As your angelic voice resounds throughout
My heart beats fast and free
Heavenly echoes on opening night
All because of me.
He comforts you when you are afraid
Echoes of my shattered heart surround me
You turned to him for care and love
All because of me.
Faster the mob circles in like vultures
You and your love's retreat is all I see
The echo of your footsteps is the last I know of you
All because of me.
