Pairings - Sirius/Remus
A.N. - This just kind of came to me during the Aerosmith concert last night.

"Come on slowpoke! We're going to be late for the Hogwarts Express! It's already 10:28!" Remus yelled at me as I hurried to get dressed. I couldn't see a thing in the dimly lit muggle hotel.
"Hold up, Moony. I'll be ready in a minute. It will only take us about three minutes to cross the street! It's not like we are on the other side of London!"
"I guess you're right, but we will be in big trouble if we miss the train. It's the only way to Hogwart." he pouted as he sat down on his bed. "It's our last year... This will be the last time that we ever get on the platform 9 3/4. It just all feels so strange."
"Who knows, Moody. We might be the Defence against the Dark Arts teacher in a couple of years. You never know." I said as I put a hand on his shoulder.
"Come on. We're going to be late if we don't get a move on it." he said, shifting uneasily.
"Yea, let's go." I wished he would at least let me kiss him, but he had said that he wasn't ready, and I had to respect his wishes. We'd been 'together' since the end of our fourth year, but had never done andything more that hold hands and a part of me wanted nothing more that to push him up against the wall right now and say 'Fuck, Hogwarts. I want to snogg.'
As we made our way, hand in hand, to the elevator I couldn't help watching the way his long hair fell down his back. It seemed to almost glow in the light.
"What?" he asked finaly aware that I was watching him. "Padfoot? Are you ok?"
"I love you, Remus." I whispered to him as the elevator doors shut, enclosing us inside.
"I know you do. You don't have to tell me.... "
"Your right," I interupted him, "I need to show you."
With those words out of my mouth, I pinned him against the elevator wall. My lips pressed against his, my hands runing up and down his back and to my suprise he kissed me back!
We were so preoccupied that we didn't notice the doors open untill an uneasy voice said, "Guys? If you don't mind, could you finish this little 'secion' somewhere else? People need to use the elevator."
Embarrassed, Remus and I pulled away from eachother and hurried to rebutton, retie, and resnap everything that had been undone.
"Sorry, we... um.... "
"We're leaving." I said winking at the lady that had spoken to us previously, and taking Moony's hand in my own as I lead him outside, towards the Hogwarts Express.
'Yes, this year will most certianly be different.' I though as I caught Remus looking at me, a slight blush tinting his cheeks.
With that, we both borded the train that headed directly to Hogwarts, our minds still on what had happened in the elevator.
