Chapter 1: The Train Ride
Day 1: It's my first night in Tokyo. My friend Tom gave me this diary, and I'll be writing in it from now on. I met a cat on the train to Tokyo, and I have enclosed our conversation.
Cat: Hey, going to Tokyo?
Eric: Yeah, I'm moving.
Cat: Do you need a place to live, I have a friend who owns a shop down there, want me to ask him if he can hook you up?
Eric: Sure, that'd be great, thanks.
........
Cat: You're in luck, he said that has 4 new houses for sale.looks like we're there, I'll see you later maybe.
Eric: Thanks again!

Cat's Friend: Hi, I'm Tom Nook, you must be Eric!
Eric: Yeah, now where are the houses I have to choose from?
Tom: I'll take you right to them!
..............
Eric: I'll take the red one.
Tom: don't you want to look-
Eric: No it's fine.
Tom: Well I'm sure you've had an exhausting day, why don't you go to sleep and we'll work out the details in the morning.
As I sit in my darkened hut I plan for tomorrow, I figure I will go to Mr. Nook's shop and buy some wallpaper and flooring and possibly some furniture. I hope he doesn't find out where I got my money. I feel it isn't safe to write anymore. If this is discovered I might be in trouble with the law again so I will close for today
