Chapter 20 - The New World Order
At one of the Queens houses, The Queen and her Hair, the Crown Prince, and his two brothers were sitting on either side of him, with four empty spots. On the second side was the Ministers of France and the Muggle to left and Magical to right with the muggle leaders' sons and magical leader daughters and one son. Third side was the American leaders and their kids. Then the last side was the Canadian leaders and kids.
Then Bill Cliton said, "We been seeing some strange thangs and they are coming from Great Britton."
"Do you mean the rate of strange healing?" asked the Queen, "Which I know have spread to each of your countries."
"The rate of cancer in our country is almost gone," said Bill.
"Same in ours," said the Canadian Muggle Minister.
"Are you complaining?" asked the Queen.
"No, we just think you know. Reports said they started here," said Bill. "What do you know?"
Then four more people entered and sat, then said, "Grand Ma, sorry we are late. Last minuet thang."
Then the France Magical Minister said, "Lord Ravenclaw, you the one doing this in France?"
"Yes, I have set up healing centers in France, North America, and several other countries." Said Lil.
Then the American magical minister said, "A few years ago, a caretaker put in a report, is you name Arthur Lewis and Elijah Albus Weasley?"
"We are, why?" asked Lil.
"You two are runaways." Said the minister.
"We are British we returned home," said Lil, "We never had American citizenship. We were born in Great Britton."
"We will talk latter," said the minister.
"We are members of the magical council of Great Britton, as well as the Crown Prince and his brothers." Said Lil, "I have already talked to our Queen, and have agreed on a new mission."
"What is that?" asked Bill.
"I am guessing Mr. President you know your counterpart is the Magical leader. Same goes for each country." Said Lil.
The looked around then confirmed.
"The Americans probably know, these names. Frank is Lord Gryffindor and Potter. Elijah is Lord Hufflepuff and Hair Black. I am Lord Slytherin, Ravenclaw, and Peverell. While some of our mates hold other titles, Lord Longbottom, Lady Dumbledore, Hearses Lovegood, Hair McGonnell, Hair Dracula of the Vampire Nation, Lord Malfoy, Hair Weasley, Hair Prewett, Hair to Greyback and the Wear Nation, Hair to the Elven Nation, and the Crown Prince of England and Great Britton, and his Prince brother, and The Queen. The Hairs I listed the Lordships that go with them are also aligned with us." Said Lil, "I am sure your asking why we why are letting you know."
"Potter as is Harry Potter, the boy who lived," said the American magical minister.
"Frank Weasley was Harry Potter, but no he was not the boy who lived," said Lil. "He was never attacked by Voldemort."
"Really?" asked the all the magical ministers and the queen.
"That Potter family?" asked Bill C.
"We are, but a Dark Lord named Albus Dumbledore," said Lil, "Who has been arrested, on lots of charges. Lied, while a Potter was attacked it was me, I was Lewis James Potter."
"So, the boy who lived, was in my country for so long," said the American minister of magic.
"Albus Dumbledore as in the Headmaster of Hogwarts?" asked the France Minister of Magic.
"Yes, he is a dark lord, he made the last two so called dark lords in Great Britton and so much trouble. But we handled him." Said Lil, "Just as a piece of information, we ended Voldemort to. Also, Grindelwald is not a problem either."
"What you new mission?" asked Bill, "My minister has kept the muggle president up to date."
"From what I learned you can only be President for eight years max, then a new leader must take you spot." Said Lil.
"That is true," said Bill C.
"When we redid the British Magical Council, the High Council and the High Chancellor has a term limits." Said Lil. "We don't want and can't afford another Dumbledore."
"What is your idea?" asked the American Minister of Magic.
"This is Dudley "Dutters" Fleamount Potter-Weasley he was our cousin we blood adopted him as our brother." Said Lil, "He was our Muggle cousin. He is now a mage like we are. We have figured out how to give magical ability to muggles. We also figured out more information on Squibs, they do have magic, in fact it is more a medical condition, where they can't use magic. We have a cure for that to. Which we can explain more latter to healer in your country for both. Dutters can you do the Lumos spell?"
"Yes, bro," said Dutters, then made his finger light up.
"With the healing centers we will help found them in America," said Bill, "We will help with the properties in as many places as we can put them."
"We can talk about that latter, but we got many set up already," said Lil, "They are small healing office or clinics or doctor offices. Right now, they blend in. Once magic because public knowledge they will become openly know as Magical Healers."
Then Bill C twin sons looked at their older sister who said, "We would like to become a Mages."
"We can do this," said Lil. "Can I scan you three?"
"Sure," said the three.
Lewis scanned the two boys then the girl. Then asked, "How old are you, Ms.?"
"Eleven," said the girl, "My name is Rose. The twins are mine. They are Bill and Bob, they are six."
"Yours?" asked Bill C.
"Yes," said Rose. "You did make them for me."
