents or guardians if need be. At some point in the future, I plain on talking to the Queen, this is latter this years, and merging out worlds together. I have found a way to give magic to none-mages and squibs alike. It will take time to merge our peoples with the non-mages," said Tiny, "The current curse of technology we will not be hidden for much longer."
"We can erase their memories," said Bones.
"True, but they can record thangs they see and share them," said Tiny, "Cameras that can recode moving pictures. Then share them. So, by the time your Auroras get there people as far away as America can see it within seconds, and then when they see it after you do erase it. They will remember."
"They have camera like this all over London," said Tiny. Then made an image appear on the wall, showing the Leaky Cauldron, "This is my camera, but what if it were not, shows to many magical going into this inn and not enough coming out. They are like us; they are very smart. They can also do the math better than some of us can. I have been writing to the Queen for the past year, working to this goal. She wants to meet me soon. Which also includes her Hair and four grandkids and next generation hairs. Prince Harry, no not the Potter one, is magical but he does have a good name."
"The last thang is removing the law that makes it illegal for use of underage magic. Since rich pure bloods can do so in their manors behind their words. Also, any house with kids should have protective words, including none-mage house. While this does mean more words, it is right. Remember we do have new magical cities, which first born mages, Mugleborns are welcome to. We do have a growing population in both magical cities. Godric's Hollow is being rebuilt into the next magical city."
"We are adding to the Wear, Vampire, Centaur, Eleven, Giant, and Mer-people capital cities to." Said Lil, "There are Wear and Vampire only areas of those cities for the safety of those who are not a Wear or Vampires for fresh ones. New Moons and Fresh Moons, born or newly turned Werewolves can be dangerous, Lord Dracula are Vampires the same, I have a feeling you have talked to Lord Greyback about this subject."
"I have, when we established camps. New Blood or Fresh Bloods are not as dangerous as long as a blood relive is giving a command. Yes, fresh bloods can be uncontrollable without the biter or blood relation. They must be taught and feed." Said Dracula, "But with those blood banks we are a lot better now."
"Since the passing of the laws, we have not seen many Elves in Great Britton, Scotland, or Wales." Said Arthur. "Do you know where they are?"
"We have the Elves rep here," said Tiny, "The city is protected. It is safe. I know where it is, since it is under the protection of House Potter, and Black."
"You founded it?" asked Albus.
"Yes, and the second one to," said Lil, "The second one is hidden to, it is near Hogwarts. We hired a lot of Elves back to Hogwarts and three new doctors. Two male one female. We needed two doctors for the male hospital wing. This one and the rebuilt and secured Hogsmeade."
"I read reports in the past, we are increasing security at all the schools, Auroras from each group will protect the schools." Said Tiny, "I am sure the parents will be glad to help protect their kids at school, all schools will also have a magical city near or around it. Which if the parents want to can live in it with their kids. The new thang is we are building new schools, we want to bring in magical kids as soon as they show unstable magic. I have talked to the American schools, and several other countries. We are the only ones who start at eleven. Not to forget regular education before then. We will start normal edition sooner then then. Some of our pure blood side is behind our muggle side. We are falling behind the world standards which we have already fixed at Hogwarts, for this upcoming year. Also plan on adding more schools around the country based on the new Hogwarts system, as a method of getting kids to Hogwarts. So, if they want to commute to school they can but for those who have no one at home they have an option to stay at Hogwarts."
"Muggles have local schools. I want to do the same. All magical kids should attend our school, and when we find first generation mages the same should happen." Said Tiny, "We are responsible for our own. To say it again, any one hiding a descendant or dumping them, will have time in Azkaban."
"Vote, on these issues." Said Arthur. Voting, then he said, "Seventeen votes for six votes agent."
After the Wizengamot dismissed. Albus walked up to him when four goblins appeared, with Griphook, who said, "The Goblin King has adopted him and his brothers, his mates and their parents and siblings. They are now adopted as his subjects, attacking him would be unwise."
Then Albus said, "Why did you not push for me to keep my job."
