The teacher moved his head side to side as he explained to the class the story they had just read. Keiko just sighed as her teacher droned on and on about nothing in particular.
'When is this class this class going to end?' Thought in boredom looking around the room, her eyes stopping on Hiei. Hiei had been ordered by Lord Koemna to go to school and pretend to be a normal teenager, while helping Yusuke with fighting off monsters and demons.
Hiei turned to look as Keiko as he felt her eyes on him, starting. The spiky haired demon, Hiei, scowled at her. Keiko quickly turned away blushing to meet the laughing eyes of Kuranma. Quickly Keiko looked down at her hands.
Class had ended shortly after Keiko's incident. She gathered her things together and left the room as fast as she could, which was practically racing off.
"Hey Keiko! Keiko! Wait up!" the brown haired beauty heard behind her. She turned to see who was calling her. As she looked around she saw Yusuke and all of their friends (Kuranma, Hiei, Kuwamba, and Botan) running toward her, with Yusuke calling her name. "*pant* man Keiko! You run fast!" exclaimed the spirit detective. "No you're just out of shape!" Botan (A.K.A the Grim Reaper) said while poking Yusuke in the ribs playfully. "OW! Botan you sure know how to hurt a guy." Yusuke said while throwing his arm around Keiko's shoulders.
Keiko looked at where his arm was then looked at Yusuke himself, who was still grinning like crazy.
'Why couldn't that be Hiei's arm around my shoulder instead?' she thought to her self then quickly started blushing. Yusuke noticed the blush and leaned closer to her face while saying "Hey keiks (Yusuke's nickname for Keiko) what's up with your face? It's like all red!" Keiko quickly turned away to once again meet the laughing eyes of Kuranma. Botan sensing something grabbed Keiko's arm pulling her away from Yusuke's curious face and Kuranma's laughing eyes while calling over her shoulder "me and Keiko need to talk a little, Girl stuff you know! Well see you guys later!"
