Is she is mad at Jon or not
George mounted a horse and galloped out to meet him approaching wife and her escorts. Jon positioned himself by the gate, slightly nervous. What is she is still mad at me? What if she still dies? Should I leave? For over an hour he sat debating with himself, and finally came to the conclusion that even is she was mad, he would apologize and check on her. Every now and then he would climb the ramparts (is that the right word) to see if the party was getting any closer. After the sixth time, he settled down to wait.
George rode alongside the wagon that carried his wife. He had assumed she would be near-healthy, but he was wrong. The healers constantly feared for Alanna's life. When she did wake up every now and then, he would peek his head in hopefully, only to be disappointed that she moaned for Jon at her side, then fell back into a fitful sleep.
A/n: I know, VERY short, but I'm stuck…HELP