"One person with so much power for so long is not a good thang, we have not advanced as a people, since the time of Merlin." Said Lil, "He was friends with None-mages, and half-bloods. We need to relearn how we think, or we will be one of the last generations of mages on earth."
"That would not be good…" started Albus.
"Then we need to start using some of the muggle ways," said Lil, "That have millions of people, we will be extinct soon if we continue as we are. Each couple needs to produce more than just the one heir. We need large families, to survive and then proper. Don't you want, what do you say… The Greater Good. This is for the world's greatest good. I have also been talking to the Prime Ministers from other countries. Keeping them updated on the changes so we can fully join the world stage, by the time the school expansions are ready."
"That will be a while," said Albus.
"Current schedule says two to four years." Said Lil, "It will happen if I must drag these dinosaurs along."
"You think your half to?" asked Albus.
"I was told I must have extra protection just because of your little outburst the other day," said Lil.
"How did you survive?" asked Albus.
"I changed into my Naga form for the seconds of the attack," said Lil, "While changing the color that the spell produced to the same as the stunning spell."
"You are turning dark," said Albus.
"I am what you made me, with that fake prophecy," said Lil. "There are more to the scale then black and white. There more then just Dark and Light. Install a dimmer switch there grey. People that do bad for good reasons. Like Aurors who kill. Are they dark, killing is dark right?"
"They can be…" started Albus.
"Killing one bad Adults to save even one kid is light," said Lil, "People can be light and still kill, it is intents not actions."
"You are becoming dark…" started Albus.
"I only killed once, and I did not curse to and he not dead," said Lil, "He shoot a killing curse at me."
Then he walked off and ported to the Cauldron for lunch.
Then Lil appeared at Malfoy Manor, when a human butler showed, and he asked, "May I help you?"
"I must speak to Lord Malfoy, and his guest Professor Quirrell, and his Hair and Secondary Heir Malfoy, and their parents." said Andy. "Do not tell them who I am and this is for his own good, he wants to talk to me." Then he opened the gates and Andy followed to a sitting room, then he went out and to get the people. Andy saw book shelfs and started looking at the titles. Then the three Malfoys came in followed by Quirrell.
"Do I know you?" asked Lucius.
"Nice library, Ms. Malfoy how are you doing?" asked Andy.
"I am fine," said Narcissa.
"Are you still a protecting healer and how advanced?" asked Andy. "If your certifications are current want a new job? For you community service."
"What is this new job?" asked Narcissa.
"My questions first," said Andy.
"Very advanced," said Narcissa, "Current."
"Advanced healing teacher, if you take the oaths," said Andy. "There will be a whole page of oaths."
"I will," said Narcissa.
"You did not have anything to do with abandoning your kids," said Andy, "That was only him?"
"Correct," said Narcissa.
"Do you want him to stay here or be gone?" asked Andy.
"Gone," said all three. Then Lucius was in a full body bind.
"Draco how you are doing with your new big bros?" Asked Lil.
"I like them, they been hugging me lots," said Draco, "Making up for lost time. I can now see how the Weasleys fell."
"We know what would have happened if they were left to their own doing," said Lucius Jr. "The little one is now ours."
"I am not The Little One," objected Draco. "He is smaller than me. Call him that."
Andy shook his head, "He not ours," said Jr. "You mine."
"Why not just remove Albus from power?" asked Lucius Jr, "Why not kill him."
"We must discredit him, and then impression him," said Andy, "There is a list of charges agent him. He must be out of Hogwarts first, then off the internal stage."
"Why not kill him?" asked Draco.
"Like it or not he is an international symbol," said Andy, "Unlike my uncle I don't want to kill someone and end up in jail myself or dead. I want him to hang himself. I want him viewed worse than Voldemort before I am done."
"How do we do this?" said Lucius Jr.
"He rehired Quirrell, who has a house guest," said Lil.
"Quirrell remove this hat," said Voldemort. "I know those fangs, they have been in me before, melted my legs. There was so much pain in that death, slow death."
"You know how happy that makes me, but that was scary. I woke up to some crazy man killing my Mamma, then you saw I was a freshly unlocked creature, a poisonous Naga. One acting purely on instinct. There got to be a reason why a two year old should not have their creature unlocked. Then you attacking me." Said Andy, "I did not choose to do it, was pure instinct. Then I got help getting my mouth cleaned for a week. Had something nasty in my mouth. But you made me do it."
