My dream has been
Forever hampered by
My own inability
The looks, the sneers
From those who are
Living my dream
Fuel my seemingly
Impossible journey

But -
Is it really possible?
Does hard work really
Pay off in the end?
Or am I destined to forever
Live in the illusion that
My dream can become
Reality?

But,
I have now realized
That my doubts are the
Only ones holding me back,
Because
Hard work is meaningless
To those who don't believe.
In the end, the
Ones who believes in their own
Self worth
Will be the ones
Who shine the brightest of all

A/N: Mou... this was just kinda a spur of the moment thing.. I wanted to write something somewhat meaningful, and I decided to do one about Lee cuz...I don't know why, but he's spiffy, ne? But even though I primarily wrote this about Lee, it can also be interpreted in Naruto's point of view, and possibly even Hinata's. Okay. Must stop before sugar catches up on me... but please review with constructive criticism because I have absolutely no confidence in my poem-writing ability xD;
