Xander and Willow grinned at each other. They had spent the entire afternoon attempting to break into Giles's AOL account, and now they have finally succeeded.

"His password is sort of disturbing, though," said Willow.

"'Studman'? Really, Will, I just don't know why it took us this long to crack!" Xander replied.

Willow gave him a strange look in response.

"Or maybe… it is sort of disturbing." He agreed.

"Oh, look!" Willow said, "Buffy's online!"

Just then, they received a message from SheSlays- Buffy. "Hey, Giles."

Xander stared at the screen. Willow smacked him on the head, "quick, say something!" She said.

"What do I say?" He asked.

"What would Giles say?"

"Uhh…" Xander made a thoughtful pause. "Hello, Buffy." He finally typed back.

"Sharp as a knife, you are," Willow said.

The next message came instantly. "Took your sweet time, there. We need to talk."

"Wh—what the…?" Xander raised his eyebrows.

"Ask her!"

"Alrighty," he replied, then began typing. "Whatever about, Buff—"

"You can't say that!" Said Willow, reaching for the delete key.

"Why not?" Xander asked, frowning.

"It doesn't sound like something he'd say, Xander. We're being Giles here." Willow replied. "Say something in the lines of… 'regarding what?' Yes, that sounds much better."

Xander typed obediently.

"About us." Replied SheSlays.

"What about us?" Willow dictated.

"Our feelings, Giles." Was the reply.

"Xander…" Willow whispered, moving uncomfortably in her seat.

"Yeah, I totally see your point there."

"Uh… what do we do?"

Xander began typing, reading his words out loud as he typed them, "Our feelings. Hmm?" He looked at Willow for approval.

"Just… just press 'enter.'" Willow ordered, waving her hand uncertainly.

"SheSlays: I feel as though we're more than just a slayer and her watcher, you know?" Willow read Buffy's reply out loud. "Wow. I had no idea, Xander."

"You know, I never thought of them in that sense," said Xander.

"There is so a reason for that, Xander."

"Like… that it's totally scary?"

"Something like that." Willow replied quietly. "Say… say 'maybe'. Use three dots. It's the safe way to go, I think."

Xander typed. "I'm signing out after this. I'm going to have nightmares at night." He shook his head, then read the reply out loud, his eyes widening, "I think I'm in love with you, Giles."

"WatchThis: I gotta go, see you later." Buffy read out loud, "WatchThis signed out at blah blah blah." She grinned at Giles triumphantly. "Was fun while it lasted."

"Yes…" replied the Watcher. "I should change my screen name as soon as possible," he said, "and not let Willow and Xander know about it."