"You can take the potion. The pathways are perfect." Said Lil. "You are a muggle." Then handed her a bottle. "It will take a week for you core to grow. Then your magic will unlock." Then handed her a book, then added. "We would like you to come to Hogwarts with us, we can get you stuff on the way."
"What about them?" asked Rose.
Then Lil unblocked their magical blocks, then added, "They are what called first generation mages, or Muggle Born. They had their magic bound. Which is highly offense. Mr. President do you know of this?"
"No," said Bill C.
"Can I scan your memories?" asked Lil.
"Yes," said Bill C.
Lil started scanning his memories, then said after unlocking the memories, "Apparently there is some process where parents can lock their kids magic. Glad you did not support it you wife did support it and locked your memories. This must become illegal. Again, this is very offence."
"It is illegal in France," said the France Minister of Magic.
"Same in Canada," said the Canadian Minister of Magic.
"We will push is through," said the American Minister of Magic.
"Is there a list of people, who have had their magic stollen," said Lil, "Who have been given the Squib affliction, we must start fixing this. I did not know this was possible."
"I will get that lists for you." Said the American Minister of Magic. "Will also have two Knights for you."
"Thanks," said Lil, "We also plain on addressing the UN Counsel this week, we have our Queen support. Do we have your to?"
"You have mine," said each of the leaders.
"That is great!" Said Lil.
"The next meeting of the UN Council is next Thursday," said The Queen, "We can use the jet." Then Lil and his brothers looked a little nervus. "You will be safe with us."
"Fine," said Lil.
"We will have to leave the day before," said The Queen. "We will talk about it later."
They looked at each other then Lil said, "We will be ready."
"You called her Grand Ma," said Bill C.
"You see magic has ways to bound, Prince Lewis of Scotland, he clamed me as his. We are compatible." Said Lil. "So, we bounded in a marriage bound. Since we gave them magic I would like to work with them to help them get use to magic."
"Your Monastery do you trust them?" asked Bill C.
"They do live with all three of my grans." Said the Queen.
"Then you three may go," said Bill Sr, then looked at Rose and added, "Take care of your bros."
"These two monkeys are mine, of course I will," said Mary, "They were born on my birthday after all, you gifted them to me, no take backs. You know I take care of my stuff."
"She does like her monkeys…" started Bob.
"…she always makes sure her monkey is healthy." Added Bill Jr.
"Also, that we eat." "Sleep good." "She keeps us on either side of her." "Apparently we are cuddly." "She hocked now, can't sleep with out us." "But we can't sleep without her."
"As I said they are my monkeys," said Rose.
"They have become a bounded set, siblings' bond." Said Lil. "You rub their backs when they sleep with them?"
"I do they love it," said Rose. "Especial when they are in their tightly whites, can't say anything I like sleeping in mine to."
"Yep, makes us sleep…" said Bob, then Bill Jr added, "…but also us being there makes her sleep."
"I like my two pups with me to," said Lil, "Once a week, we stay together. No matter what. Same for the other twins, or triplets in our group. We love our little family."
"Pups," asked Bill, "Shapeshifting or Wear I herd about the cure. Which are you."
"We are wears," said Lil shifting to Tiny then added, "My Wear form is called Tiny Moon. My team came up with the cure."
"Who turned you?" asked the French Minister of Magic.
"Our dog father and mother is Teddy and Ariana Lupin." Said Tiny. "Which is what we refer to those who turn us."
"I know that last name and her first name," said the French Minister of Magic. "Why?"
"Teddy is the son of Remus Lupin," said Tiny.
"Remus was turned by Greyback," said the French Minister of Magic. "Does Greyback like you two?"
"I came up with a cure so and made it where wares can go to magic school, got them more rights and freedoms." Said Tiny, "Also added protections for them and all British people."
"Who is Ariana?" asked the French Minister of Magic.
"She is the little sister of Aberforth Dumbledore." said Tiny. "She also goes by the name Lady Moon. Teddy Bear also by Tiny Moon. Remus goes by Moony. We made a theme for the family."
"Does Greyback have one?" asked the French Minister of Magic.
"He does not let us use it out side the family." Said Tiny. "Not making him mad at us."
"That fine," said the French Minister of Magic.
"Till the UN Council meeting," said Tiny, then shifted back.
Then active the hearth to the secure room of Founder Manor, then said, "This is a one for one connection, when you get to the other side keep walking. It will help you stat up. But you do need to move away from the fire. Frank and Elijah go first please, you can run traffic control."
They went first, then Crown Prince Harry, then Price Lewis, then Prince James, then Rose, then Bill Jr, then Bob.
"See you guys latter." Said Lil, then he walked through.
"Glad there where no log on this end." Said Lil.
"No one fell over either," added Elijah.
"That good," said Lil.
"This is your home?" asked Bill Jr.
