DISCLAIMER: don't own, blah, blah. Honestly I don't own nothin'.

A/N: this is just something I suddenly thought up. It's written as though it's a newspaper article. I reckon I might have got some of the names spelt wrong so I'm sorry in advance.

The Fellowship play their first Middle Earth gig tonight after a year of controversy and pain.
Earlier this year Middle Earth became devastated by the news of saxophone player, Boromir's murder.
Boromir had been had been walking in the woods when he was confronted by two orcs who mugged him and then pieced him with arrows. They then ran.
"Boromir was like a brother to me," DJ Aragorn told us, "It should never have happened. I should have been there. He'll be sadly missed."
Problems rose soon after when it was discovered that guitarists Merry and Pippin had disappeared suddenly.
Police presumed that they were taken by the same orc's that killed Boromir.
"It was a traumatic time for us," Pippin spoke exclusively for the first time about is ordeal, "They stank and we were put in a cage all day and night. We were only given this foul tasting drink and a little bit of bread."
Aragorn, bassist Legolas and drummer Gimli took it upon themselves to find their missing band mates.
At this point lead vocalist Frodo and Sam who pays the spoons, decided to head off along to the next venue of their tour, Mount Doom Club in Mordor.
Merry and Pippin managed to escape the clutches of their kidnapper and fortunately found inspector Treebeard who was in charge of the case.
The police managed to trace the orcs back to the second biggest crime lord in Middle Earth, Saruman.
When asked about it Inspector Treebeard replied that he shouldn't be two hasty in his reply. We never got an answer.
On the way to Mordor, Frodo and Sam claimed to be stalked by a fan who went by the name of Gollum.
A few weeks after Gollum died when he fell down Mount Doom's main attraction, the volcano. This was followed by allegations that Frodo pushed the fan after they had a brawl. These allegations were dismissed.
"I couldn't believe that anyone would say that about me. I would never do anything like that." Frodo told us.
More allegations followed this when someone claimed they'd seen the four young hobbits with drug lord Tom Bombadil earlier that year.
Sam told us the truth, "We were just asking for directions,"
Soon after Merry became ill with a fatal disease that meant he only had days to live. He wanted bad mate Aragorn to help him. Aragorn had studied medicine and he seemed to know what he was doing. Luckily Merry survived.
After this The Fellowship stayed out of the limelight for a bit working on they're new album.
Tonight they return and are set to put everything straight. They're playing to a sold out gig at Minas Tirith. They'll be playing new songs from they're up coming album and they'll give as good as they can get.
As Legolas puts it "We want to show everyone what we're made of and that the events of the following year haven't put us off. We want to do the best we can. Tonight we'll all touch Frodo's lucky ring like we always do and that's always given us hope to the make the shows as good as possible."
They're the greatest band in Middle Earth and tonight they're going to prove it.
