Really, Mr. Lupin, we had not expected such irresponsibility from you. I realize that you have a license for your flying motorcycle, but this does not mean you are exempt from all laws regarding animals. Last Tuesday, your motorcycle was spotted over Bristol by about a dozen people and reported by one Severus Snape. Apparently it flew by his bedroom window and gave him a nasty turn. According to Muggle eyewitnesses whose memories were later modified, the driver was an enormous black dog. I must request that you carefully monitor the activities of your pets at all times to prevent unpleasant incidents like this from occurring in the future.