Then he swapped back to Tiny then said, "Home sweet fur, but yes this is one of our homes. This is Founder Manor."
Bill and Bob hugged Tiny, then Bob said, "His fur is so soft."
"Yes it is," said Bill Jr. "How much conditioner do you use?"
"Depends on how you view it." Said Tiny, "The same bottle every day, over and over. We have a special bottle that refills itself. Because of it we never run out."
"Sis you should fell this," said Bill Jr.
She came over and hugged Lil, then said, "Your right."
"You trained us," "Yes, big sis," "Since you did," "We are ever wrong." "Come on now, sis." "You never wrong," "so we are never wrong." "You did train us good."
"Do they always do this?" asked Tiny.
"From when they could talk," said Rose.
"The black did not effect the magical twin bound." Said Lil.
"We have the same but ours is a triplet bound," added Elijah.
"Was stound enough to share dreams," added Frank W.
"When we where awake in America," said Elijah and Tiny.
"I was seeing what they did, while I sleep. But I was thinking I was watching me with a dream twin." Said Frank.
"Then when he was up, we watched him, we know about him," said Tiny, "Took several years to see the street name."
"We tough him to read through the link," said Elijah.
"The day before I saw them the first day," said Frank W, "I picked the mail off the floor and put on the table one day. That when I saw the full address for the first time."
"As soon as we saw the address," said Elijah.
"We ran off and went for him," said Tiny. "He learned lots through our link as soon as I learned how."
"The two that are supposed to be our Aunt, our mother sister, and her hog of a Husband. They did not teach me much," said Frank W, "I always wondered how I learned reading and math. They did not teach me and they did not let me go to school."
"We punished them," said Tiny, "They ended up in Abakan. They endangered two kids. Abused one, and overfed the other."
- FLASHBACK -
The same day that Frank W was taken from number four. Vernon and Tuney where at dinner with Dutters.
"At least the Freak is gone," said Tuney.
"True," said Vernon.
"But we lost the servant," said Dutters.
"And the money," Said Vernon, "But still he gone."
Then a knock happened on the door, then Vernon went to the door and answered, "May we came in, we must talk."
He now sow several cloaked figures.
"You do not want us to talk out here," said Lil.
"Come in," said Vernon.
They came in and sat down, when Vernon joined on his seat, Tuney and Dutters joined on the other sofa.
Then the hoods where lowered.
"I am King of the Goblin Nation and run the bank for the British Mages," said The Goblin King.
"What do you need?" asked Vernon.
"You have commented crimes agent members of the Goblin Nation, you are being charged with theft from and child abuse of a member of the Goblin Nation." Said The Goblin King.
"What?" asked Vernon.
"Lord Frank Harry Potter-Weasley, Lord of the Accent and Noble Houses of Potter and Gryffindor. Potters family has been accepted as members of the Goblin Nation." Said the King. "Your account have been checked, you and your wife have accepted money to take care of one who you called Harry James Potter, you abused him, starved him, and used him as a slave. You will work in the goblin mines for a long time."
"Harry has…" started Vernon.
"Me and Elijah have seen too much," said Lil, "I am Frank's bro, by the way that his name, you have feed him to many lies."
Then the goblin guards took the two adults away. When two robed figures showed, "King, we can take care of Dutters. I will make him my project." Then the two figures took Dutters away.
"Should we tell the minister?" asked Lil.
"Yes," said the Goblin King.
- Latter that Day -
Albus was talking to the minister, Albus said, "I got bad news for you, Harry Potter disappeared. The protections failed."
"How?" Asked Fudge, "You said he was safe where you hide him. Where did you hide him?"
"At his last family," said Albus, "But he disappeared."
"We must find him, and rehome him." Said Fudge.
When a knock happened.
While that was happening…
Lil raised his hood, then they teleported to the ministry. They walked up to the office door of the Minister. "I am King of the Goblin Nation and request a meeting with the Minister now."
The security knocked on the door, then opened it and said, "The Goblin King needs a meeting now. I will not be telling him no."
"Show him in, please." Said Fudge.
He turned and said, "Sur, please enter." Then bowed.
Then the hooded figure reached out and shook his hand, "Think you good sur."
"I agree with my friend," said The King, "If you need something let me know."
"Thank you," said the man, "I might need a new job."
"Let me know if you do," said the King.
"Will do, have experience with curse braking," said the man.
They then walked in, then The King said, "Dumbledore, glad you here. This is for you." Handing him a roll of parchment. "We have checked your properties and Hogwarts. We have returned all Potter family property. We have also taken equal to money you have stollen. We are also looking into any other founds you had access to. While we are here. We are here to inform the Minister about the arrest of two muggles for crimes agent members of the Goblin Nation."
"Who and what did they do?" asked Fudge.
"First physical and mental abuse to a child who is a member of the goblin nation. Second theft from member of the goblin nation. Third starving a member of the goblin nation." Said the King, "They have been arrested and put to work in the goblin mines for life, as part of the treaty we are giving notice."
