They Say Christmas is The best Time of Year

Chapter One

"Where are you staying for Christmas this year?" said a kind soothing voice into Harry Potters ear. With a soothing hand on his shoulder.

"I'm staying here as always Hermione." He said with a sigh.

"What about you are you going home?"

"Yes I am Harry and I have a surprise for you." She said very happily

"What is it Hermione?" he said starting to get excited.

"Well you are, well only if you want but you can come to stay at my house for Christmas break!" she screamed.

"That's great Hermione. I can barely wait. Well we have 4 days till break." He said thinking of what to do. " Hermione do you want to go outside in the snow?" he asked with a mischievous grin on his face.

"Sure Harry walk me back to the common room to get my robe and we can go." She said smiling, she felt as though she would go weak in the knees because of his smile and his body, and his laugh, and everything about him. It was true she loved Harry Potter Hermione Granger loved Harry Potter for always being Harry.

"OK Hermione lets go then." He said and then they ran off together to the tower.

When they got back down stairs, people were already outside, Ron was out ice-skating with Lavender his girlfriend, it was true he had liked Hermione but he knew how much Harry loved her so he moved on and was happier then ever with Lavender. And then Draco and Ginny were also skating together they were dating to Ron was sorta ok with it now it had been 6 months he should have gotten used to it now.

Harry and Hermione went over to the frozen lake and as Hermione went to step onto the ice Harry grabbed her from behind the waste and spun her around in a circle and threw her into the snow.

"Harry Potter I am going to get you for that!" she screamed.

"Oh will I know?" he said beginning to run. She started to chase him and he turned and tackled her again and they went rolling in the snow.

When they finally landed Harry was on top of Hermione. " I love the snow." She said out of know where.

" I love you." Harry said. He said it he finally said it.

"Wha-" she began to say but she was cut off by Harry kissing her.

When he pulled away he was staring at her.

"I said I love you Hermione Granger!" Her yelled for everyone to hear.

"I love you to Harry" she screamed just as loud so everyone could hear.

Harry kissed her again only this time with more passion. He loved kissing her, as she loved kissing him.

"Hermione," Harry said out of breath from the kiss, " Will you be my girlfriend?" he asked

"Yes Harry I would love nothing more." She said and rolled over so she was on top of him and kissed him again. "I love you" she said as she jumped up grabbed snow and shoved it down Harry's shirt. He started yelping from the cold.

"Told you I would get you." She yelled as she started to run. And he ran after her planning to do the same shirt stuffing to her.
