What would you do…

Seifer looked at the person beside him in the bed. He smiled and played with a strand of the brunette's hair. He leaned down "Sleepy head" He whispered in Squall's ear.

Squall opened his eyes slowly with a small smile on his face. "Mm"

"Finally awake"  Seifer brushed his lips over Squall's lightly. "I thought you would never wake up"

"As long as I'm here with you I don't have to wake up" Squall whispered, looking up at Seifer who was leaning over him.

"That sounds rather cliché don't you think?"

"Whatever" Squall said before closing his eyes again.

"Squall your sleeping your live away" Seifer exclaimed picking the brunette up and walking over to the bathroom.

"Seifer what are you doing" He moaned, not opening his eyes.

"…" Seifer pushed Squall in the shower and opened the cold water.

"Seifer!" Squall yelled trying to get out of the shower and slipping. He fel in Seifer's arms.

"Are you awake yet?" Seifer smirked.

Squall looked up and made a growled. "…" He pushed away from Seifer and walked inside the bedroom, taking a towel with him.

Seifer followed him after turning the shower of and saw Squall dressing himself. "Your not mad now, are you?" Seifer said, walking over to Squall and pulling him in his arms.

"…" Squall pushed Seifer away and pulled his shirt over his head.

"Don't give me the silent treatment"  

Squall smiled and pushed his arms around Seifer's neck and kissed him. "You know I wasn't giving you anything"

"I know" Seifer grinned. "Squall"

"Yes" Squall whispered listening to Seifer's heartbeat.

"Are you happy?"

"Yes" Squall whispered again.

"What would you do if I died…"

Squall looked up. "Why are you asking me that" He asked with a frown on his face.

"What would you do" Seifer asked him.


Squall started to laugh and pulled away from Seifer. "Your joking, right"

Seifer shook his head. "What would you do" Seifer asked again.

"First I would go shopping and then I would find someone new" Squall grinned walking over to Seifer and hugging him. "I know your joking"

Seifer pulled away from Squall and smiled. "I love you"

"I love you too"

Seifer walked towards the door and turned around to look at Squall. "I'll be back tonight"

"Promise"

"I'll be back"


Squall looked at Seifer as he left. He was happy he had Seifer…but why had be been asking that question. Squall decided not to wander on it and walked downstairs to get something to eat. Then he heard a crash suddenly. He frowned and walked to the front door. He opened it slowly and looked outside.

"Oh my god, is he dead!?" Squall heard someone scream.

He walked outside, fear suddenly coming over him. He felt tears building in his eyes. "Seifer" He whispered before running towards the crowd. He pushed himself through it and looked at the blonde who was laying on the ground. "Seifer" He screamed falling down next to his lover.

He pulled Seifer close to him. "Get help!" He screamed at the people and looked back at Seifer. "You promised you would come back tonight"  He whispered. "You can't just break a promise" He thought about Seifer's question and started to cry harder.

Had Seifer known something like this was going to happen? Why? "I'd cry, Seifer" He started, answering Seifer's question. "And after that I would die of a broken heart" He whispered, kissing Seifer's forehead. "I can live without everyone, but not without you" Squall burried his face in Seifer's clothes, holding the blonde as close as he could.

I just had to write this and get it out of my system it's been bugging me way to long. It totally sucked, I know. But please review.
