Rachel was in bed also thinking about what Ross did. You can tell that she was crying. "how can he do this to me?" she questioned. "should I forgive him?" she questioned herself. "it was a foolish thing to do but I love him and I know he loves me too but how can I ensure this is not going to happen again?".
