Motsuki makes Luna Girl's magic whistle more super powerful better by casting a spell on it which causes Jenny and Marie (especially Owlette) to whistle instead of speaking. Motsuki also wants to learn how to whistle and Owlette agrees to teach her how to do it.

He was pretty straight forward in expressing his emotions. While everyone disapproved of his personality, his two friends understood him quite perfectly.

Owlette gets some depressing news when she finds out online about the passing of Robert Axelrod, best known for his voice acting roles as Lord Zedd and Finster on Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and CatBoy consoles his best friend for life and 1 true love as well.
