Summary: Clive's getting bored of his marriage, and Virginia's starting to
look attractive. Will he make a move? Or stick to his marital vows. ~This
fic may or may not contain spoilers about the game. Depending on if you've
beaten it or where you are in the game...~

'Kay. I don't remember exactly what happened when they found the Kizim Fire. So don't hurt me. -----
Silence. That's all there was. Kaitlyn was reading. ______ (AN: I don't know Clive's wife's name. o_O;;)was knitting. And Clive was staring thoughtfully at the ceiling. The perfect family. ...Or was it?
Clive was miserable.
He'd go traipsing around in a ruin with a little girl, a big, bumbling idiot, and a cynical little boy, only to find someone who wants to kill them. A half-dead guardian. And the fact that he'll most likely never find the truth behind Filgaia. That, he could tolerate. He had to admit scouring ruins, fighting monsters, and beating the living **** out of the Prophets... But until they found a ruin in another area, he had to come home to a wife who wouldn't even touch him. It wasn't that he craved sex, but it was like she was repulsed by the thought of his body. Emotionally, she loved him to no end. But physically.. It was like it was forbidden. He didn't need sex, he hardly wanted sex at all, but he'd like to have a wife that could be physical just once in a while.
...But he knew he couldn't.

The Kizim Fire glowed warm in her hands. "It's beautiful.." Virginia said. The others just nodded. None of them really cared about it, they just wanted to get the job done, in case the 'Order' had layed a trap for them. Plus, they wanted to get out of there before the Prophets, or one of them, showed up. "Let's just leave before 'They who make long speeches' show up." Gallows said, with a grunt.
Just as they shut the door to the previous room, Virginia aimed at someone by the railing above them. Looking up simultaneously, they saw Melody and Asgard looming over them. Clive admitted, she was attractive. But an evil woman like her could never be loved, or even partially liked in any way, by him. As usual, she talked, and talked and talked. And of course, Jet just wanted to start fighting and get it over with, Gallows was just trying to keep up, Virginia was defiantly arguing with her, and Clive was just listening.
Finally, Asgard clunked down the steps, after a dispute of it being able to talk. The four of them started out with supportive magic, but the Giant used his special attack and delt a great deal of damage to them. Melody, of course, taunted their weakness, but they stood back up and kept fighting.
The battle was long and hard, but eventually they wore him down enough that the purple haired Prophet got fed up. "What are you waiting for!?" She yelled. "Finish them off!" But before Asgard could lift his arm up, a bullet penetrated his system, stopping him from movement. Virginia looked up to see who their savior was...
"Daddy!?"
