Chapter 27 – April and May

"Greeting everyone, we been talking to the different campus Heads, Boards, and Department Heads. We got the upgrades in progress and just want to go over everything one more time. This is the first combined meeting of the new bord."

"Mahoutokoro Main Campus on the Volcanic island of Minami Iwo Jima, Japan. This campus is across several islands. The central island has meeting space, Main headmaster office, and several Assistant Headmaster. Each of the Headmaster can choose to stay as one of the Campus Assistant Headmasters or be Main Campus Assistant Headmasters. Each sight needs between two to four. We can decide Main School wide headmaster latter. We can do Flying at the main campus but use the Quidditch Pitches on the different campuses."

"Then three more islands a Boys Only Dorm Island with beach, then a Girls Only Dorm Island with beach, last a Siblings Island with a beach. Breakfast / Dinner Hall on is on the main island. While smaller lunch halls on each campus."

"The Troy Campus can be the Mage and None-Mage Studies Department. Studying Wizard Traditions and Rights, Mage Studies, Magical Home Life spells classes, None-Mage Studies."

"New Alexandrea Campus has the main Hospital Wings, while each Campus has a two small healing wing for Male and Female healing wings. All healing classes are here to."

"Ilvermorny Campus is on the east coast of the US. This campus has two specialties. Native American Magics. Divination Department with Firenze as head of that department"

"Salem Institute on the east cost of the us and the Maple Leaf Campus in central Canada. These two campuses have most of the specialty green houses. Each one has special microclimate. There are also some smaller green houses on each campus that already had them. There is also a rain forest specialty class at Castelobruxo Campus in Brazilian campus in the rain forest."

"Freedom Academy on the west coast was founded by the events of Founder Slytherin and Ravenclaw this campus can be used as the Charms Department."

"Durmstrang and Koldovstoretz are in Russia. The Defense Department is Koldovstoretz. While Durmstrang has the Dark and Grey Arts Departments to study magics that are not evil but defined as Grey or Dark. But can be useful spells."

"The Uagadou Campus is in the Rwenzori Mountains of Uganda in Africa. While Astronomy is done on each campus, the main classrooms for the Astronomy Department is here. We are also including more space-based telescopes with the help of NASA from the US the new ISA from the UN. Potions and Alchemy Department are here to. Nicolas Flamel being the highest expert in Alchemy. Merlin Dumbledore is his co-head for Potations Head. The Transfiguration, self-transfiguration Department and includes classes for Shapeshifters, Animagus, and those with creature inheritance."

"Castelobruxo is the Brazilian campus in the heard of the rainforest. Care of Magical Creatures Department and the Magizoology Subspecialty. Arthur Black Weasley Head. Again, the Extension Herbology Corse is here for the Rain Forest Specialty, to study plants here for medicine and potions. There are none-mages studies showing lots of powerful magical plants. Going into the rainforest to gather the plains will be collage only. The green houses on campus can be used by other years. We can talk about upper years joining the field study latter, but we need to know how that will work."

"Beauxbatons in France has the History of Magic Department with Sur Nick and ghosts from every campus. There is also a dancing and educate class the headmistress wanted to add it for all students."

"Now this last past will get me excited, by most of Great Britain, but here it is." Said Lil, "But here it is. Hogwarts will be closed this next year. Albus has done great damage to Hogwarts, when the school is back up to the standards, the campus will reopen. All Pre-Firsties education both mage and non-mage, including introduction to herbology with fruits, vegies, and herbs used for cooking. To teach concepts of Herbology. Same with Potions, simple thangs used to teach potions concepts. Same for each class. Across the lake will be Hogwarts Collage for advanced healing, warding, designing and building structures, teaching different age groups, mastery in different fields, and anything to advance for normal magical studies. This is going to do wonders for magic."

"How will we know?" asked Minnie.

"Since mages are now public knowledge, and we can make mages. At eight we will ask every kid on earth." Said Lewis.

"What if the parents say no and the kids say yes?" asked Minnie. "Who choice is it."

"The kid's choice," said Lewis, "We will even make it where the parents forget them, and they can be blood adopted by a proper mage family. Have a real family, if we can't find one. Potter, Weasley, or Blacks will take them in. We seem to like to draw the people in in large numbers."

