Chapter 24 - UN Meeting, and December
The Emergence meeting of the UN opened, when the President of the UN said, "You Majesty, what is the emergency is?"
"My team of healer we sent to China, they found a cure for adults, for some reason it does not work for underage. The cure for the underage is becoming Mages, but also works for adults. It is the better cure to." Said Lil, "After using the first time, we figured out the country is anti-mage. If we would have left them they would have died, we went back for a second group. The group of only boys, they had been implanted them with a tracker. I scanned them before I treat. When I did I found the implants. They were disabled and under a status charm. These are memories and they can be reviewed, there is also charges of childhood slavery. We would like to such the children and get them to safety. We already talked to the council and have their approval. We plain on saving them but would like other countries to accept some of them. Britton plains on taking a lot, but not sure we can support all the numbers."
"Do you think we should check others?" asked a man.
"I am now," said Lil, "How much should I warry?"
"There are a few others," said the man.
"Then we must check those out." Said Lil.
When the memories were shown of either abuse, slavery, or several other dangers. Votes were taken and a closed border was voted in while protected where placed, and people put forward to the plain of removing the kids.
"Anyone who wants a magical city, please let me know." Said Lil, "We have added a few in North America, and in France."
"How long will this take?" asked someone.
"Not sure how long, we are going to need lots of Aurors and Armed Forces Airplanes to get this done." Said Lil. "We will have to get numbers together.
They started getting the plains together, and troops from US, France, Russa, and Canada. When that was done. They talked about better youth protections, and laws.
After they talked for hours the meeting was finely finished, then Lil headed back to school.
Monday at class Lil and his brothers and their Minis went to class. When Minnie saw this she asked, "Lil what is happening?"
"How do you like my sons?" asked Lil.
"How?" asked Minnie.
"You see me and their Mother did something…" Lil trailed off when his two Minis blushed, then he added, "Will, you did do it once at least…" Lil trailed off again, at which point her twins turned a nice shade of red.
"So, we are not the only ones he does that to," said Mini-Me.
"But I think he likes us the best," said Mini-Shadow.
"Of course, I do," said Lil, "You got my face."
"Now really?" asked Minnie.
"We blood adopted them," said Lil, "We wanted to make your live nicer, with even more Potters."
"Yep we are Mini Lil," said Mini-Me, then Mini-Shadow added, "Yep, we are his little bros in tanning Professor Minnie."
"Yep been training them all week." Said Lil.
"Did not know when I have good enough," said Minnie. "What are you Minis doing here."
"They would like to lesion to Professor Granny Minnie," said Lil.
"Yes, Minnie the great," started Mini-me, then Mini-Shadow added, "So is Minnie going to teach us something fun?"
"Is there core safe to use?" asked Minnie.
"Yes, been training them after all," said Lil.
Then she tested them, with several being level transmigrations. When she was done she said, "Impressive Minis."
Then Mini-Me leaned agent Lil, then started fake crying, saying, "She thinks where bad shadows."
Then Mini-Shadow did the same on the other shoulder, then added, "Yaa she through we were bad Shadows."
Hugging them, Lil said, "Don't lesion to her, you are great shadows. Minnie, bad kitty."
"Sorry Lil's Minis…" they started giggling, then she realized, "You two played me."
"Said they are perfect Minis." Said Lil. "Do you expect anything else. You meet the earlier models."
"So that must mean we are the newer model," said Mini-Me.
"Just smaller more compact travel size." Said Lil.
"Ok." Said the Minis.
They did more spell for the rest of the class.
Next for the day was double potions, when Mione entered she saw Lil sitting with one of his Minis sitting on either side. Then she come up and asked, "What are they doing here?"
"They are my Minis they are where they are supposed to be." Said Lil, "I like making my Mini smart."
"But there four right?" asked Mione.
"Yes, and my little bros," then Lil, "I know those lonesome only kids, don't understand the bond of bros."
"She wants us," started Mini-Me, Mini-Shadow finished, "to take us," "from you."
"My minis when we bonded as bros," said Lil, "Did I not promises to always protect you?"
"Yes," said the Minis.
"You know that includes jelly girls of any age," said Lil. "If she wants Minis she has to find them herself."