"Who was arrested and who did they do a crime agent," said Fudge, "Do you mean a human?"
"The crime was crime was committed by Vernon and Petunia Dursley agent the goblin nation member Harry James Potter." Said the King. "You cannot stop this, trying to prevent justice would cause a war."
"What happened to the son?" asked Albus.
"While Dudley is not a member of the goblin nation," said the King, "He was taken by the remaining family. He was abused but differently. He is about to have a full checkup."
"Dursley or Potter?" asked Albus.
"We can say it was Potter, but any more information is business of the Goblin Nation. Potters are one of the few houses that are members of the Goblin Nation." Said the King. "Due to the actions of James, Lewis, Harry, and Salley Potter."
"What was that?" asked Albus.
"That is business of the goblin nation," said the King.
"Where is Harry Potter?" asked Albus.
"He is safe, he is getting healed," said the King.
"Where?" asked Albus.
"He is a member of the goblin nation," said the King.
"Who is your friend there?" asked Albus.
"A member of the Goblin Nation," said the King. "Thanks for your time Minister Fudge. I know you have a question for them."
"Minister Fudge, Mister Dumbledore, why did you not check on Harry living conditions?" asked the figure.
"I was told by Albus he was safe. I was also not the Minister when that placement took place. I would not have put him there." Said Fudge. "I would have token him in, until somewhere better could be found."
"Good, glad you did not take part in this." Said the figure, "Can you make a list of any other kids place from the time of this war, we plan on checking on them." Said the figure.
"With the backing of the goblin nation," said the King.
"Give me ten minutes," said Fudge, then sent off a letter, then one came back a few minutes, then he added, "It will take a few minutes and it will be here."
Ten minutes latter a lady with a list came in.
Then Fudge asked, "Is that the whole list of every single person who lost both parents from the war till now and had to be placed no matter with who?"
"It is," said the lady.
Then the robed figure took the list. "We will take over that department with the help of my friend."
"Fine," said Fudge, "We will move you to a different diriment tomorrow. Show one of his guards any other files in your department and give them to him." She left with the goblin following. "I hope this will keep the peace."
"It will," said The King.
Then they left, then Albus asked, "Who was the small one?"
"He is human, and I think a child." Said Fudge.
"And a member of the goblin nation," added Albus.
Then Albus left, and went back to the school, on his way back to the office when Big Arthur meet him and entered his office.
Then Big asked, "Albus, what with the complete redesign? That was a nice desk, the globe was neat, and loved all the gizmos."
"I was charged with theft by the Goblin nation," said Albus. "They took back property of the family, and extra preparty equaling the gold taken. They emptied out my office." Then he looked around and saw a note on the floor, "They took my familiar or he choice to go with."
"Still wow, what family?" asked Big Arthur.
"Potter," said Albus.
"Anyway, you wanted to ask something?" asked Big.
"Have you found those little brothers you lost?" asked Albus.
"I have, they are safe, right now there at a safe house getting medical treatment." Said Big Arthur.
"My change will be harder to find, he with the goblin nation," said Albus, "At least that my theory."
"What happened to the family he was with?" asked
"They were arrested by the Goblin Nation," said Albus, "Sent to the mines for life."
"I saw a son, what about him," said Big.
"Don't know," said Albus.
Then Big left to go back to his office to where he meet with Arthur, Charley, and Bill Weasley who checked out his snakes in Chapter four.
- Latter that day at the unspeakable office.
Lewis and Lil walked in a secure bedroom sweet off the Potter's quarters. "Who are you?" asked Dutters.
"We need to scan you," said the robed figure.
"What do you think is wrong with me," said Dutters.
"That why a scan is needed," said the figure.
"Then get with it," said Dutters.
Then two figures started scanning him, where he found boosts with his anger, change in his mental attitude towards bulling, and increase in hate, and increased urge to take suggestions from families, and wreaked mind agent learning. Then he started slowly started removing them.
Then they started scanning his health, when he started correcting those problems. Fixing his heart flaw, immunity, and gave him help to lose weight.
"How do you fell?" asked the larger figure.
"I am thinking differently." Said Dutters. "Clearly, and I have been bad. Harry should hate me."
"Someone affected you brain," said the small figure.
"We undid those changes," said the larger figure.
"You will be smarter," said the small figure.
"Harry will also forgive you," said a second small figure.
"How do you know?" asked Dutters.
The three looked together, then the two small ones lowered their hoods, when a third entered with his hood down.
"Harry why are there three of you?" asked Dutters.
"That Harry," said Lil. "Who real name is Frank. The only Harry."
"He is Lil Arthur," said Elijah.
"He is Elijah," said Frank.
"We are triplets," said Lil. "I have fixed your health problems. Frank, his mind was altered, by Dark Lord Dumbledore."