"As part of Hogwarts University also be a program used to help people get other NEWTs and WOLFs in different subjects or help them get OWLs and get the rest. Also, a program to help redo all levels for people who did bad the first time. Or did not get a first time."

"We have the expansions and repairs to the campus planned. But at the end of the school year when the connections between the other campus go active this summer. Massive repairs will start as soon as all students are out, support staff are moved to the other campuses, and professors have their classrooms at Hogwarts moved to the correct campus for their class. During this summer we need to get all classes to the campus where their department is."

"Then work on Hogwarts will start." Said Lil, "As much as I hate this, but Albus has done much damage to Hogwarts. It will not be opened next year, but Hogwarts will be back. We also need teachers. This will take time to get it done right."

"Are there any parts of the school that will not be touched?" asked Minnie. "How much work needs to be done?"

"Founders office because it just got done, the heir of the founders' apartments because it was recently redone, and the chamber of secrets because you must be of the blood lines of Slytherin. There is also a Basilisk and few hatchlings in there."

"Among the thangs that will be redone are the moving stairs to not moving. Then Each campus will get elevators like Troy, New Alaxandra, and Atlantis. They are transporter elevators and there are lots being installed at each school they do not cross connect between campus. Security reasons for now. Depending on the some of the schools will gain restrooms."

"Why more restrooms?" asked one man.

"The spacing may by good for you long legs with big bladders," said Lil. "But for those of us you don't. Let's just say love magic cleaning spells..."

"Understood, my family manor was the same way," said Orion, "Don't know why their designed this way."

"Me either, most want to make kids," said Lil, "Then forget we come in a miniature size, in my case pocket size."

"I know three generations of Potter Males," said Orion, "They are a bit smaller, your Dad James and his brothers where friends with my grands, they even bounded."

"I know your older you wanted them protected," said Orion, "Glad I let him. They did collect both sets of Blacks."

"Yes, but when we collect someone as you put it," said Lil, "We do take good care of them…"

"I know," said Orion.

"Regulas was dirty, and I did not have a washcloth…" started Lil. "I also tend to do my family own health checks."

"How do you…" started Orion.

"You forgot your appalment," said Lil. "The me will be out to see you tomorrow. We don't have to come for you?"

"What do you mean older Lewis, we Lewis?" asked a wizard.

"You must have missed it last month," said Lil, "A neutral lord figured it out, and demanded and us to tell. It was out of the bag, so we told them."

- FLASHBACK – Special meeting of the Council -

The Special Meeting of the Council come to order, when Arthur said, "This meeting is called to order, you called this meeting what is the point of this meeting?"

"I was looking through some of the family trees." Said the Lord, "The true names show up on the family trees. James's brother, his son, and his twin adopted sons are all named Lewis James Potter. While we are on it, his other brother and one of his other sons are both named Harry James Potter."

"What are you thinking?" asked Lord Greengrass.

"We where also about to get ahold of inheritance tests," said the lord, "They test as the same person, the Lewis and Harry, all have the same birth dates. The two that are James's brothers have two birth dates."

"How did you get ahold of blood inheritance tests?" Said the goblin king, "We must know this? Stealing form, the goblin nation is an act of war. We will talk."

"We would like to punish the said goblin as will for making the private affairs of House Potter public knowledge." Said Lil.

Then lucky said something to Griphook, then he said, "My king, we support Lord Ravenclaw in this."

"We agree," said the goblin king. "We will talk."

"Since it is known, Yes. There are four of us Lewis James Potters, and two Harry James Potters." Said Lil. "We don't yet know why, but what can we do but take care of our own? We Potters do like taking care of our own, and we also like taking in those we think need care to."

"But the rules of time travel…" started the same Lord.

"Do not apply here. The older Harry and Lewis were born here, as James and Sally brothers as quads. They did not come back in time from the future from this universe. I was born here original, then the younger two Lewis are from two different universes, they did get moved forward but not from here."

"Oh," said the Lord.