"We know," said Mini-Me, "But the look." "She had on us."
"Mione, I know they very handsome," said Lil, "But they are too young for you, and your direct cousin."
"I would never," said Mione.
"Mione, you're looking at your own cousins." Said Sally. "We need to find you someone else."
"Mother, I don't want to get with my own family," said Mione. "Through from the pitchers I seen our family does make nice looking boys, who turn into handsome men."
"Still Mione, other thang is Potters are protectors," said Lil, "Might want to ask you Mother about the boy who tried to hurt my Uncle Harry, how he was hung and by what and for what?"
"Yaa, that was bad." Said Sally.
"He was hung by his undies with the girl." Said Lil, "Sixth years who want to do something with Uncle Harry."
"Where they ok?" asked Mione.
"He was singing higher, and herd he did not have kids," said Lil.
"Us three girls in the family look putty to," said Sally.
"But rare to show as a Potter but seems like most Potters come out in sets of at least two." Said Lil.
"True I have three shape shifting bros," said Sally, "All very handsome, Lewis is a great cook."
"Thanks, little sis," said Lewis, "A little too good, I had to put you and Jamie on a diet. For a while I through I was going to gain another bro, and a second sis."
"Calling me fat?" asked Sally.
"Uncle Lewis would never," said Lil, "Lewis only through more to hug, but he does love hugging his Sally."
"I never Sally." said Lewis, then they saw Lil and his Minis smiling, then Lewis added, "Shut it."
"Trouble making Potter males." Said Sally. "Mione we are differently outnumbered. My bros pranked me from time to time, but I got them back. Through we did make rules."
"We learned from our Pranking Masters," said Lil, "But Mione is part of the team. She helped prank these two nasty girls."
"You should…" started Sally.
"No Mom, they were pervs," said Mione, "They some of the Slytherin girls that keep using the bad words. Two keep following Lil wanting him to touch them."
"Then your right," said Sally, "Through not agent the rules, suppressed you did not want to touch them."
"If I go around touching any boobies," said Lil, "It will lose the special. I am loyal to my circle. You know this. Also if I was a bad boy, I would not be worthy of good boobies."
"True," said Sally. "Us Potters are."
"Also, Mione, since your family," said Lil, "And you now have many cousins, if anyone misses with you."
"I did the same for Sally," said Lewis, "They were bragging they were wanting to get in her shorts. They failed to notice her three brothers were nearby."
"I can't say anything I had to," said Sally, "Teach some girls a lesion, who were trying to get into my bro's shorts to. She through I would help them."
"In the tradition class we should add a class about the magical twin, triplet, or more bound. How it works, and why you should not piss off someone who is part of one." Suggest Lil.
"That can be part of the class today and will suggest it to the others to," said Sally. The whole class finished sitting, "Afternoon class, today class is over magical bounds. Today's specifical is The twin bound, while called this it is really referring to sets like twins, triplets, quads, or more. My nephews are like me and my bros Quads, while my other nephews are twins," pointing out the four sets of four-year-old twin brothers. "All four sets of twins. This bound is permeant and strong. My set could do wandless magic very young."
"I can't prove this but, for a set that has a full bound." Said Lil, "The more in the bound can affect the magical core."
"It is true with your set, and mine to." Said Sally.
"The is one other type of bound." Said Lil, "Siblings bound can be made like a twin bound, but more actuate named sibling bound. Between older and younger siblings. You see these guys here are bounded with me as my little bros."
"Same," said the rest of Lil set of brothers.
"Just a warning missing with one of these family bounds is dangerous," said Lil, "Depending on the core of the set, weather they are Dark, Grey, or Light cored, you could end up slightly injured or dead depending on what you did."
"Like?" asked a girl.
"Someone who is just a slightly bugging them, from us would be a small prank." Said Lil, "If they do something really bad, could be painful or gutted depending on what they did."
"There was this one that keep coming onto Sally," said Lewis, "This was our third and he fifth year, he wanted to do something… Let's just say we gave him three warning. After third time through it was best to be home schooled."
"That what happened to him," said Sally, "Thanks."
"We gave him a choice, become homed schooled, and also report his crimes to the Aurors." Said Lewis, "Or he could give up his personal balls and bat, then he could stay at school. He wanted to be homeschooled."