"We will help him," said Frank.
"Dutters," said Lil, "We are going to put you on an exercise program. We want to fix the health problems. You are ours now. You know why right?"
"My parents broke the law," said Dutters, "They hurt Frank."
"Yes," said Lil. "You will not see them again. They commented major crimes. Sorry, of all people I know what it is like to lose people. Our parents were murdered, where yours lost them self from their own choices."
"So, you're going to take care of me?" asked Dutters.
Then Lilly, James, and Siri walked in and Lil said, "We will take care of you. You will play some games with us that will help you lose weight, and talk to a mind healer with me. Frank been talking to me and Elijah for years."
"Since my old parents took bad care of him…" started Dutters.
Lil hugged Dutters then said, "Unlike they we will take proper care of you. You're going to be taken of correctly."
"We talked with our boys," said Lilly, "We are blood adopting you as our son, and making them into quads. Your birthday will change to theirs."
"Yep new bro," said Lil. "Frank he will now be your little bro."
"What?" asked Dutters.
"Lil was out first, then Elijah, then Frank." Said Lilly. "Now you're the last one out."
"Can't let anyone know, but I made you a mage, a Wizard." Said Lil, "You magic is locked, so you magical core can grow. But it will be there. After the ceremony you will look just like us. We will also retrain you to keep healthy."
Then they started the ceremony by the end of it Dudley "Dutters" Fleamount James Potter-Weasley, same as the others who have James as their second middle name.
"We will also be teaching you our ways, through the bound." Said Lil, "You know have a quad bound with us. When your magic unlocks, you will also be a ware and a Naga creature inherences. Not sure yet what Naga species your will be. We will deal with it latter. For now, let's meditate. It will help you heal you thoughts and learn some of what skills we know."
Then he sat down on his new bed while Lil set in front of him, then they held hands. Over the next hour Dutters reading and spelling skill increased to where it should be. "Tomorrow, we will do a different topic. Do you want to see my wear form?"
"Sure, do you mean like Werewolf?" asked Dutters.
"Yes, we came up with a cure. That turns a werewolf into a ware who has full control of the wolf." Said Lil, then shifted into his wear form, and then added. "I know how you sleep. You need rest and you can hug me like I do my other bros." Then got into bed, "They are in the other room together, Elijah wanted to spend time with Frank W. While we are going to spend tonight together. Come on bro."
"Fine we are quads now, not like you don't know." Said Dutters, then striped to his undies.
Then Lil looked at Dutters, then said, "You know I have a nice ass, now get in bed." Then Dutters mooned Lil. "Yep nice ass."
Then Dutters got into bed then Lil hugged him, "Your bros are right this feels good, like a fuzzy blanket."
"Thanks," said Lil, rubbing Dutters back, then they fell asleep.
In the morning they woke up and Lil asked, "Your choice, meditate or exercise? Then we eat breakfast, rest, then lunch then the opposite one."
"Exercise this morning, then meditate this afternoon." Said Dutters. "After Dinner can we watch a movie or two."
"How about we read instead." Said Lil, "We don't have a tv here."
"Fine," said Dutters.
Then they went to the pool, which is part of the apartment, then Lil said, "I know you know how to swim," then Lil stiped, putting his close on a seat, then jumped in. "Come on Dutters."
Then Elijah, Dobby Jr, and Frank saw him in the pool, the followed suit, or should lake of one. Then James, Lewis, and Harry jumped in following suit. "Come on my shy son."
"Fine this seems like Daddy and uncle day." Said Dutters, then stripped putting his close on Lil's, then jumped in. "Not like you don't know what I look like."
"You know you learned this lesion faster than Frank." Said Lil.
"Yes, I know, but still I learned." Said Frank.
They were swimming and playing around in the poll when Lilly walked in and said, "Sons like Father and Uncles."
Then Lil got out then ran and hugger her.
"Lil she seeing you," said Dutters.
"Sorry Mother if this bother you?" asked Lil.
"Nope," said Lilly, "This is one of my work of art, if you don't care why should I."
"Ok," said Lil, "But I am getting back in the poll, if you done."
"I can look more latter," said Lilly.
Then he jumped back in. Then Dutters asked, "Do you swim in your wear form."
"No, then I end up with wet dog smell," said Lil.
Lilly sat on the chair, and watched. Then Lil saw this then asked, "Mother dear, do you want a huggable to set with you?"
"Sure," said Lilly.
Lil got our, then went and sat in her lap while she hugged him. Then said, "This one is nice and huggable." Rubbing Lil belly.
"Lil looks happy," said James, who was now laying back on Lilly, humming with his eyes closed while half asleep.
"He is," said Lilly.
"Mother he used to skin contact," said Elijah. "So do you like touching what you made?"
"Yes," said Lilly.
"We won't take his time," said Elijah. "We know Lil is touch hungry. We supply a lot for him. But you special."
