He's tumbling down to Hell and taking us all with him. I know I shouldn't say things
like that about my own brother; I should be more trusting of his decisions. But this is going
too far! We were supposed to be fighting for a noble purpose, fighting to reclaim our birthright.
Somehow, somewhere along the way, his objective degenerated into the obsession that now rules
him. The Queen. Sleeping Beauty locked away in her crystal tower. Every day he stares at the
few images of her we have in our archives, his eyes intense, his smile more a leer than a grin.
And he asks me how progress is coming on our goals. What he means is, how close am I to having
the Goddess, as he thinks of her, for my own? It makes me sick. This obsession blinks him to the
goings on in his own palace. He can't tell left from right anymore, he's so wholly given over to
his desires. I wish I could make him understand. There are things going on here that need his
attention, things I don't think I can deal with on my own, and that worries me. I'm afraid
something horrible is coming, and without him, we won't be able to stop it. We need you here,
Prince, here with us in the present. I need you here. Please, brother, help me.

I can't stand this much longer! Every day my beloved stares at that simpering little
brat of a queen, thinking that she is the be all and end all of feminine perfection! Why doesn't
he notice a far more appealing specimen right under his very nose? That silly little sleeping girl
isn't half the woman I am. My figure is fuller than hers, my eyes a much more alluring color, my
hair is softer, my skin paler, my voice more melodic…. But, why do I have to defend myself? It
shouldn't be an issue? I understand the allure of forbidden fruit; I'm the first to admit that's
part of what attracted me to him initially. But, there is something to be said for the girl next
door. Curse that girl! Curse that insolent, whining, slip of a girl! She's turned him from a strong,
noble leader into a sighing, doting idiot! She's taken him from me before I even realized she was a
threat! Oh, my prince, my prince, please, just look at me. Look at me.

His folly is my guarantee of success, it seems. The distraction of his obsession with the
Earth's queen has enabled me to advance my plan much faster than I had anticipated. He's too wrapped
up in his own fantasies to notice what I'm doing in his very palace! It won't be long before I will
be able to drop my charade entirely and implement my long-awaited plan. True, his followers are beginning
to suspect that something is amiss, but a well-calculated whisper on my part will make him believe that
it is nonsense, especially since I can continue dangling the little Moon brat in front of him. She
becomes my carrot, leading him along the path I have chosen. Thanks be to you, Diamond, for enabling
me to rule the universe!
