The requirements are as follows

Harry has to be in first year

Draco has to be placed in Gryfindor

Both have to be rescued from abusive relatives

It has to be an unique character; such as Bill or Charlie Weasly, Remus, i.e. not Snape or Dumbledore

Harry has to get a snake sooner or later

They are to be like family, I guess would be the word

I don't care if it is slash or not