"Yes, mother you are," said Frank, "Now Elijah join back in the fun or you're going get pranked out of your skin."
"Fine," said Elijah, then went back to playing with the rest, when Lilly noticed Lil snoring, then went back to watching.
After a few hours of playing, it was lunch, when Dobby Sr come and set up the table, then said, "Lunch is served."
The started getting out of the pool and sat at the table when Lilly started waking Lil, then said, "It is lunch time."
"But I don't want to get up," said Lil, not moving.
"If you eat something we can come right back here after lunch," said Lil, "You are still under weight, and to small."
"Fine," said Lil, "I am holding you to it."
Then Lil got up and say next to Dobby Jr, when Lilly sat next to him, then they ate some tocos.
"Nice tocos," said Lil.
"Yes, they are," said Frank W.
"Did our tinny bro, have a good nap?" asked Elijah.
"Me and Lilly talked, this morning," said James.
"What is it?" asked Lil.
"First Elijah and Frank W, your growth rate is perfect." Said James, "Right on mark, both size, developing, and wight."
"So, I did a good job," said Lil. "I like taking care of them."
"Now to you Lil you're going to stop exercising, only temporally." Said James, "Then there a series of potions you will take. To catch up to Elijah and Frank, only a week."
Then he looked at Lilly, then asked, "Mother?"
"Yes, Lil I want this to," said Lilly.
"Before you ask, we want this to," said Elijah.
"Yep," said Frank, "Me to."
Elijah then tapped his arm, then Dutters said, "Yep me to."
"Fine I am out voted," said Lil, then took the potion and drank it, made a face, "Why does every potion have to taste so bad."
"Just the way it is," said Lilly.
Then Lil looked at Elijah and Frank and had a look, then Elijah said, "Mother do you know what you did?"
"No, what?" asked Lilly.
"You just made a change," said Frank W.
"First time he made a cure for Wares." "Then the potion and spell fix for Squibs." "Then making muggle to mage." "Now tastier Potions." "Not sure what next." Flipping between Elijah and Frank smiling the hole time.
"You forgot the destroying Dumbledore." Said Lil. "Not completed yet, but I will mark my words."
"How will you do this?" asked Frank W.
"Not sure, but suggestions can be taken," said Lil.
"Eat another Toco Lil," ordered Lilly, poking his side. "I stop if you eat two more."
"Ok," said Lil, sitting down the toco.
"Mother you give the wrong threat," said Elijah.
"Now he won't eat," said Frank W.
Lil looked at them, then said, "Tattle tales."
"I will hug you all till dinner if you eat four more," said Lilly.
"Fine," said Lil, then started eating them.
"Now Dudley, the food here is healthy. Lil taught Dobby Sr how to turn healthy food into stuff like tocos." Said James.
"What?" asked Lilly.
"Dobby Sr." called Lil, he showed, then he asked, "Can you bring what you used to make a toco up, and show Mother please."
"Sure," said Sr, he popped off, then came back a plate of chopped items. Then said, "This is a plate of chopped vegetables, fruit, fiber, and victims." Then turned them into more tocos. "Now their Tocos."
Then Lilly and Dutters each grabbed one, then Dutters said, "Magic is great, why did the horse face lady hate it."
"Not sure," said Lilly, "Use to love her never through she treat one of you like this. Dutters she did you no favors either."
"I know, but also know that Dumbledore guy," said Dutters, "He did damage to, not just to me but to lots."
"Two down, two to go," said Lilly smacking his but two times.
"If I eat the other two," said Lil with the eyes.
"Then two more," said Lilly, "My eyes are being used agent me."
"Now you know how it feels." Said James.
"Yes, but they somehow do it better," said Lilly. "How?"
"This is not a family secret, the Black are famous family treat even though it is rare, is shape shifting," said Lil, "Great Gram Dora Black-Potter on Daddy side. That how we do puppy eyes." Then all three turn on Lilly all doing the eyes.
"Dam," she said.
Lil then finished the two tocos. "Two tocos down." Reported Lil.
She rolled her eyes, then two more smacks. Then he smiled.
"You know this is going to make it hard to keep him in line." Said James, "Not that I like the idea or him liking this at all."
"I change your Daddy to a game of chess," said Elijah.
"I change you Dutters you can have Uncle Lewis help," said Frank W. "To learn with."
"Sure," said Dutters. "I know the rules now."
"Mother," said Lil, who was standing by the recliner form early, "Hug time remember." Now the eyes where back.
She went back to the recliner sat back down, then Lil joined and got back in the same hug.
After an hour of playing chess, and finished this game they went back to swimming. But Elijah stopped by Lilly and said, "Mother, you know you have him under you complete control."
"I know, James was the same way in school. After you uncle delivered him to me. He keep calling me Lilly Potter." Said Lilly.