The boys had a look of pain at this idea, some girls where confused. Then one asked, "That does not sound too bad."
"Personal as in attached," said Lil. "The ones attached, and very personal, very sensitive ones." More where getting it, but the one who asked the question was still confused. Then her friend whispered into her ear.
She then said, "OH."
Then another girl said, "True the parts do look like that, I helped with my little brother he is now one year old. I bath him and help dress him."
"How many times did it take you to figure out it was quicker to just get in the tub with him," said Lil, "Rather than our side."
"Two," said the girl, "Mom suggests it the first time."
"He saw you?" asked another girl.
"He one and he is my little bro." said the girl.
Lil walked over to her, then touched her shoulder, scanning her. Then he said, "You have a big bro?"
"Yes, he is my family Hire." Said the girl, "We already talked, we will share the family lands and build two more house on it. Not to forget the family business. The ice-cream shop in Diagon Alley. We are 55% owners."
"And PPM is the 45% owners." Said Lil.
"How do you know?" asked the girl.
"Padfoot, Prongs, and Moony." Said Lil.
"Names for Sirius, James, and Lupin." Said Sally.
"When I scanned you have two siblings bounds," said Lil, "You first pared with your Little bro as the protector, then you are the younger on the other as the protected. In this set the older always likes taking care of the younger, different siblings have different bonding setups. I bet he helped you to."
"Like?" asked another girl.
"Me and Elijah where hidden with our big bro, Big Arthur," said Lil, "He trained us to be smart, made sure we were clean, feed, and taking our potions."
"So, you he bathed you," said a boy.
"He chouse us," said Lil, "He adopted us as little bro, and in our rooms there we did not wear much. But we also lived at a boy's home till we were eight."
"Do you do the same with your little bros?" asked a girl.
"We do swim at home, and we got a nice hot tube in the Lords of Hogwarts room here." Said Lil. "They do look like mini version of me and my bros, do they not?"
"True they do," said another boy, "but that is how we bros work, we general look like each other. Through you lot look like you came off a copy machine."
"Not sure you meet Sirius or Regulus Black," said Lil, "Aside from the eyes, we look like them to."
"We get our eye's and brains from Mother and god papa Regulus, then our looks from James and Siri." Said the Minis who swapped back and forth through the sentence.
"Through we got the Potter's loyalty and protector to," said Lil, "But don't think that a bad thang either."
"There are several other magical bounds," said Sally, "Merage circle bounding, parental bound, there is a bond to make a non-relative a sister or brother, trainer and trainee."
"How can these bounds affect those bounded?" asked a boy.
"Depends on the person, it is even different per person in the set." Said Lil, "For some they are touch sensitive to familiar touch. The longer they go without familiar touch, it affects those with this badly." "Others are protectors." "Others can learn through the mental connection twin bound gives." "But these bounds can also be formed as none set bros." "But for people who get the greatest gift from birth." "Of my set I am the oldest, those where my gifts."
"I take it your bound is strong?" asked a boy.

The Potter Quads were called to his office a week after sorting. James, Fleamount, and Lewis Potter.
"Does any of you in this room know what happened to Vernon, Tunney, and Dudley Dursley?" asked Albus.
"Why should we, know or care," asked Frank W.
"I am in the same boat," said James.
"Yaa, if it was up to me…" started Lil, then he had a look on his face and a smile, then the other two had the same look.
"Your right Lil, burning at the stake would be fun," said Frank.
"Yes, but the kabob idea would kill us," added Lil, "She has poisoned meat and he has way too much fat on him."
"Do you know why the Goblins said the Potters are citizens of the goblin nation?" asked Albus.
"We know," said James, "But that is business of the goblin nation, which you are not. You are on the other hand an enemy of the goblin nation."
"I am an enemy of the Goblin nation?" asked Albus.
"Yes. In the research for the bills, we passed. I figured out you stopped laws that would have given rights to goblins. Including the rights to go to our magic schools. Basic human rights to. Freedoms under our laws. You did the same to Greyback's wares, and Dracula' vampires, the centaurs, and others."
"So…" started Albus.
"You also pissed off the Wares and Grand Dog Greyback." Said Lil, "Uncle Dracula and the Vampires. Uncle Bane and the centaurs. You're on a lot of people shit lists."
