Brock's Story

Summary: My theory on Brocko and his eye situation…o_0…this will probably make the list of the "Weirdest Stories Ever"…and strangely it has slight Ash/Misty supporting in it, too. This story is VERY strange, and may even be disturbing…read at your own risk.

The setting was a peaceful lakeside. The Pokemon had fallen asleep, but Ash Misty and Brock were all still awake. Pokemon quietly buzzed here and there, and stars twinkled brightly in the picturesque charcoal black sky.

"Brock…something's been bugging me…" Ash said quietly.

"Yeah?" Brock asked, with a curious smile.

"Why…what…" Ash tried to find the right words, and blurted out, "what's with your eyes?"

Brock sweat dropped. "Huh?" he asked obliviously.

"Your eyes," Ash repeated, "why don't they ever…open?"

Brock looked at Ash quizzically. "Well Ash, I'll give you points for asking the weirdest question ever," he said before chuckling and continuing, "but what do you mean? My eyes are always open!"

Ash sweat dropped again, before falling over anime style.

Misty giggled silently, as she watched the funny, awkward scene. "What he means is," she spoke quietly, not to wake the Pokemon, "why are you always…y'know…" she trailed off, as Ash regained consciousness, "…squinting?" he finished for her, bluntly.

Brock looked at Ash and Misty a little distantly before looking out at the water, lonely. "It's a long story," he said with a frown, as Ash and Misty piped up. "We've got all night," they said in unison, with hopeful smiles.

"Alright…" Brock said hesitantly. "It all started when…"

Flashback

Brock's brothers and sisters surrounded him in the kitchen. "Brock!" some of them yelled. "I wanna challenge you, Brock!" "Can you help me with my homework?" "I'm hungry!" "My diaper needs to be changed…ewww…" "Brock I'm tired. Can you tuck me in?"

Brock smiled at all of his siblings lovingly. "One at a time!" he said gently. "Jeremy," he said to one of brothers, "you were first. What are you going to challenge me at?" he said with a confident grin.

Jeremy grinned smugly. "See how long you can have a staring contest with the sun!" he said with a chuckle.

"The sun?" Brock asked in confusion. "Okay…" he looked up at the sun for ten minutes straight, before blinking.

"Brock…you can stop squinting now," Jeremy said.

"What?" Brock asked quizzically, before looking at himself in the mirror.

"NNNOOOOOOOOOO!" he yelled in a slow motion, deep voice way.

Flashback ends

"Ooo…" Ash and Misty cringed in unison.

"…Yeah," Brock nodded.

"Sorry for even bringing it up," Ash said with a frown, as Misty nodded apologetically.

"Oh, it's okay," Brock said. "I've gotten use to it by now," he said with a simple smile.

"Well, g'night Brock," Misty said with a yawn before going to sleep.

"Yeah, see you in the morning, Brocko," Ash called over his shoulder before squirming down into the comforting cover of his sleeping bag.

Brock watched the two sleep, side by side. They looked so peaceful together.

Brock sighed, and looked up at the stars, before picking up a flower and studying it. He took a deep whiff of it, before trying to breath. He sweat dropped, before trying to breath again. He felt his nose—something was wrong. He couldn't breath out of his nose!

"NOOOOOOOO!" Brock said, in a deep slow motion voice.

THE END

Question: Why the heck did I write this?

Answer: I have no idea, and I don't expect to get a single review…this is probably just from my excited Christmas Spirit…kicking in…o_0