"Lilly you keep telling me I was wrong," said Lewis. "Now who was right?" She looked at him, "Come on?"
"You were right," said Lilly.
Then Lil was half asleep watching them swim.

Then Lil noticed Bill Jr look sad, then Lil asked him, "What wrung buddy, what you thinking? Penny for what up there."
He got on the sofa, then said, "She locked our magic, why?"
He was once again Tiny.
Bob got on the other side, and said, "Why did she hurt us?"
"Not sure, but some muggles are like that, my Aunt and Uncle are like that. They did not bind his magic, but they hurt him." Said Lil, "We healed him, we love our little bro. No one will hurt him ever again. Now that you big sis know no one will hurt you again, even with your magic bound you still had the bound."
"Can we ask her?" asked Bill.
"We must know," said Bob.
"We will figure it out," said Rose.
"During Thanksgiving or Christmas, we will," said Lil. "I need to know to. We will get to the bottom of this."
"We need to think on this, I can't train you like I did Dutters." Said Tiny, "But mediation helps with you magical core."
"So, you teach us," started Bill, then Bob added, "So how do we do this?" "What do we need to know?"
"Dutters want to help?" asked Tiny.
"Sure," said Dutters.
"We remember you said you like our normal mediation gear," said Lil, smiled at Dutters, "Want to swap?"
"Sure," said Dutters, who then striped to his undies, while Tiny shifted to Lil in just his undies. Now sitting side by side.
"Come on," said Lil smiling.
"Might as well, Bob," said Bill, then Bob looked at him, then added, "Might as well." Then both of them did the same and sat down across from Lil.
Then Rose looked at her little brothers, then said, "My favorite pair of white tightly are sitting there."
"So, you just like our undies," said Bob, Bill then added, "Do you want them? Should we."
Then she striped to hers then sat between them. "Keep them on for now." Smiling at them both. "I know where to find them."
"While mediation with nothing on is freeing it is not necessary," said Lil, "Undies are fine."
Then Elijah and Frank saw this them then joined.
"Lil undies time," said Frank, then Elijah added, "without us." Then Lil giggled, "Did not need to. You always know." "True."
"Now do what we do," said Lil, then all four sat the same, all four linking hands. Then the three coped the same thang.
"Think on the day's events, and what you want the other two to know." Said Lil, "When you get through that is not yours, think on it again. Let me know when this is done."
"We shared today's events, and our felling on today," said Rose, "You said my core is locked, but did not seem hard."
"Because your twins there are making the shared link," said Lil, "They are powered your part. This does not take much power."
"We can carry it for you," said Bob. "Yes big sis we don't mind," added Bill. "Yes, we are yours." "Or is she ours?"
"Same thang. Also, not like that can't spear it," said Lil, "Me and Uncle Lewis, scanned the twins cores. Very large, you needed the same thang we did. It is a magical buffer. You only have access to part of you cores. It is not permeant and shrinks as you grow and will be gone by sixteen. It helps those with larger cores get use to the larger size, if we did not it can hurt you development."
"What about me?" asked Dutters.
"And me?" asked Rose.
"Dutters you're the same as us, same buffer," said Lil.
"Can I scan?" asked Lil, "Just as a quick check."
"Sure," said Rose, then he placed his hands on her shoulders, then scanned her.
"Rose, we still have two days, then we must scan." Said Lil, "Through the progress I am seeing only slightly larger than normal, but that does not mean you want be powerful. Not the same power as your twins, nor us quads."
"How powerful are you four?" asked Rose.
"I got out healer records, it showed the size of the buffer at the start." Said Lil, "There was also a copy of the memories of both Mother and Father saw. They had to reduce our magic by 90%, because of what we did."
"That was funny," said Elijah.
"It was but, at the same time was not good," said Lil.
"What?" asked Rose.
- FLASHBACK -
After eight hours, there the babies where in Lilys arms after cleaning. Then she asked, "What are we calling them."
"The one in the middle is holding on to the others," said Regulus, "Why not name him after his uncle, Lewis James Potter."
"Sure," said Lilly.
"The one on the right can be Harry James," said James.
"I liked the name Elijah James." Said Lilly.
"I get one, I did help make them," said James, then he picked up Lewis then the baby disappeared back into Lilly arms between the other two.
"He just teleported," said Lilly.
"WoW," said James. "I would like to hold one." Then he picked up Harry. Then he teleported back to. Then with Elijah. When he got a wedgie then he was razed off the floor and hung with his undies on a hook on the wall. "Can someone get me down?"
Then Siri and Regulus helped him down. Then Siri said, "Your sons did that to you, they beat us. Pranked you at birth." Then they noted all three smiling.
Siri ran over to them and picked up Lewis and hugged him, Lewis disappeared back into Lilly arms between the other two. Then Siri was forced back into his Padfoot form with a new leach attached and then he was spanked with a paper.