"Langue…" started Albus.
"That was English, but if you don't like it I can speak several others to," said Lil.
"You can speak other langue?" asked Lilly, "Which ones?"
"We know English, learned French, Snake, Dragon, and Russian." Said Lil, "Goblin, and Centaurs. Planning on Mer next, and a few others. We learned together."
"How do you know so many?" asked Albus.
"Don't want to tell you." Said Lil.
"He also can't tell you," said James.
"He can't tell me either," said Lilly.
"Fine," said Albus.
"But did you asked the Goblin to take Vernon and Petunia Dursley to the goblin mines?" asked Albus, "Where is Dudley?"
"The goblins took them!" said the triplets.
"This is good, in my books." Said Lil. "Did they state the charges agent the two?"
"Theft, abuse, and starving agent a kid who is a member of the Goblin Nation." Said Albus.
"All those are true charges," said Lil, "Love those guys. Let me guess you tried to free them?"
"Yes," said Albus, "But the minister said no, because the threat of war the Goblins brought."
"Just hope the Goblins don't bring you up on charges to," said Lil, "That may come to pass."
"Where is Dudley Dursley?" asked Albus.
"He is dead," said Lil. "His named on the family tree has a birth and a death date. Not sure how."
"Did the goblins kill him?" asked Albus.
"Goblins don't abuse or harm kids." Said Lil. "There is a code they live by. Don't warry you could not understand. But he is marked as dead on the family tree."
"Humm, don't know. I don't think he is," said Albus. "If so who would have killed him?"
"I don't know just saying what the family tree says," said Lil, "Not sure who or how. Is there anything else."
"Nope." Said Albus, then they left.
- END FLASHBACK -
"Then where did Dutters come from?" asked another.
"Blood adoption, while Albus was out we hide him," said Lil, "We were training him in secret. When we did his name attached to his core changed. The boy named Dudley Vernon Dudley died, this is Dudley Fleamount James Potter-Weasley. This one is ours now, no one else gets him till we set him up."
"You going to set me up." Said Dutters.
- FLASHBACK -
They were in the library when Dutters saw the extended family tree showing every connection as far back as it went. Then he saw his name on the Family tree, then asked, "How am I dead? Is that now the date I got blood adopted?"
"It is," said Lil, then pointed over a few lines, "See they you are to, you have a spot there to. Same birth date as us. When we did that the 'old Dutters' did die if you really think about it. The old you were a bully filled with hate with bad health and stupid as a stone, made by Albus Dumbledore. The new Dutters Fleamount James Potter-Weasley is caring, kind, warries about his family, smart, and not a bully. Just so you know I did sign my name on you somewhere, I did remake you."
"I am glad you remade me, Albus ruined me," said Dutters, "You signed me, were."
"I did, right but cheek." Said Lil, "Says Property of Potter House on the left but cheek. Elijah and Frank signed to. Look in the mirror if you don't believe me."
"Yep," said Elijah, "But Lil signed the biggest."
"He did," said Frank, "But he left space for us."
Dutters then ran to the nearest restroom, then looked in the mirror to check. Then came back.
"He checked," said Lil. "We make him smarter."
"We will," said Frank W.
"He learns," said Elijah.
"So many names on this thang," said Dutters. "Our Dad was a quad two bros and one sis. The sis has one daughter. The bros each have a twin son. Big Arthur our big bro on here to. Then our Grandpa Flea has younger bro and a set of triplet younger bros. There is also a half-brother Teddy Lupin."
"Dad was married to two people," said Lil, "James and Lilly then also James and Remus."
Then Teddy walked up behind them and said, "I love my half-brother son, although as far as I am concerned you my full brother and dog son."
"We did not know about the bro thang," said Lil, "Through I should have figured as much. We were there for your first turn. He was either on the potion or baby wear are safer."
- FLASHBACK -
The four babies where in the living room, when Teddy turned into a werewolf, then he looked around. When Lewis crawled over and started snuggling into his fur.
This is when Lilly, and Sally walked in.
"Should they be like that?" asked Sally.
"Teddy is not infectious not this young, also with his brothers near like that he be calm." Said Lilly. "Teddy is the triplet's half-brother through James."