"We got the material collected or we are collecting it now for the projects, as soon as the students are gone for the summer. The ground braking happens." Said Lil. "The plains are made down to the day, if everything is on schedule we will be done by the new school year. Are the new teachers getting hired?"

The department heads then talked about the new hires. Then Lil said, "This is wonderful, a teacher or two per year per subject. We have made several more subjects required through WOLFs. Now I have read more about what Albus was holding back, I have seen more and more what he is holding back."

"Has he gotten the kiss yet?" asked the head from Salaam.

"Nope, as for my thoughts he will never get the kiss." Said Lil, "I go and visit him, and I give him hell. It is so fun. I have been told he has not sleep good in months. The dementors have a lot of fun with him. Through I have talked, they understand not to miss with his health. He will be cursed with a loner life. Last time I saw him the poor man looked like crap."

Then the department heads and teacher went over the status of the students at the different campuses. Then the progress on the Troy and Alexandria campus. The progress done on the campus done so far, and the materials ordered.

When the meeting broke up Orion walked over to Lil, and asked, "I take it he spent time with you to?"

"Yes," said Lil, with a big smile.

Then Regs walked up behind Lil with the Minis, then said, "I do like my favorite dollies."

"Are you and you dolly coming over for Sunday dinner?" asked Orion, "Arthur will be over to."

"VB or Big?" asked Regs.

"Someone through I was lonely, so he set me up with VB," said Orion, "After Molly did that, and she… nether one of us wanted another female."

"What did happen to bad mother?" asked Regs.

"She went back to snake face," said Orion, "After she could not recruit a single member of house Black. He killed her."

"For years she tried to make me like she wanted," said Regs, "But the Marauders would not let me be near her with out one of our brethren near me. She did try and make me an eater. The last time that happened you saw it."

"She was mean," said Lil, "She did punch me. Only time I think Grand Dad ever got mad in fount of me."

"You mean in front of Lewis," said Orion.

"All four Lewis have the same memories," said Lil, "Also all those in our two sets of Quads."

Then Lil and the Minis disappeared away. "I through no one could do that on Hogwarts grounds." Said Orion.

"Daddy have you not yet learned," said Regs, "I have learned that quickly, when I said something to him about my mother wanting me to serve old snake face. He told me that would never happen, even if that meant kidnapping me away and going into hiding with Siri, Regs, and the rest of his family and the Black Triplets. You know he would have."

"When he talked to my Grand Dad he said the same," said Orion.

- FLASHBACK -

Lewis with Fleamount where showed into Lord Black's office, where Arctus, Cygnus, and Orion where waiting.

"You wanted to talk?" asked Arctus.

"Yes," said Lewis, "It is about some of my favorite people. The Black Sisters and Brothers."

"What about it," said Arctus.

"Your wife Mr. Arctus Black, has been talking to some of my favorite people. She wants to reverse my good work." Said Lewis, "They do love you, and they said you love them as they are, but she scared my Regs. Siri was there he helped Regs. They are at Potter Mannor, but we need to stop this, or bad stud could happen. We can't let this."

"What do you think would happen?" Asked Orion.

"I have a ability to see time lines," said Lewis, "The one that right now is set to happen, is scaring me."

"Starting with Cissa, she was marred to someone vial and evil. Also been pranking the skin off this someone for messing with Cissa. He will make her life bad. He will be the cause of the death of her kids. He is also a follow of old snake face. He then gives your future grand son to old snake face as a follow, then tried to murder you grandson."

"Regs, he become a follower of old snake face. He figured out who old snake face was. He did something and will be murdered by old snake face."

"Andy was not as bad, at lest she was just through out of the family not dead. She was throughout for loving someone. This person is already dead because of the timeline changes."

"Bella will also be forced to marry a follow of old snake face. She ends up being a devoted follow of him."

"Siri goes to live with us at Potter Manor because of this female treats our Siri. Then she kicks Siri out to. The before this first Wizarding War ends. Lots are dead at the hands of snake face including Regs, you, Cygnus, Orion, both my Daddy and Mommy, then Daddy your son James his spouse died, I grab his son who becomes the boy who lives. While Harry and Sally are protecting our retreat. We get him into hiding. Then Harry and Sally are murdered next. James's son is hidden, then he gets me last, somehow I take him out at the same time."