"Think they just said bad dog." Said Lilly.
Regulus removed the leach, then Pad turned back to Siri, then he said, "Prongs, so proud, pranking on day one."
"Boys, I am smarter than those two. I will pick you up when you are ready," said Regs. "No rush needed."
The healer scanned each triplet, then again, then said, "We need to put a core reducer on them, 90% reducer. Biggest core ever, it will slowly reduce as time goes and will be gone by sixteen. This will help them get used to it." Then the three babies where now flipped.
"That big?" asked James, "You mean we made the next Marlins? How often does this happen?"
"Last time these levels where recorded was Merlin," said the healer, "But Tom Riddle was close behind."
"Then we need to keep an eye on this," Said James, "If Albus Dumbledore askes or anyone else. Tell them they must talk to us. We can't risk them missing with them."
"What?" asked the healer.
"Do you know who Tom became?" asked James.
"No, he disappeared." Said the healer.
"Tom Riddle became Voldemort," said James, "We are not sure why. I mean what caused it but it is being looked into."
"Till then, more important topics," said Regs.
"Now James, we are going to be the god pappas right," said Siri.
"Yaa James, we should be the god pappas," added Regs.
"Daddy Remus is Daddy like your Pappa," said Siri.
"We must be," said Regs.
"Lilly flower should we," said James.
"They are already pranksters, with them…" said Lilly.
They smiled, then Siri said, "We must."
"Yes, we must," added Regs.
"You know this is so unlike you hubby James," said Siri.
"True, what wrung with Rems," said Regs.
"Fine James you can name two godfathers for yours," said Lilly, "Frank and Allice Longbottom are mine. They are having a son. They said his name will be Neville Frank Longbottom, there god brother. Bet they will get along."
Then Remus ran in, then Siri said, "Dada Rems should be proud." "They have big magical cores." Regs added, "Larger then large." "Bigger then big." "And Rems you three sons." "And they already pranked us." "Guess what Rems." "The God Pappas are named." "We are proud of them." "These little moons are ours." "We should have known." "Uncle Lewis and Harry did say this would happen." "Daddy Moony and Pappa James." "Ours are the new Merlin." "Powerful little cheeks."
"Mine should be out soon to Teddy Lupin-Potter." Said Remus.
"These three are sleeping, apparently they don't care about mooning you guys," said Lilly, at that second Lewis woke up then started at the other two then Lilly, when she rubbed his back he smiled then back to sleep. Then Mooney noted that Lewis grabbed both the other two hands.
- Note Teddy 'Bear' Lupin-Potter was born a few days after the Potter triplets, biological parents. James and Remus Potter.
- FLASHBACK – Forward couple months and Teddy was born
Harry, Elijah, Lewis, and Teddy 'Bear' Potter where playing on the floor with some blocks.
"Who gets called first and by what?" asked Remus.
"It will be me," said Lilly.
"I am going be Dada," said Remus.
"Nope I am the Papa of all four," said James.
"Nope, me or my Minifoot," said Padfoot.
"All three don't have to say it for it to count," said James.
Harry, Elijah, and Teddy were playing with blocks, when Lewis crowed up to Moony, who picked him up. "Pop."
"Yes, Lewis," said Moony, when they hugged.
"Pap Moony." Repeated Lewis. "Fur."
"I am the favorite," said Moony. "Why did he say fur?"
"Fur," he repeated as he rubbed Remus skin. "Fur Pap."
"You don't think he knows?" asked Mooney.
"Fur Papa?" asked Lewis. He looked out the window, then added, "No moon."
"He knows," said Lilly, "How I don't know?"
"Lilly, you did help make them. They got their brains form you," said Prongs, "Fun form me."
"Fur Pap!" said all three.
"No fur Pop is dangerous, skin pop is safe," said Mooney.
"Bet they would have loved Uncle Lewis and Harry." Said James, "We will have to get Aunt Sally here." Then Lewis fell asleep in the hug with Moony.
"They would have loved them" said James. "Now the Uncles will be Lewis and Harry, when they show up."
"You think they are ok?" asked Moony.
"I still fell them around," said Prongs, "As much as Sally. They just patchily blocking me."
"Then they will show up when you least expect it." Said Moony.
"Will to late this one is mine," said Moony. "You two must pick one, but Lewis is mine now."
Then Regulus picked up Elijah, while Siri picked up Harry, then they sat back with him now in a hug, then Elijah whispered "Paddy." Then they fell asleep.
"He said Paddy." Said Mini Foot. "That close enough."
Then Lilly picked up Teddy. "Mana." She smiled, then said, "Dada James, and Mini foot are all that left.

"You used magic when you were born," said Bill.
"We pranked the old pranksters," said Lil.
"We will get them again," said Elijah.
"Do you want to help us?" asked Frank W.
"Sure," said Bill and Bob.
"Another day, for now more mediation," said Lil.
