A fleet of Magitek Armor is seen on the horizon heading toward Todeo quickly. The lookouts sound the alarm and the village prepares to defend itself as best as possible.
"Kyra! The alarm has sounded were going to need your help." Yelled the mayor of the City.
Kyra is the Mayor's adopted daughter. She was found in the middle of the woods about 16 years ago as a baby wrapped in a blanket. The most mysterious thing about her is that she has one very special gift. She has the gift of magic. The mayor kept this a secret as much as possible to keep the empire from invading and trying to kidnap her. But they had eventually found out.
"Hurry up no. Your our best hope!" The mayor took off and ran to the city gate to help defend.
Kyra put on her crystal mail and a helmet and drew her sword. She wasn't going to use these weapons she just needed to hide.
"Okay men there almost here. Archers FIRE!" Ordered the mayor.
The archers fired waves of arrows trying to pick of a couple of the pilots. They got o few but not enough. The pilots seemed very annoyed by the raining arrows and launched magic fire beams. The beams vaporized anyone they hit. And started the town on fire. This was Kyra's cue. She ran out in front of everyone and began to use magic of her own to battle the oncoming forces.
"Everyone stand back!" She ordered.
Kyra closed her eyes and put her hands together in deep concentration. A few seconds passed and a light blue tint appeared around her.
"Okay men Fire another volley of fire beams." The captain screamed.
The men obeyed and a huge amount of fires beams rushed at the town. They were going to vaporize the entire village! As the beams got closer the people could feel the heat and know their impending doom. Everyone closed their eyes and waited. Nothing was heard only silence. They all looked up and saw Kyra standing with her arms extended forward. All the beams had been repelled in various directions away from the city. Kyra was breathing heavily. She looked very tired.
