Follow Gordon Freeman through familiar locations such as City 17, but also less familiar ones like the Air Exchange. Watch him fight new foes like the Cremator or Hydra, accompanied by familiar and not-so-familiar faces (Captain Vance? Odell?)

Things had been relatively calm in White Forest since the Resistance had managed to sever the Combine's off-world communications. So, needless to say, being awoken by a sound so loud it rattled the metal of his bed frame had Gordon sitting upright immediately.

5 years after the 7-hour war and the Black Mesa incident, somewhere in northern Russia, Jan Frei finds himself involved in a subgroup of the larger rebellion against the Combine. He joins the rebellion hoping to do what he couldn't do back in his hometown, and he's joined by his squad, named the rho squad, to do what they can.

A citizen. A refugee. A rebel. Or maybe he was something else. Time always brings out who we really are. It outlasts liars. But was he a liar? Was it more complicated than that? Time would find out. And time had a name. And a reputation.

Missing in λction is about the continuation of Adrian Shephard's story through a new setting with new characters. After waking up years later, he must figure out the mystery behind City 22 and how to stop their production.

The story is a reflection on the topic "What if ..." In this case, it is being discussed, what if Judith Mossman at the end of Half-Life 2 did not stop Wallace Brin from sending Eli and Alix Vance to the Alliance world? What if it all ended with Bryn, and therefore the Alliance, gaining the upper hand against the Resistance and, in particular, Gordon Freeman?

(HLVRAI) After the ceiling nearly collapses in on the science team and makes the next leg of their journey impossible, Gordon finds a small vent to try and go through. He ultimately becomes trapped and has to wait while the others find a way to free him. Hopefully nothing bad will happen in their absence. TW:GANG RAPE/ NONCON