"I should not have broken from the rules, and attacked you," said Voldemort, "I break my own rules, I got punished. The Dark side views kids as a sacred gift which needs protection. You're a Naga which is also sacred."
"If I restore you, can you change, help change the world?" asked Andy, "The old war is over, the new world we must unite. Dark, Natural, and Light."
"Yes," said Voldemort.
"After he is reviled, and you leave him." Said Lil, "I will restore you and your sole, restabling your mind. Then we must work together to change the word. Muggle and Magical, no more murder and mayhem. We have already united all the magical races together and the KOS orders are gone. The school population is up and we are restoring Hogwarts to his former glory, I have shared control with my brothers. The Dum Ole Dork does not know either, he think he controls them. Do you want to be part of this."
"After you reviled yourself as a Naga, what did he do?" Asked Voldemort. "What happened?"
"I reviled my wear self," said Andy, "He attacked me with stunning spells was told four of them. Then Remus Lupin, Arthur Weasley, and Lucius there where pointing wands at him. Remus who is my Grand Dog Dad, threated to kill him if he attacks his Grand Dog Son again."
"What about my old Lordships." Said Voldemort.
"I have them, I have a plain for them," said Lil.
"When I reveal myself, what that going to do," said Voldemort, "How is that going to get him gone."
"He knows you back, in rath form, the other teacher will know the same," said Lil, "When I restore you, it will be you old look, but new name. With you full sole restored."
"Sounds good," said Voldemort.
"I found a Lordship of one of the Sacred Twenty-Eight, Most Noble and Ancient House who is Extant. You will be the thirty seven year old Grand Son of Torquil Sr and Mary Torquil and the Son of Torquil Jr and Lilly Travers, who hid in America and where homeschooled in complete hiding. " asked Lil. "In January of 1981 Voldemort murdered both Sr and Jr, going into hiding, you decided to come back and claim your Lordship and join the council. I want you to fell somewhat familiar, but not the old ideas. I want you to help improve this world. Your name is Torquil Travers III."
"Deal," said Voldemort.
"Lord Malfoy and his family traveled in secret to an old friend in Germany, the headmaster of Durmstrang." Said Tiny. "Draco, are you going to be a good boy at school?"
"I will try," said Draco.
"Hope you understand the rules, if not you going to end up with a new girlfriend quickly, or a new boyfriend." Said Andy. "That depends on how gifted you are."
"Gifted?" Asked Draco, very confused.
"You will figure out one day," said Andy.
"I want to know now," said Draco, right in front of Andy very threating, now Andy was showing slight signs of anger.
"Draco, if Voldemort can't survive me, you think you can," said Andy, "Basilisk poison is the world's most deadly. Good thang he not your heir, with his two older brothers back."
"Good thang, I can't believe I let him dump them," said Narcissa, "I have been making it up to all three sons. I also can't make more. I was damaged two years after Draco."
Andy slithered over to Narcissa, then said, "Trust me, I have my own spouses, no interest in you that way, my two wives are way hotter than you," then put both hands on either side of her waste. Then saw the damage, then added, "This will be massive painful. You need all three sons here to."
Then Andy turned back to Lil, then said, "I need all three of you to do as I say."
"What do you need us to do?" asked Draco.
"I need blood form each son up to that line." Said Lil. "I assume you want to help your Mommy."
"What this going to do for her?" asked Jr.
"She was injured, where she can't carry a babies," said Lil, "You Mamma needs to produce more, we are dangerous under populated. She need to produce about fifteen more kids."
They then filled all three bottles to the lines. Then Sr asked, "Do you need mine too?"
"No, you don't share blood with her. These three share half her genetics with her." said Lil, "This is blood magic." Then added the blood to the potion, changing color from white to vivid red, "Narcissa I need you to down this when I say. I will help her drink it quickly. Quirrell, can you do an exact timer? Announcing every ten seconds."
"Yes," said Quirrell.
