He watches light come up on the world.
Somehow a shadow covers the brightness,
Always shadows, always looming over.
The monster inside him isn't~
He'll always protect her.
That innocent; he wasn't
The prince charming she dreamt of
He knows her dreams,
He knows the way she sleeps.
The light scars his eyes
Blue blink in denial
He's been dead ever since
She shut her heart to him.
