BLUE MAGNOLIA

Once their was a gardener named Sara ,who owned a small green house with a few beautiful flowers. One day the flowers in the green house told the gardener they wanted to leave. No matter how many times she told the flowers to stay until next spring they didn't listen. So Sara sold them one by one. One flower went to a library and sat on the table, one went to a house and sat on the porch, one went to a shop owner and sat on the counter, one went to a merchant, and the last flower ,the magnolia, (the gardeners favorite) was sold to a young boy . One day Sara went to check on the flowers . She found one on the porch nearly frozen, one almost dead in the garbage, one happily in the book shop and decided to stay , one was found leafless on the floor and the magnolia was not found. Sara look for six months until she finally found the magnolia. It had been sold in a garage sale ,given as a present and left in the street until it was found. Sara cared for each of them the best she could . She watered them once a week, gave them fresh fertilizer ,gave them food ,and talked to them ,and told them stories. In spring they started to0 bud flowers, but the magnolias was dark instead of light pink. She complained to the gardener that even her bud were not growing correctly but Sara told it not to worry than their was nothing wrong with her and that she was very special. Also Sara told her that the spring fair was in one month and she was planning on taking the magnolia to enter in the contest buy now she had to wait and see how her buds were. There was one week left until the fair and the magnolia noticed that her buds had grown and they were blue and not pink or white. The gardener told her that was why she was special and that she had maid her that way so her buds would grow blue. The magnolia won first place at the fair for her health and beauty.