"Sr, I need a third of it gone every ten seconds," said Lil, dividing into three parts. "Boys, I need you to put your hands where I show you and when the energy get pulled from you, let it do not fight it." Then showed where to put their hands. "Is every one ready?" They all said yes.
The sons put their hands on her belly exactly where they were showed, then the countdown started and she started consuming the potion. Then Lil started pulling the energy into her, from her sons. "Ten seconds," then first bottle gone, starting the second, "Twenty seconds," second bottle gone, energy drain from the sons increased, and they were starting to sweat, "Thirty seconds." Third bottle gone. Now the sone where showing signs of wariness. Forty seconds, she was healed and the spells stopped.
Then they quickly got the three brothers onto the couch. Then he made them each drink one pepper up potion, and a core magic potion. Then he said, "Timmer ten minutes."
"Draco how are you doing?" asked Lil.
"Feeling better," said Draco.
Then he scanned Draco, then added, "Core completely depleted, but regenerating. This put you in the most danger out of the three of you. You core need more devilment, this will differently do it, no magic for two weeks. Lucky for you that exactly how much time before school."
"Sev, how are you feeling?" asked Lil.
"Tired but never used this much at once," said Sev.
Then scanned him, then said, "Not much more developed, but this will help you to."
"Jr how are you doing?" asked Lil.
"Tired but not overly so," said Jr.
Then scanned him to, then said, "You slightly better, but not much. No magic for all three of you for the next week. I am being careful. I will check all three in one week. I want you three to spend time together, become strong bros."
Then he scanned Narcissa, then she asked, "Am I fixed?"
"You need to find someone, and get a bun in there," Said Lil, then he noticed all the sons turn very red, then added, "Sorry boys, no one wants to think about that. But even you know where you came from, and you play with Little Draco."
"I do not," said Draco.
"Yes, you do," said Sev.
"Don't deny it, we are you older bros," said Jr.
"Fine I do," said Draco.
"We know, my husbands and wives. They like playing balls and bat," said Lil, "Feel better with others."
"You did say more than one," said Draco.
"I see Draco looking for his first." Said Lil. "Is he wanting me? Does Draco want to play?"
"Why would anyone want me I not a Hair," said Draco.
"While you do a cute but, I was already claimed by Lucius Jr," said Lil. "Elijah was claimed by Lil Sev. Frank W did have his eyes on you, would you like to meet him?"
Then his two brothers walked in following the butler. Elijah went and hugged and Lil Sev, while Lucius Jr was hugging Lil.
"Frank W, this is Draco. He got a nice little but right?" said Lil.
"He does," said Frank W.
"You two have similar pasts. Where your abuse was physical and mental. His was just mental abuse." Said Lil.
"How?" asked Frank W.
"He started with two bros he bounded with," said Lil, "Then when they got checked by whoever for a magical core. They then tried to off Jr. That was four years ago. When they tried with Jr, Sev was also taken. They could not risk it."
"Who took them?" asked Sr.
"Two of the Unspeakable," said Lil. "Their names classified."
"Code Names?" Asked Sr.
"Unspeakable Furry and scales." Said Lil. "They only work as a set. Also, Mini-Unspeakable Shadow Fur are their trainees."
"I meet him or them now sure," said Sr.
"I am sure, they would meet with you if you wanted to," said Lil.
"Sure, at his earliest," asked Jr.
Then Frank hugged Draco, then he smiled then glowed.

-Note 3 - Magical GB Population - The Magical population I did as will but increased some. Forty kids born per year times seven years at in the 1990 year had 280 kids in total. Even if you add the firsties added in his second through seventh years of Harry years that another 240 kids making a total of 520 kids born between 1980 to 1990.
I think there must be more than one magical school in Great Briton. One in the southern most England and as well as Hogwarts which is in Northern Scotland, would think Ireland and Whales would have one to, not to forget smaller public ran Magical Schools in the Magical Communities to.
I aside from the pure bloods which is a smaller number, some of those at Hogwarts would be included in the Muggle Population, there must be a larger number of muggle born magical, and don't truly see the magical government wanting to push those away with the low population it has.
