It was a warm September day when the students arrived at Hogwarts. Everything was going well. The sorting and the feast had just ended. Professor Dumbledore called for silence and asked Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy to come to the front of the Great Hall. He announced to everyone that they would be head boy and head girl. After everyone had left to go to their houses Professor McGonagall pulled Hermione and Draco aside.
"As head boy and girl you will have to live together this year. I would hope that you are mature enough to handle this but since it is you two Ginny Weasley will also be living with you to make sure stay under control. Your password will be 'chocolate frogs'. Now where is Ms. Weasley.?" Professor McGonagall said before going off to find Ginny.
"Great, now I have to live with a mudblood and a Weasley. This is just perfect. My father will be informed about this," Draco said very loudly.
Hermione rolled her eyes. "We're the only people here you don't have to speak so loud. And what do you have against Ginny?!"
"I will talk as loud as I want to thank you very much. And she's a Weasley.that's why I don't like her"
"Whatever", Hermione mumbled under her breath. All of a sudden the doors opened and Ginny Weasley came in. She went to go give Hermione a hug.
"We have to spend a year with him. I can't believe it," Ginny said sadly. They walked out of the Great Hall and went to where they would be living for the year. Hermione said the password and they walked in. Ginny and Hermione gasped. It was huge! Draco rolled his eyes and mumbled something about it not being that big.
Ginny and Hermione went up the spiral staircase to the left to go to their bedrooms. Ginny's room was aqua and rose and Hermione's was violet and pale blue. Both girls squealed as they continued to check out their living space. They went to see Draco's room and it was, of course, black and dark green. When they went back to their bedrooms they changed into their pajamas and went into the common room. After a few hours of talking they fell asleep on the couch they were sitting on. Neither of them noticed that Draco had been watching them the whole time.