"Who the mother?" asked Sally.
"James is the mother, and Remus is the Father." Said Lilly.
"That makes since, we three have dule cores." Said Sally, "When we are scanned, we can be scanned as male or female."
Then they herd, "Fur bro."
Then they saw the other two crawl over and join in.
Then herd, "Teddy bear." Then they started falling asleep.

"We started remember memories like that," said Lil.
"Are memories like that in the Gilmore?" asked Dutters.
"Yes, and we can share some memories." Said Lil, "Depending on what the memory is, then there are others we can't. Same goes for out Big bro, Big Arthur. But he can see the Black Family Gilmore. Since Teddy Lupin-Potter has Potter blood by birth we can share the Family Gilmores with him."
"Cool," said Teddy.
"How?" asked Dutters.
"Uncle Lewis set up Lilly and James and also James and Remus at the same time." Said Lil. "Same as Uncle Lewis, Ron, and Regs. Then Harry, Rob, and Siri. It took longer to set up Sally with someone. They had more trouble there."
Before the end of that month the borders of China where under complete lockdown by law enforcement from both Mage and Non-Mage countries and armed forces from the UN combined forces. While at the same time the teams started searching the city for hidden kids and under truth potion questing those that want to stay with their kids. In the month five hundred kids were found and twenty parents were questioned and approved to go to Alexandra with the new teachers and staff. The new city was also connected to the rest of the campus.
The staff in charge of this campus drew up a seclude to get the new mages ready to use magic while also teaching them regular subjects as well. When reports started coming in, it showed the classes where a success, the new mages powers were coming in properly and getting used to being a mage.
The different campuses decorated for Christmas. The students were also enjoying the new clubs to. The new board games club was a big success. The different companies also donated gifts for each student to get at least four gifts. As well as friend groups getting gifts for each other. On the week of Christmas, the different Mage and Non-Mage donated a truck load of chocolates and candies, that where put out in the main hall for everyone.
Christmas was at founder manor.
James, Siri, Regs, and the quads gave their Minis a training broom each. Then Lil said, "We got a new team in the works. We can start training you guys in the game."
"I would like to be the seeker," said Mini-Me, then Mini-Shadow added, "Fast is good but I would like keeper best."
Then the others added about going for the other spots.
"Remember we can swap spots from time to time," said Lil, "You also one more, he will want to play to. We also got chocolate and candies from around the world."
"Mione you gift is at your house already." Said Lil, "It is in a room only you and your mom can enter. The books I put in the room can't leave the room either. If anyone else besides a someone born a Potter get in, the books return to the Vault."
"Why?" Asked Mione.
"We have a room here to, you get access to the collection of family Gilmores," said Lil. "You are a Potter."
"Really?" asked Mione.
"Yes, you're a Potter," said Lil, "She knows the rules of the Gilmores. You must agree to them before you enter."
"Mione you can't even tell me," said Daniel.
"We set up a second room with just the Black family Gilmore in it that you two can read together." Said Lil. "Daniel gets together with the Malfoy boys and you can share that Gilmore with them, but not with Mione or Sally. The Gilmore rule book you can go over together." Then handed Danial the book.
Then Siri and Regs came over with a package for the other boys. "Here are some books for each of you." Said Regs.
"We got Charley, Bill, and Percy new Firebolts." Said Siri. "We were going to give the pre-firsties them to, but between Big Arthur and Lilly that was shoot down. So, we got you the upgraded trainer brooms, that your Minis got."
"Cool," said the boys.
Two days after Christmas, another group of five hundred kids and another one hundred adults where questioned and joined the population of Troy and New Alexandrea. At this point the total population of Magical UK has almost tripled.
The progress on the pandemic is more than halfway cured and more than half the kids from the two cities are moved, but the pandemic is still isolated to two cities.
The leadership of China is talking to the UN, but in the meeting it becomes clear on what they do to Mages.
When this became clear to the other members of the UN, ninety percent of them especial the Mages then the lockdown become complete no products in or out. In addition to rehoming all kids in China, in addition to making it clear any deaths would be a bad thang very bad overall. Also, any citizen who want to immigrate out to reunite with their kids after questioning can do so. Explaining the progress.