"Then in the second wizarding war, there is the battle at the ministry. Bella is fighting the boy who lived. Siri knocks him out, then starts fighting Bella to protect your Grandson, Daddy."

"They are on opposite sides in this war?" asked Arctus.

"Could you ever see Siri going dark. He gets pushed back by a spell from Bella and goes through the Vale. When the boy who lives get up, he is pissed. He is at these points pissed enough uses a killing curse on her powerful enough to designate her."

"Did Siri have a Hair?" Arctus asked.

"Not sure on that yet," said Lewis, "But think he named his god son Hair Black. A Potter."

"What can be done to prevent this?" asked Artus. "These thangs I came up with names for, I love these thangs."

"Don't let these marriages happen," said Lewis.

"I want to, but we have to find them someone," said Arctus.

"Fine. This I can do. Andy and Regs put in clams on me. While Cissa and Siri did the same thang for Harry. Bella likes James. Let them marry for love. We will not let them near old snake face, while keeping them family." Said Lewis.

"What if we say no," said Arctus.

"They are at Potter Mannor, which is under lockdown right dad," asked Lewis, "May just go on the run with them."

"No need Lewis," said Arctus, "I am happy to sign a marriage bonding agreement, Fleamount just send something. How about let's make a family alliance at the next Wizengamot to."

"That would be awesome," said Fleamount. "In the agreement. It will just be a state that bonding circles. Narcissa, Sirius, and Harry. Andromeda, Regulus, and Lewis. Bellatrix and James. We are not going to trade money or anything else. I do have a inheritance vault set up for each son, which will grow."

"I have set up vaults for each of my grandchildren," said Arctus, "Not one of them will know till I tell them, nor will that wife of your Orion."

"I understand," said Orion.

"Me to," said Cygnus.

"Is Siri still your hair?" asked Lewis.

"Yes," said Arctus.

"My father got the bonding arrangements the next day," said Orion, "The bitch found out about the arrangements two days after that when we she tried to arrange Cissie and the ferret."

When the sisters showed up and sat down.

"How are my girls doing?" asked Orion.

"Good uncle Orion," said Andy.

A few weeks later they found Lucius dead on the edge of Malfoy Mannor. When Cissa called her three sons, both Potter Quads, and her two sisters, and the black brothers.

Then she said, "Lucius is dead. You two should meet your real dad. It was not Lucius, but you three did inherit the manor. That I made sure he put in the update well right after we found you two, do you want to know who it is?"

"Yes," said all three.

"Harry James Potter." Said Cissa.

Lil then said, "Came here and hug you uncle. Did the ferret blood adopt them? Can I scan you three?"

"He did blood adopt them," said Cissa.

Then Lil scanned them then he said, "You have the shifter ability, it is locked. He only did a parochial blood adoption. I can unlock the ability and snake langue. But I would keep the name. You are Potters either way. He was sterile?"

"Yes he was," said Cissa.

"You don't think?" asked Lewis, Cissa giggled. "He touched Cissa uninvited one time to many. I was very mad, and I played soccer with him. Let's just say I scored." Every guy winced. "He asked for it. I fixed him, free of charge. The marriage did work for the longest we got information from him."

"Lucius was not into women. He was into Snape. He just needed the kids form me his or not." Said Cissa.

"He wanted a hair," said Lil.

Then Lil unblocked the Malfoy brothers shifting and snake langue abilities. As soon as he did their forms shifted back to original. Then Lil said, "Draco, this is like looking in a mirror."

"Do I have the eyes?" asked Draco Jr.

"Yes, as soon as we train you with your shifting." Said Lil, "You can do puppy eyes to."

"So does that mean I am married to my own Daddy," said Draco.

"Also, your Mother is part of your marriage circle." Added Lil.

Over the next month more quidditch happened. The Troy and New Alexandria Houses did will, playing with the Hogwarts campus teams. Each house gained new Jr and Sr Leagues.

