A poem that's supposed to be from Spike to Buffy, and I guess that it happened at some random time within the last 2 seasons.

My eye in the storm

Do you fear me?

Should I fear you?

Everything is so black,

So dizzy, so murky,

I can't even remember anymore.

Are you my friend or my enemy?

We fought so many times,

With and against.

Should I loath or love you?

I wonder if it matters.

Sometimes I feel you with me,

Other times you struggle and push away.

The rest of the world is worse,

Things change everyday.

Sometimes I don't know where I am.

Sometimes I do and I wish that I didn't.

The rules change all of the time,

Sometimes I've found myself in a whole new game.

The only thing I can rely on is you.

I don't always know if I'm on your side,

But I know that you'll always be there.

Save or kill you, it's not always clear,

But you're my eye in the storm of my life

And I wouldn't be able to function without you.