There was also a meeting of the Goblet of Fire torment team.
"We had some new ideas for the events," said the man, "First each schoolhouses have a smaller version. Three events. Then between the schools. The schools run the events to select the school champions."
"That fine," said Lil, "But the events still need working."
"The first event is going to be get the egg…" started the man.
"…from what?" asked Lil.
"A dragon…" started the man.
"You want students to get an egg from a very protective fire breathing mother dragon." Said Lil, "That a no on this event. Next idea."
"The idea involves the Mer people under black lake." Said the man, "We take someone, and they are held there."
"Real people or dummies?" asked Lil.
"Real," said the man.
"No real hostages, and no underwater events," said Lil, "You don't know who becomes champion."
"Like?" asked the man.
"Someone who is a Wear, different creature inheritances would not do good. Also, a Velva would not do good either." Said Lil.
"Several Vampires would not do good," said Dracula Jr, "Where pools or hot tubes are ok a lake I would not."
"This event is out," said Lil. "Finial event."
"A maze on the quidditch pitch…" started the man.
"You can make a stadium somewhere else," said Lil, "You touch my pitch, or the school pitch we may through you in Black lake or the forbidden forest. The spiders are hungry."
"Spiders?" asked the man.
"As part of the school defenses are giant spiders," said Lil, "They have land in the forest they must stay in, and we feed them regular basis. The big one would love to taste you."
"The maze has the cup in the center, we made a cup that is just a trophy." Said the man. "We are going to have a list of creatures, and changes. We will get them to you for approval. How do you like the idea."
"Good so far. Get me the lists. Also put posts through the maze for Aurors to get the champions out quickly." Said Lil. "Suggest using dummy creatures instead of real."
"This is supposed to be sixth year and about, this could be a learning experience." Said the Man.
"That all good, but the reason this was canceled in the past is the levels of death at every time, one or two of the three champions died each time." Said Lil. "If you die, you don't learn."
"Good point," said the man.
"Also, we have lot many in the past, we need to change how we think if we think losing one person is acceptable." Said Lil. "Draw up new plains for the first two events, and the prevents."
"We will," said the man.
"For the first event, use a fake dragon and eggs. Remember dragons are endangered and intelligent." Said Lil, "As for the fire, make it seem like it is real as long as it does no damage. Have the dragon controlled by a mage, as test this with a dummy then when it works a Auror then we go from there. The second event start over. These will not interfere with quidditch. This is one person from each school. The rest of us would like to do something."
"Also do you know what happened to the real Goblet of Fire," asked the man. "Was at the ministry."
"We agreed not to use it," said Lil.
"But what happened to it?" asked the man.
"Me and a few people had fun with fire and that cup," said Lil, "I wanted to make sure it was not used. Also, it is called the goblet of FIRE, yet is made of a lot of wood. Its name does make since in a way, makes a nice fire."
"It is an important historic idem," said the man.
"Hated to destroy it, but it had to be done," said Lil.
Then Lil and Dracula Jr left the meeting, then Jr asked, "You don't want to compete?"
"No, not right now. I have far too much to do," said Lil, "To do this. Also, we are nowhere near done on the planning. Do you want to do this?"
"Na, Dad would kill me just to brag me back to let me little bros start in on me next." Said Jr.
Lil smiled at him then said, "As long as they leave me and our circle something as well. Glad we burn the real Goblet of Fire."
"True you guys would," said Jr.
The December staff meeting was the day after the Christmas. They talked both about November and December then the half year since the complete redo of the school. Then… Regulus said, "My house is starting to get it together. All my members now have close on again. We been going over the rules about bulling and I think I have a stop to it."
"Good," said Lil. "Those nasty girl snakes…"
"Through most of the boys where liking that," said Minnie.
"We Potters are loyal," said Lil, "We don't snake away from home, when we have better at home. Also, I am a good boy, only allowed to pay with my two girls."
"Bet your circle has fun with you to," said Minnie.
"Ask Adric," said Lil, then smiled, "He fun to."
"Back to the meeting…" started Minnie.
"On that, the torment people talked to me," said Flitwick.
"They wanted you to push me to accept the events as is?" asked Lil, "Just a guess. I will not. I assume you all support student's safety above anything else."