Through the rest of the year the people across all the campuses did great. The different houses did great to. At the end of year fest Lil stood up when he did mounters showed the great halls from each campus. Then Lil said, "We have all done great this year. Seen reports saying every one EE or O this year. The quidditch team across all the campuses did great to. We are gaining whole educational system is going to be different next year. The campuses are getting upgrades and repairs this summer. This summer is bring a brave new world."

Then explain the new organization of the classes per campus. The new classes. The number of new students and teachers. The heads explained the houses from each school. Then Lil said, "The new main campus will be on a tropical island chain. Beach fronts. There are many new resources starting this new year. While the upgrades and repairs for the campuses will be done before the new year."

Then he sighed, then said, "Think I will be ended for this, but here the bed news. Hogwarts needs massive repairs and will be closed for next year. Fell free to yell at me for a minute."

The school looked at head students for each house. No one yelled then one of the Percy said, "We trust you and our Lord Gryffindor, but explain."

Then Cedric Diggory said, "We from the house of loyalty trust our Lord Hufflepuff and he trusts you." Then several other started saying the same.

"Hogwarts will be back in service as a campus as soon as we can. Dumbledore has done lots of damage by not doing proper maintenance to the school, but it will be done. Then we also building a new campus across the lake as new magical university and adult education campus, we will get back to this to it will be a year or two. Hogwarts is down for a year but not out."

"We put an end to the worst Dark Lord in history," said Lil, "We will make it where their can never be another one. Have a fun summer and see you next year. For Hogwarts students we will no longer be using Platform 9 ¾, but don't think anyone will complain on that. Instead, we will be sending the location of the nearest portal in the school letters, the heads of the different campuses will pick the local locations. These will send people to the nearest campus. In the case of those in England, it won't be Hogwarts but Beauxbatons, the Frinch campus. Then you can make you way to the main campus. Also get the new trunks this summer. They have shrinking and featherweight charms, with small apartments inside them."

"We will be adding even more security to each campus of the school. When I say the campus will be the safest place on Earth I mean it. At some point we won't need to hide in secret places. The none-Mages know about us and have a way to make them Mages to make the world as one. We are also a fourth of the way to terraforming both Mars and Titan. The first of the Lunar complex domes should be started in a year. Even got new Astronomy program with new technology. And a whole new exciting new herbology program, Professor Sprout loving it. Then the new magic departments. We are no longer ignoring grey and dark magics. New Care for Magical creatures' courses. This next year will be exciting for us all."

When the end of year festivities ended people started packing up for the morning trip back to Lundon. As soon as everyone was gone the next day the teachers packed up their room at Hogwarts to move to the right campuses.

Weasley and Potters packed up founder office and the hair apartment and to put into storage aside from the living frames. The next day the frames were taken down and moved and put up in Troy, New Alexandria, and the Freedom Campuses aside from the founder and former headmasters' frames which was put in a room of Troy for safe keeping and use.

Then both Potter Quads moved the Basilisk to the new underwater dome. Then packed up everything from the chamber of secrets to another part of the underwater dome.

Lastly Sprout started directing moving the contents of the green houses to either Salem Institute, Maple Leaf Campus, or Castelobruxo or one of the smaller greenhouses depending on the plants in question.

Now that Hogwarts is emptied, the Hogwarts staff was standing out front. Then Lil said, "I know this may seem sad, but when the school reopens. The school will be safer for all students and staff. We will once again be to the standards of the founders. Not sure what we will do with the new campus, but Hogwarts will also fit into the world. We will come up with a use for him, Hogwarts will never fail."

"Your right Lil," said Minnie, "We will return stronger then even, and rebuild better."

"They're going to start with structure repair, then add a full hybrid ac system, lighting, and communication system. Not to forget redoing classrooms. Once the green houses are done we add them back to the system. More care of magical creatures' classrooms. The new creative arts classroom. Also, the new muggle primary classes." Said Lil. "The expansion here will also have space for school clubs' houses. The work on the other campuses is starting first then Hogwarts will start after summer and the minor repairs to make sure they are all done in time. Then work will start on Hogwarts."

"As long as it is done," said Minnie.

"I hate this to, but the amount of work being done it will be safer this way. We don't want the students nor staff in danger," Said Lil. "I also don't intend on letting the founders down."
